"Good night princess"

"Good night little dove"

Eli kissed my temple before sadly leaving trough my window.

I wanted him too stay so bad, but the fact that he was even here was pushing it.

I laid in my bed, my thoughts filled with Eli : Eli's eyes, Eli's face, Eli's lips, Eli's hair, Eli's voice, Eli's smile...

I blushed and smiled at the thought of him.

I tried to calm myself down and not to fall so quick. I don't know how he feels about all of this, of us: maybe for him we were just messing around, having fun.

But, of course, when i'm around him, my foolish heart beats faster, my smile grows wider and my body feels hotter.

y/n, be careful, you're going to get hurt.

*TIME SKIP

"We will be continuing today's training with a sparring practice, so pick out your partner!" Johnny ordered.

I was nervous because I haven't done much karate. I've learned a bit by watching Eli and because johnny taught me a few tricks but I didn't feel ready at all.

I looked over at Eli, wanting to partner up with him but he frowned and shook his head unsure.

"Why not?" I said offended.

"Y/n... I-I don't want to hurt you." He stuttered nervously.

"You don't think I'm tough enough? " I questioned with a hum crossing my arms together.

"Eli, if I don't pair up with you, it just means that someone else will be hurting me, I'm gonna get «hurt» either way." I added before he could argue.

"Fair enough let's go" He signed playfully and grabbed my hand, bringing me to a empty space.

"Are you sure?" he asked genuinely.

"Eli come on!" I rolled my eyes getting into a fighting stance.

"Ok, make me" He shrugged with the most confident smirk on his face looking at me up and down.

Of course, I had to throw the first punch and most of the ones that followed. Eli blocked all my punches but didn't punch back. Little hawky over here didn't want to hurt me.

I quickly got frustrated at him, knowing that he was going easy on me so I kicked him in the chest making him fall to the ground.

But, while he was falling, he took my ankle and brought me down with him.

All of this resulted in him falling on his back his knees bent with me straddling his lap facing forwards so our chest were touching. Our faces were inches from each other.

He quickly smirked and looked back and forth from my eyes to my mouth before he pecked my lips.

"Less flirting more fighting!" Johnny pointed at us making us go red.

I got up and handed a hand to Eli before he grabbed it and pulled himself up.

"Not too bad princess" He cooed in my ears. I could almost feel his lips on my ear giving me shivers.

We both got back in a fighting stance but this time, I waited for him to make the first move.

Finally, He swung at me making me quickly back up. I spun around and kicked him but he got down and dodged it. 

I then threw a couple of punches which he blocked before he got to the ground and swept my legs in one swift motion making me loose my balance before falling on the mat.

He smirked at me all proud of himself before he helped me up.

If only he wasn't this hot...

We continued with the practice and Eli helped me with some of the moves until the practice ended.

I was packing my stuff getting ready to go in Miguel's car with Eli and Demetri when I got a text from my brother.

"Guys don't wait up, my brother came to pick me up" i said loudly looking at my phone nervously.

The boys nodded and jogged outside but of course, Eli noticed my concerned face and walked towards me.

"You okay y/n ?" He placed a hand on my lower back.

"Umm yeah just my brother, he's acting unusual..." i said signing to my phone. He nodded.

"Anyways, I've got to go, see you later little dove" I kissed his cheek before walking out the door.

"Bye y/n " I heard as I was walking out.

I spotted Dawson's car and jogged towards it before quickly getting in.

"Hey what's up?" I buckled my seat belt while turning towards him.

He didn't look as joyful as he usually was and he was looking at the ground. He was staying parked.

"Umm y/n..." He finally said.

"Yeah what is it ? " concern took over my whole body.

"The night of the party, you know, the night I wasn't there and left you alone with Robby" He mumbled making me wince at the memory and the name.

"Um, he-he drunkly confessed to me what happened when he got back..." He looked at me now but I glanced away not wanting to talk about this.

"I'm sorry y/n"

"I-I should have gone with you and I especially shouldn't have let you alone with that idiot." He added.

I didn't know what to say.

"I kicked him out as soon as he told me, I was going to mess him up but looking at his face I realized that someone had already beat me to it" He laughed softly trying to reduce the tension.

"Dawson it's fine it's not your fault, I-I dont want to talk about this please." I begged him shaking my head.

"It's okay y/n, just know that whenever you need someone to rant to or you need help, no matter what, I'm always here. Always. I am your big brother after all, it's kind of my job."

A smile appeared on my face before I gently kissed him on his cheek. I missed my big brother.

We drove home, and we all ate dinner as a family.

After dinner, there was some left overs so I brought them at Miguel's house.

When I got there, his mother opened the door and smiled at me.

"Hi ms.Diaz! I brought some left over for you guys if you wanted some?"

"Thank you sweet heart, call me Carmen." She spoked kindly taking the casserole out of my hands before signing for me to come in.

"You must be the beautiful y/n, Miguel and his little friends have been talking about recently..." She added softly laughing.

They were talking about me?

"Yeah I'm y/n, nice to meet you" I smiled

Miguel joined us not so long after.

"Hey y/n ! What are you doing here?" He asked.

"Oh just some leftovers from dinner." I shrugged.

We all talked for a bit and Carmen asked me questions about my stay for the summer until me and Miguel decided to go into his room...
