Zak Pov:

I woke up.

And the room around me immediately felt familiar. Though I don't think that I've ever actually been here.

The walls were metal. And the room was pretty small.

I went to move my arm Infront of me, only to realize that they were tied.

I was sitting on a metal chair, that was attached to the floor. And my hands were tied behind my back, the rope interlocking with the metal bars.

And there was a cloth in my mouth. It was very, very tightly wrapped around my mouth, to the back of my head. Making it so if I tried to talk, it would either feel very uncomfortable or even hurt, and my words would sound muffled and slurred.

Even my feet were tied to the chair, with a rope made out of the same strong material that was holding my hands behind my back.

I started trembling.

It's official, I'm gonna die here!

I started squirming around in the chair to try and loosen the ropes, but it didn't even move them.

I could feel my heart pounding, and my eyes starting to water.

I looked up and examined the room a bit. There were hard, light gray colored walls made out of metal with bolts all over.

And then I realized something.

This room looks identical to the one in my nightmare that I had the night my family met Darryl.

Wait.. Darryl.

Is he okay?! I really hope that they didn't get him too!

I started hyperventilating, the thought of Darryl being in danger, and this small room gave me anxiety.

I started trembling even more, and I tried to shake out of the ropes again.

I let out muffled cries and shut my eyes.

"Calm down, jeez."

The voice sounded familiar.

I opened my eyes and I tried to respond, I tried to ask who was there, but it just came out as a muffled mess.

"If you're wondering who I am, don't ask. It's not like I'm gonna tell you."

My eyes searched the room for who was talking, but nobody was in the room.

"I'm speaking to you through the intercom in the top right corner, you see?"

I looked over to the corner that they said, and saw a camera with a blue light flashing, and an intercom right next to it.

"I see you, hah! Look at how pathetic you look..."

I felt the tears from earlier still on my face, but I couldn't wipe them. My hands wouldn't budge.

Suddenly, I heard the noise of a door opening behind me. But I couldn't turn around far enough to see.

"Oh! Looks like my partner in crime is here," the person on the intercom spoke.

There is more than one?

The person in the room shut the door behind them, and I could hear their footsteps start walking towards my chair. Towards me.

"Hello, Zak," they said. "It's really a shame it had to go down like this."

But I couldn't hear any sympathy in their voice.

They stepped infront of me, but they were wearing a black robber mask. So I couldn't see their face. Their hands were behind their back, and they were looking down at me while I looked back up at them.

"Oh? You're crying?" The person took one of the hands behind their back and wiped away some of my tears. "Pathetic."

The hand want down, and forcfully grabbed my chin, lifting my face up more.

Then they took their other hand out from behind their back, and my heart sank when I saw, that they were holding a knife.

hey took the knife, and placed it right under my chin, on my neck.

I winced, and shut one of my eyes.

I don't want to die just yet.

Darryl Pov:

I didn't know where to go.

If they had really taken Zak, then where could I possibly find him?!

If they did take him, I need to find him, and quick.

If they hurt him I don't know what I- I don't know what I'd do...

So I put on my shoes, and I left the house without grabbing anything other than my phone, and a pocket knife.

I looked around the neighborhood, and thought of where a murderer would take a victim.

Maybe the woods?

That is where I found Wilbur and Fundy.

I didn't need a second thought, I ran straight into the woods, and I didn't look back.

I ran fast into the woods, branches hit my face every once in a while, but I didn't care. I kept my eyes open, no matter how bad they hurt from the flowing air of my running. And the occasional branches hitting them.

I had to hurry -- what if Zak isn't even in the woods? Then I'd be too late.

So I ran faster than I've ever ran before.

Zak Pov:

"I was only kidding, you know that right? Look at that horrified expression you made," They said while laughing.

Their voice made me shiver, but I relaxed a bit when they pulled the knife away from my neck.

"We just want to have some fun. That's all."

He let go of my chin, and my head fell.

"Plus, we can't do anything until a certain someone shows up," said the person on the intercom.

The guy with the mask agreed, and walked out of the room.

I sat there with my head hanging down low.

Please. Someone help me.

Darryl. I miss you.

Darryl Pov:

I ran and ran, but I never found anything.

My legs started to become sore, and I stopped for a second to catch my breath. I knelt down and put my hands on my knees to hold myself up.

Just as I caught my breath, I lifted my head to start searching again. But something caught my eye.

A shed.

I saw as someone walked out of the shed. They were wearing a black mask that covered all of their head, with just their eyes showing.

I couldn't see what color eyes they had from where I was.

They were holding a knife, I noticed. And they seemed to be guarding the door. Or waiting for something.

Is that where Zak is?

If it is, then I'm really hecking lucky.

I decided to hide behind a bush for the time being, and watch the person.

I did something quickly on my phone before looking back up at the person guarding the entrance to the shed.

Then the person took off their mask.

My eyes widened when I saw who it was.
