I ended my previous call with Skylar, who was now going to bed, before getting comfortable in mine.

I only got a few seconds of peace and quiet before my window slammed open, sending me into panic.

I quickly realized just who it was; the last person I wanted to see.

"Are you serious right now?" I whispered angered, my eyes widening at every word. "What the hell Eli! Get out of here before I call the police." I threatened him, my body facing his.

He had a painful looking black eye forming from yesterday.

"Wait y/n please" He softly whispered. My body shivered at my name leaving his lips.

"There's nothing to talk about Eli please leave" I sighed defeated before sitting back on my bed. I had to keep my guard up; especially with him

"I'm sorry" He sat down besides me, looking at my face worriedly, while I forced myself to look forward.

He put his hand delicately on my thigh. I looked down at his messed up knuckles, reminding me of who he really was. It took a couple of seconds for me to push his hand away.

"Don't." I quickly said shuffling away from him, trying to create the most space possible between us even though all I truly wanted was to get closer.

"Dawson's here, do you want me to fetch him?" I broken the silence, my eyebrows rising.

"I'm not scared of your brother y/n" He softly chuckled while looking down.

His laugh seemed to melt away the tension.

We both looked into each other's eyes while I hold my breath, my heartbeat growing faster.

Eli's soft lips fell slightly agape while his grey pupils constantly traveled from my eyes to my lips, that I was biting unconsciously.

My brain and my heart were telling me two very different things, And to be honest I didn't know which one to listen to.

"y/n...I swear I lo-"

"Don't you dare Eli" I interrupted quickly afraid of his next words while getting up.

His face dropped, but there was a hint of frustration in his eyes that I despised.

No matter how strong I wanted to appear, unexpected tears started making their way down my cheeks.

He faced me and grabbed my face to wipe my tears, but I pushed him away. He let out a heavy sigh.

Let him go. Remember what he did.

"You beat up Demetri over a yelp review" I looked up at him."What the hell were you thinking?"

"He joined Miyagi-do." He said seriously.

"So did I" I snapped making him roll his eyes.

"He's a fucking nerd, he'll always be a nerd!"

I filched at his comment. "He's your best friend Eli" I softly spoke while he avoided my eyes.

"I like this" I sighed to his hair. "And I like these" I grabbed both of his biceps. "But I'm not dating a bully."

His face grew mad.

"We're done." My voice started shaking.

"No we're not" He shouted before removing his shirt.

"This means forever" He pointed roughly at his chest tattoo.

"And I didn't ask you to do that." I groaned back.

I heard a knock on the door, which was probably Dawson.

Eli did what was best for him and left the same way he got in while I tried to keep my composure.

And just like that, my heart broke for the first time.

ELI'S P.O.V

I couldn't face her breaking heart

I ran to the dojo as fast as I could to let out steam.
I couldn't believe y/n had dumped me.

Of course Kreese was already there.

I entered swiftly and headed directly towards the nearest punching bag before punching it like my life depended on it while silent tears started to form.

"Your weakness is showing" Kreese stated while holding the punching bag steady.

I continued punching, not wanting to be lectured right now.

"We all have weaknesses. I studied every single one of you when I first got here to find out" A smug smirk appeared on Kreese's face. "For some of you, it was hard, but others had it written on their forehead" He signed to me.

"Oh yeah? What's mine then?" I rolled my eyes.

"y/n." He scoffed.

I suddenly thought about punching him instead.

"Let her go completely and you'll see just how strong you will become" He mumbled. "You are Cobra Kai for life, and Cobra Kai never dies." He looked me dead in the eyes.

How could I let go of someone I wanted so bad?

Y/N'S P.O.V

"Hey guys sorry I was late" I entered the Miyagi-do dojo. "I had to-" My voice fell at the sight that was in-front of me.

Mr.LaRusso, Sam and Robby's shocked faces were all outside staring at the same thing I was.

The dojo was completely trashed. The big rocks tipped over, the potted plants were broken on the floor, there was toilet paper everywhere, and black spray paint drawn directly on the dojo in numerous places.

What the hell happened?

"Mr.LaRusso?" Robby's voice broke the sad silence while pointing at some parked cars.

«Cobra Kai never dies!!!» was spray painted over the yellow car making Mr.Larusso's face loose it's color.

Of course it was them.

We then entered the the dojo to examine just how bad the damage was inside; turns out it was worse.

"They even took Mr.Miyagi's medal of honor" Mr.LaRusso held back tears while his voice became shaky. My jaw dropped.

Our usual practice was put aside for today, and instead, we all helped Mr.LaRusso clean the messy dojo.

The sadness always hit the second I was alone, and I was mostly alone when I was at my uncle's place. Since our breakup, I tried to keep myself busy.

Miguel was still at his karate practice and Demetri was exhausted after cleaning the whole yard so I didn't want to bother him.

And I certainly couldn't call Eli.

I found myself missing my best friend, Skylar, more and more each day. We talked often on the phone recently, but its not comparable to her physically being with me.

I called her.

"Skylar?" I began sniffing

"Are you okay y/n?" I could hear concern in her voice.

"Yeah I-I just miss you..." I sighed. I didn't tell her that I broke up with Eli because I didn't want to talk about it.

"I can convince my mom to let me stay with you if you want?"

"I would love that"

"Okay, I'll go talk to her and I'm on my way!" She said excitedly.

"Skylar" I laughed for the first time in a while."Its getting too late, come tomorrow, I don't want you driving in the dark."

"Yeah okay I guess..." She sighed. "I'll try my best to see you tomorrow y/n, I love you, take care of yourself okay?"

"I love you too Skylar"
