ELI'S P.O.V:

We walked in and my heart completely shattered, even though it had no right to. He was touching her face and they were laughing together. I didn't know y/n had a boyfriend...

Of course, I had no chance with her, but the sight that has in front of me lowered my hopes even more. She turned towards me and we made eye contact. I can't help but stand there like an idiot, I'm completely frozen.

I'm mixed with sadness and anger.
She looked so pretty.

Miguel and Demetri looked sad for me, I didn't talk about her or how I felt, at least I tried but I guess they still figured it out. I defrost and follow my friends to a table trying not to look completely bummed out.

We talk, we order, we eat, all I can think about is how y/n's sitting with someone else. I can't compete with him. She looked so happy. I tried my best to not look over at her all the time.

She looked perfect.

"You good man?" Demetri nudged me a bit.

"Yeah of course." I nodded while forcing a smile.

I have no rights to be feeling like this, she's my friend, she has a boyfriend and she doesn't like me period.

"I heard there was a party tonight, at moon's house..." Miguel smirked. "We should go." He added.

Yeah, it would probably get my mind off of things, off of y/n, and honestly, it sounds fun. I'm down. I can't get stuck on y/n anymore.

"Yeah sure." I genuinely smiled.

Y/N'S P.O.V:

While I was talking and enjoying myself with Robby I received a text.

Miguel

Hey y/n sorry to bother you but there's a party tonight at my friend's house you should come! you can bring whoever.

Yeah for sure that'll be fun:) ! Text me the info

Ok! I will. See you later byeee😗

I close my phone and put my attention on Robby but I could still feel Eli's eyes staring at my back, it was all I could think about. I felt guilty in a way...

"Wanna go to a party tonight?" I asked Robby bubbly.

"Yeah, why not." He shrugged looking surprised eating his last fry.

"Is it ok if I bring my friend Tory? She's nice you'll see, I kinda promised her I would hang out with her tonight ." He said unsure.

A strange wave of jealousy came over me but I quickly shook it off. Besides, I could befriend her.

"Yeah for sure, she should come before so we could get ready together" I suggested. I miss girl time.

*TIME SKIP*

"y/n Tory's here!" Robby yelled.

I jogged towards the living room and saw them hugging each other.

" y/n meet Tory, my childhood bestie." He said nudging her teasingly. She walked towards me and gave me a hug which took me by surprise but I hugged back.

"Hey, nice to meet you! You look gorgeous by the way!" I said admiring her outfit. "I still have to get ready though." I laughed pointing at my comfy clothes.

"Yeah, I'll help you, bye Robby!" She took my hand and next thing you know we're in my bedroom choosing my outfit for tonight.

I laid down a couple of dresses and outfits that I liked. Tory carefully examined each of them but instead, she pulled out a red-coloured dress from her bag. It was plain but beautiful and different from what I would usually wear. It had small spaghetti straps, made of silk and stopped mid-thigh.

"Don't you think it's a bit much?" I widened my eyes. But she had a smirk on her face.

"C'mon y/n, at least put it on, I want to see!" She begged, throwing the dress on me. I playfully rolled my eyes and went towards the bathroom.

I put it on and surprisingly, it fitted like a glove. I will admit, I looked good, hot even but the dress was definitely out of my comfort zone: it was a bit short and showed a lot of cleavage...

I walked back to my room where I found Tory sitting on the edge of my bed. As soon as she saw me she squealed. "Oh my god! y/n you look amazing! You have to wear it."

All this noise made Robby curious as he walked into my room. We both turned over to him. He looked at me up and down which made me suddenly nervous.

"See y/n? You look so good you've got Robby blushing!" She teased chuckling. I felt my face getting hot but he just laughed and shook his head.

"You look good y/n." he said seriously while leaving my room. Tory turned to me and wiggled her eyebrows teasingly before I rolled my eyes.

She did my hair and my makeup before we left in Tory's car.

*TIME SKIP*

As we walked in, I realized just how many people were there. The music was so loud but I liked it, this night seem promising.

"Let's get drinks." Tory said pointing at a table where all the drinks were. Maybe this wasn't the best idea, I quickly glanced over at Robby. "It's okay, I'll drive." He mouths to me with a soft smile before I followed Tory.

ELI'S P.O.V

While I was talking with Miguel, I saw y/n enter with her boyfriend. Miguel's voice became one with the music and all I could focus on was y/n. Everything else became a complete blur. My mouth gaped and my eyes followed her graceful movements. She was now alone with a girl at the drink table so I decided to walk over to her. I couldn't help myself, I needed to talk to her.

As I approached her, she looked up at me while drinking from her cup. I winked at her before going beside her. 

Y/N'S P.O.V

When I saw Eli, my heart skipped a beat. He looked different but a good different: he looked hot. He had a blue mohawk that suited him so well.

He winked at me which took me by surprise and joined my side.

"Hey princess." He smirked. I fully turned to face him and my eyebrows raised before I bitted my bottom lip.

"Hi, Eli" I giggled my eyes drawn to his.

"You look good tonight, I mean you always look good but tonight..." he said looking down slowly at my dress.

"Thanks, you don't look so bad yourself." I didn't know what happened to him, but he suddenly became more confident which was attractive. I missed talking to him.

We both looked at each other in the eyes for a while but the moment didn't last as long as would've liked.

"y/n, truth or dare in the living let's go!" Tory took my wrist and brung her with me. My head turned towards Eli and I signed for him to follow me.

A smile appeared on my face when I saw him rolling his eyes playfully and taking our drinks before slowly following us.
