I ended the night in front of y/n's house with a letter in my shaking hands.
I was nervous about giving it to her, but if I wanted any type of closure towards the both of us, I had to.
I had to.
I sucked a breath before knocking on her door, making sure to hide my hair well.
Someone opened the door except it wasn't my beautiful y/n, it was Robby.
What the hell was he doing here?
"What are you doing here?" He said defensively, thinking the same thing I was.
"I'm not here to fight, I'm just here to give something to y/n." I said nicely, signing at the letter.
He took it aggressively and I cringed inside, wanting him to my careful with it.
"Just, tell y/n I said sorry, ok?" I sighed defeated.
Robby barely nodded.
I could faintly hear y/n's soft laugh coming from afar, making my heart crumple, just before Robby shut the door completely .

Y/N'S P.O.V
I left Demetri and Sam in the living room, and walked towards Robby who looked a bit uneasy.
"Who was that?" I said, as I heard the door closing earlier.
"Nobody, had the wrong house." He shrugged while putting his hands in his jeans pocket.
"Come on let's go they're waiting for us." I grabbed his wrist, pulling him back into the living room.
I invited my fellow Miyagi-dos for a chill night-in, to celebrate our previous victory, before going to the back to school party.
It felt good having them all by my side.
"Guys, I wanted to tell you something..." I tried to contain my excitement while they all looked over at me.
"Gosh y/n, just spill the beans already." Demetri scoffed annoyingly.
"I actually decided to stay here for the beginning of the school year,"
Sam instantly squealed before bringing me into the tightest hug. I could see Robby's face lit up from across the room, before he gave me a wide smile.
"That's great y/n" He looked down, still smiling.
"It's only for one month though, but it's better than leaving next week..." I added, shrugging with a soft smile.
~~~~
The boys stayed in the living room while Sam and I went in my room to get ready.
"Which one should I wear?" I put up both dresses against my body while she turned to me.
"I think the black one would look so good on you, you'll have him drooling," Sam softly giggled, continuing her makeup in the mirror.
"Him?" My mind foolishly thought of Eli.
"Oh, I meant Robby," She stopped doing her makeup, looking at me trough my reflection. "You guys have a thing don't you?"
"Um, no we don't..." I shook my head confusingly.
"Oh my bad I just thought... never mind,"
"What?"
"I don't know, it's just, the way he looks at you, I thought you two had something. He definitely likes you though," She giggled.
"Oh... well, the feeling isn't mutual," I groaned before crashing into my bed.
"Alright, let's stop talking about those stupid boys, and lets get pretty, " She smirked, almost evilly.
~~~~
"Wow y/n, you look-"
"Amazing," Robby cut off Demetri.
"Told you you'd have him drooling," Sam whispered in my ear before I rolled my eyes at her.
"So, what are we waiting for? Let's go,"
~~~
The party ambience was out of this world; everyone was dancing with red solo cups in their hand, the music was blasting trough the speakers and the bright lights flickered trough the night sky.
Everyone enjoyed their little bit of fun that was last, before school started back.
"Come on, let's go get drinks," Sam yelled over the loud music, before grabbing my wrist to lead me.
She poured us two shots of vodka before looking up at me, and handing me one.
"To you going at West Valley High!"
"To me!" We cheered, downing them before I started laughing at Sam's grimace.
"Too strong for you?" I teased her, earning a challenging glance from her.
"Oh it's on y/l/n," She smirked, taking another shot.
ELI'S P.O.V
"Oh it's on y/l/n,"
My head shot up from hearing her name from across the room.
There she was looking as beautiful as ever, I never thought I could want her back more then I did right now.
y/n looked so perfect; her hair looked soft, her cheeks were wearing a soft pink, and her smile lit up the room.
And there I was, leaning on the wall, looking uninviting, and admiring what I had lost.
I quickly chugged the remains of my cup, before getting myself another drink.
She was so close yet so far, I kept stealing glances from her, waiting to see if she saw me, but she never laid eyes on me.
"Hey whats up?" A girlish voice interrupted my thoughts.
"Ehh...n-not much,"I shook my head, confusingly looking at her. She giggled.
"What's a pretty boy like you doing alone?" The dirty blonde got closer, I could smell the alcohol on her hot breath.
The truth? I was here to talk to y/n, I thought maybe she would've called me, or at least texted me about the letter, considering the importance of it, but I guess I really didn't matter to her anymore.
I didn't matter to her anymore.
"You've got the hots for black dress over there?" She nodded towards y/n, a evil grin appearing on her face.
"Didn't know it was so easy to see," I sighed, taking a sip of my drink, not leaving y/n from my sight.
"I can smell a desperate boy from a mile away,"
Me? Desperate? Pft.
"What do you want anyways?"
"I came to ask you if you wanted to dance..." She got closer, almost whispering against my ear.
"I shouldn't..."
"Come on pretty boy, she's talking to some other guy what's stopping you?"
I finished my drink, looking at y/n smiling with Robby. He had his hand on her waist.
"Ok," I sighed, pouring myself a drink."Let's go,"
I grabbed her wrist, and walked to the dance floor.
Y/N'S P.O.V
It didn't take long for me to feel Eli's burning eyes on me.
I tried my best to not look over at him, and to enjoy myself, but it's hard when someone that you love looking at is around you.
A girl suddenly appeared besides him. I like the way he didn't seem to care about her at all.
Tory?
It was Tory-
I started seeing red when she whispered something in his ears, the worst part was, she was looking at ne while doing it.
He nodded and brought her to the dance floor. She looked back at me and smiled devilishly.
"y/n?" Robby shook his hand in front of my face. "Were you even listening?" He laughed half confused.
"Do you want to dance?" I looked up at him, changing the subject.
"I thought you would never ask," He smirked, taking my hands and pulling me into the crowd.
After a while, I made straight eye contact with Eli.
Tory was practically squished on him, her body pressing against his. He had a unreadable look on his face.
I pulled Robby closer and put my arms over his shoulders, earning a smile from him.
The tension in the room escalated the moment Robby put a delicate kiss on my temple; a thing Eli used to do all the time.
Eli down another drink at the sight.
I hated the power he had over me.
I hated how easily he got me jealous...
