"you going somewhere?" sunoo quickly nods as he fixed his hair in front of the mirror.

jay pouts. "you're leaving me here?" the guy even tries to reach out for the hem of his shirt, but sunoo was fast to get away from him.

"stop it, jay."

it's friday and sunoo only had classes in the morning. since he finally has a bit of free time, he decided to go back to his apartment to sleep.

when he woke up, his roommate- which is jay, is already on the living room watching some action movie while eating junk food.

"can i come? i promise i won't disturb your team dinner. i'll just be on the corner while i eat my chicken wings."

sunoo sighed. "nope. how about you eat with your friends instead?"

"but you're my friend too."

"am i?"

jay gasped dramatically. "traitor, i knew you were a fake one." he lets out a laugh, while sunoo just rolled his eyes at him.

sunoo grabbed his jacket, glancing at his roommate. "you should contact heeseung hyung, tell him to join you."

"but that guy never leaves his dorm." jay grunted.

"exactly, that's why you need to drag him out of his cave."

he picked up his phone and texted heeseung. "i told hyung to come here. if you guys want to stay inside, don't forget to clean afterwards okay?"

"sure, whatever." the guy went back to lying on the couch, looking bored. sunoo smiles, patting jay's head lightly.

"i'll go now, bye bye!"

"bye sun, enjoy."

"dumbass, can't you read? it's a restobar. they serve food here, in case you're wondering."

ni-ki and jungwon just watched as yuna and chenle started bickering in front of them. honestly, ni-ki couldn't care less. he only wanted to eat peacefully, and anywhere would be fine as long as there's food.

"okay, that's enough." they immediately stopped arguing when sunghoon arrived. "we're already here, so just sit."

all members finally sat down, while ni-ki's eyes glanced behind sunghoon. he was expecting sunoo with him since he noticed that the two were always together.

"where's sunoo? he's not with you?" taeyoung asked.

sunghoon shook his head. "he's probably with jay or heeseung. or both, i don't know."

jay and heeseung? i met those two last time, they were jake's friends. was that them? ni-ki's thoughts got interrupted when his eyes landed on the familiar figure walking towards their table.

"oh, sunoo's here!"

riki couldn't help but stare at the boy. the way his eyes form into half crescent moon when he smiles, and how his mere presence affects the whole room. he's breathtaking.

at that moment, riki came into a conclusion. i want this guy.

sunoo is still glancing at the freshman sitting in front of him with disbelief. how could he drink the whole bottle like water? is this kid crazy?

"sheesh, he really finished it all." chenle, who was also a bit tipsy, stood up to get another bottle of soju.

he looked at his team. they're probably gonna get wasted if we don't go home. he taps sunghoon's shoulder. "we should probably go home. it's almost late."

the other nodded. "guys, let's wrap it up. jeno, stop chenle from buying more liquor."

jeno obliged, quickly following chenle who was determined to drink more. yuna, taeyoung, and ningning already went outside.

"riki, you shit." he heard jungwon muttering while trying to make ni-ki walk straight.

"no, it's fine- i'm fine," riki manages to say under his breath as he takes another step, but he almost stumbles- making sunoo grab his arm to help the boy.

"woah, careful."

sunoo went a bit closer to assist riki. he can almost smell the faint woody scent of the kid. wait, why am i smelling him? he shakes the thought out of his mind.

he was about to open the door when he felt ni-ki removed his arm on his shoulder. he froze when the boy wrapped his arm around his waist- like he was already used to it.

somebody get this kid away from me.
