What a very nostalgic place y/n was in. Walls coated with a muted dark red color aswell as the smell of death engulfing the area, the devil would only call this true paradise.

So right now y/n was in the port mafia cell they'd use to capture hostages etc, and no fake she just wished to have never accepted dazai's orders.

Atsushi just held a hand over his nose since the smell was so powerful and his tiger senses were triggering.

"For how long are we gonna stay here..." The albino haired man asked while gagging a bit.

"A detective once told me that the criminal always comes back to the crime scene." Y/n said with a small smile as she was looking at the ground.

"Wait nevermind let's just go."

Atsushi couldn't help but wonder why they stayed here for so long only for them to leave again, sucks to suck it seems.

But now he didn't have anything to do except follow y/n wherever she went.

The two were curently walking theoight the streets until they arrived at what seemed like a forest, and it was curently night time, grass and trees were everywhere and the change of scenery caused him a brief moment of peace but anyways.

"Hey atsushi, can you smell out if there's some blood over here?" Y/n had spoken causing atsushi's attention to direct towards her but he still nodded activating his tiger form.

The furry was now doing its furry things as he started walking while sniffing the ground with y/n right behind him. He eventually led them to an abandoned shelter.

Atsushi transformed back, holding his neck while slightly wincing. Y/n noticed, and kinda felt remorse for asking him to use his self destructive ability.

"He's here..."

"Who?"

"Whatever you do, do not let him drink your blood. Alright atsushi?"

"Who...?" atsushi didn't understand where this order came from but he still nodded regardless. At first it just seemed like a normal abandoned shelter. So he didn't understand why y/n was on her guard.

But that feeling quickly changed as bro's tiger senses activated, feeling a menacing presence just right by the entrance.

Without wasting another second atsushi pulled y/n together with with him to avoid being slashed down to pieces by some random claws.

When y/n looked up, she saw a face she thought to never see in this world but here he is. Seth, with his blond hair slightly tainted in blood matching his entire attire.

He didn't let y/n anytime to process anything as he quickly attacked the girl pinning her to the ground holding down her neck with his hands.

With the close proximity, yn could clearly see the Dimond shaped pupils in his eyes, aswell as the evident fangs. But bro still looked hot regardless and the situation y/n was in didn't help but made her blush, clearly having no intention of moving.

"Y/n!" But thanks to atsushi! Who used his gun to shoot the demon like human, making sure not to hit y/n. Tho he was surprised to see him regenerate his wound right instantly.

"Tch- he really must've been blood starved to the point where he lost control huh." Y/n calmly said suppressing some groans as Seth tighned his hold on her neck.

Atsushi at the sight was about to transform into a beast tiger.

"Don't!" The girl shouted before he could do so.

"But y/n, he's gonna kill you!" Atsushi shouted back clearly afraid for the girl.

"Nah, my plot Armour is too strong- GAH FUCK-" Seth had began squeezing a little bit too much.

"H-harder...?" Seth couldn't be more happy then to comply. Y/n at this moment activated her ability on him and bro imediatly stopped to grab his owm neck in pain.

At the distraction y/n quickly got back to her feet. Seth was about to bite right into her but y/n took her out her arm and he nom nomed into it instead. Drinking her blood in the process. But she was safe from his ability because of her own so there wasn't anything to worry about for now.

At this sight atsushi couldn't help hut disobey y/n's orders and he transformed into a tiger who started attacking Seth who had to let go of y/n's arm.

The girl tighned her hold on her injured arm as blood started pouring out of it. Y/n cringed at the wet bur also sticky blood since it isn't everyday she'd see the liquid comming from her personally.

But anyways, the tiger was now having a beef with the demon. Both of them regenerating which probably seemed like a fight that'd go om for eternity

"ATSUSHI-", y/n's eyes widened at the sight of Seth having caught on slight blood from atsushi.

Now there's a 50 50 chance. Either atsushi's controlled by Seth, or atsushi dies. Both of them sounded horrible but in all honesty being controled by the blond wasn't like death.

So y/n crossed her fingers and the next thing she knew blood was all around the area. Not hers, not Seth's, it was atsushi's.

What? You thought I'd give atsushi plot Armour cuz he's the Mc? Well think again.

Maybe it was true, maybe y/n was for real cursed. And maybe in this world, everyone around her ends up dying. Maybe she was meant to see everyone around her die for potential character development but was it worth the guilt of having atsushi's blood splash around her face like an exploded tomato? or rather an exploded tiger-

Ahem. Anygays.

Let's just summarize y/n's situation in a rational way of thinking.... she's coocked. Might aswell give up and go to sleep for eternity. Maybe she'd have a chance to apologize to all her former colleges who were unfortunate enough to work along side her.

But anyways Seth was next tp go for y/n but instead of dodging the girl just let him slash her like some sausage. Was fighting still worth it at this point?

No... it never was from the beginning. I'm just in denial, thinking that with a little bit more effort I'd reach peace. Turns out peace is just a fantasy my head created to cope with this life.

Nikolai gogol was right, a bird born in a cage will never know that its emprisoned. Thus it's freedom will be unreachable.

It's the same thing for peace.

Was she overworked cause of some furry's death? It isn't just about atsushi, but all her life showing her that whatever she does, people around her will end up dying. The only one that'll remain standing is her.

But anyways, mental depression or not. Seth didn't give a single fuck as he went on for another attack towards y/n. The girl making no attempt at fighting back and showed no sign of further will to live.

Everything is ending now once Seth was milimiters away from grabbing her heart out and nom noming into it since it kinda was his fav part of the human body, but something- or rather he stopped himself from doing so.

His left hand grabbed his right, who was just this close at slashing y/n's heard away from its rib cage. His eyes lost the diamond shaped pupils and his fangs returned to normal.

Y/n was confused too, seeing as humanity slowly slipped into the guy. But that confusion soon let see place for another confusion when she saw that a hand went throught his stomach, it wasn't a normal hand. It was a paw.

Y/n's eyes widened for idk what time in this chapter as she saw atsushi very much alive and breathing- well not atsushi clearly but him in his tiger form.

"Well- they do say cats have 9 lives." Y/n really couldn't help but crack an unfunny joke cyno style.

Seth went limp and crashed into y/n's arms who held him despite almost killing atsushi and herself. People make mistakes okay?

"You talk like I didn't brush death seconds away..." atsushi sweat dropped, as he returned to his normal form.

"I don't know how I managed to stay alive tho.. not that I'm complaining."

He sent a smile so bright y/n had to squint, this kid was sun itself. The world didn't deserve him at all.

"Im just glad youre o-okay." Y/n's voice couldn't help but crack a bit at this very overwhelming train wreck of emotions she just experienced.

"You should probably kill him before he wakes up. His wounds seem to be healing." Atsushi remarked as he took some steps towards where y/n was still holding Seth's body.

"I..." y/n didn't have the heart to kill him.

"You..?"

"Just trust the process with me atsushi."

She somehow managed to convince atsushi to keep him alive and took him with them to the port mafia.

Atsushi was weak willed.

Ok so atsushi and the tiger are complete different people cuz yeah the lore said so.

If we take this logic Seth technically drank the tiger's blood hence causing the tiger to die not atsushi.

So when atsushi transformed back to normal the tiger had time to heal or wtv and it was like nothing happened!
