This line refers to Kurt's ex-girlfriend, Tobi Vail, she was turning Kurt into somebody he wasn't and Kurt had to explain himself to her multiple times. I personally don't like her.

Fact Seventy-Nine: Lounge Act is written about Tobi Vail. In a letter that was addressed to her, Kurt stated that he only plays Lounge Act when Kurt's wife, Courtney Love isn't around.

Fact Eighty-One: The line ➔

Refers to Kurt's tattoo, it's a K drawn on a shield.

(I wanna get this tattoo RIGHT NOW, my mom would kill me..but I will definitely be getting this when I'm older, for Kurt and my sister)

Fact Eighty-Two: Lounge Act had gotten its name from the point of view from Krist Novoselic, Dave Grohl, and Kurt. They all agreed the song would be a song that would be played in a lounge.

Fact Eighty-Three: The strange groaning noise in the beginning of Lounge Act, is believed to of been coming from Kurt's throat.
