One more day until the assassination was too take place, and one more day of Hyunjin constantly thinking about the situation that took place last night. Did Felix really call him? How did Felix even remember his phone number? Why would Felix randomly call him all of a sudden. It didn't make any sense to Hyunjin.

"Mr. Hwang."

Honestly why now all of sudden was what made Hyunjin mad.

"Mr.Hwang?"

Did Felix already find out about the mission?

"Hyunjin!" Ri-ki yelled, making hyunjins mind divert back to his student. "Aish, what?" Ri-Ki pointed towards the door at a familiar individual. "Minghao? W- what are you doing here?" Minghao giggled, "I'm learning some things from you today. Aren't I?" Hyunjin mentally face palmed himself, "I forgot. Yet again."

"It's good, let's just go." Minghao took his leave out of the practice room. "Alright, I'm gonna be gone for the rest of the day, your free to go and hang out with your brothers." Hyunjin dismissed ri-ki who had a bright smile on his face, "Thank you!" Ri-ki said bowing with respect. Hyunjin genuinely smiled, "Aish, go have fun. I'll see you tomorrow nishimura."  Ri-Ki nodded before making his way to the exit. Hyunjin laughed at his students excitement. The kid might be annoying but he reminded him of his younger self, very stubborn and became very retaliated when it comes to people speaking rudely.   

"You seem attached to that kid already." Minghao spoke; leaning against the door frame. "Nah, he just remind's me of myself when I was younger. But surprisingly, I think he could top me as best assassin in the guild once I'm gone, or I retire." Minghao smirked, "We'll see I guess."

Felix was walking randomly in the streets, wanting to end up anywhere that wasn't his apartment that he stayed in for who knows how long, or his corrupt house that he refused to go to. It was almost 2 days and Felix still couldn't comprehend everything that was happening to him, or what he had learned.

He honestly didn't know if it was smart for him to randomly call Hyunjin knowing that he was a target in his mind. But Felix wanted closure, he craved for it, he even needed it. But he didn't feel like he should need it when he was the one who started all of this in the first place.

If he hadn't left Hyunjin like that so randomly and unexpectedly. He could've convinced Hyunjin to leave the guild and to just run away with Felix, and just live their life together. Just the two of them.

But now it was too late, his darkest nightmare came true even when he tried to prevent it.

He continued walking until he stumbled into something, Felix looked up and was met with another individual, who looked furious. "Yah, watch where your going!" Felix apologized instantly, trying to walk away until he grabbed onto Felix. "An apology like that won't work, you..." he started. He looked elsewhere to find an excuse to keep Felix here until he looked at his shoes. "You have to pay for my new shoes, you stepped on them." Felix looked at his shoes and saw they were spotless. "Y- your shoes look fin—"

"Are you kidding me?! You don't see that big mark on the top of it!" He yelled, making Felix shiver at the Sudden Noise from the stranger. He looked around for help from anybody but nobody was in sight. Felix looked back at the individual. He was smirking.

"No one to help you little one."

The individual reached for Felix before he was stopped by a hand gripping onto
His forearm. "I'd suggest you leave him alone before your begging for me to release you from my hold."

Felix's eyes widened, tears almost starting to spill out, "H- Han?! Y- Yeji?!" They both simultaneously smiled. But the moment was interrupted "Who are you? Fuck off." He spat making Han scoff, "Why would we when we're helping a civilian who looks endangered?"

The individual raised his other fist to throw a punch and Han before han grabbed it, letting go of the man's arm as he punched him, catching the man off guard. He collapsed; unconscious.

Han smiled as he clapped his hands together, trying to get rid of the touch of the older man, "Hey lix, it's been a while." Felix was gonna respond before his body unexpectedly made its way towards Han's arms as he started sobbing.

God he missed his old friends. It had been 3 years since he saw them, but han and Yeji weren't the only people he had missed. He missed Changbin, seungmin, Jeongin, Minho, and Chan. "Felix, I'm sorry to cut the moment short. But we need to talk about Hyunjin, and who he really is—"

"I already know."

"Hyunjin's has a assignment to kill someone, and it's me."

"Are you a Machine?!" Minghao exaggerated; breathing heavily.

Hyunjin laughed, "Look it's simple, all you have to do is dodge the shooter's, I'm going easy on you. This is only hard mode." Minghao's eyes widened, "Only hard mode?! EASY ON ME?! ARE YOU INSANE?! I can hardly breathe right now Hyunjin!"

"Yea! There are two more modes ahead of this, there's easy for the recruits, medium for the slow beginners, hard for the regular recruits, expert for the more experienced, and insane mode, which is mostly for me. Since I'm the only one who was able to finish the mode."

Words couldn't describe how much shock those words were to Minghao, "Your fucking insane. Who in their right mind would find this fun."

"I never said it was fun."

"But you believe it is."

"I do not."

"Yes you do."

"I do not."

"Yes. You. Do."

Hyunjin sighed, "Fine. Yes I find this entertaining, but what is the big deal about it? It gets me distracted from the outside world. After what happened in the past. Being an assassin makes me feel less worried about my life, even though I'm risking it almost every single day."

"Ok, but this is just too much."

Hyunjin chuckled, "Well I didn't become the best in the guild out of nowhere. I had to work for it."

"We'll obviously, no one becomes that good over night. Especially a organization filled with assassins." Minghao spoke, picking up a bottle of water on the side of the bench.

"Well, hurry up. Because we only have today to get this right, then we're heading out tomorrow." Hyunjin said, wrapping fabric around his hands to prevent any hardcore damage.

Minghao couldn't quite put his finger on it, but he sensed some sadness coming from hyunjins words.
"Hyunjin, if you cannot complete this mission because of your emotional attachment to Felix then why did you accep—"

"Minghao, even if your my partner in this. I'm still in charge and you have no right to judge me on my past. I will complete this mission, no feelings will be involved whatsoever. But if your that noisy about my so called attachment to Felix then go on ahead, tell the boss. In the end, who do you think he will believe? You? A stranger recruit who just joined our organization who could have been a spy from an Enemy organization. Or a assassin he has known ever since he was a child, that he raised since his father and mothers passing? Hm?" Hyunjin asked, making Minghao scowl, "Fine. Let's just get back to training. I'm tired."

Hyunjin smiled, "Good, now that we're are on the same page. We can finally get along, shall we?"

Currently, Felix, Han and Yeji were all back in Felix's apartment. "Your apartment is nice, I'm glad you found peace felix." Felix softly smiled. "I'm
Thankful." Then it went silent.

"Lix, we can't stay long but, we have a idea." Yeji nodded her head, "Yes please listen to us, it's for your safety and to somewhat save hyunjins humanity." Felix tuned himself into the conversation. Giving them his full attention.

"You can leave. Me and Han will help you escape." Felix turned his head away biting his lip. "Lix, Hyunjin was mad when you left. He will be coming here Tomorrow, but it's uncertain when he will commence the actual mission. If you don't escape, Hyunjin will not hesitate to complete his mission. After what happened three years ago, he never failed a single mission. And just because your the target this time, it won't distract him from his goal." Yeji explained. But Felix simply started to laugh, "I- I can't... I can't leave Yeji. I- I need to see him again."

Hans eyes widened "Your getting yourself killed Felix! Do you know what could happen if you ever came in contact with him aga!—"

"I called him!"

Yeji and Han froze, their eyes frozen in place from the announcement that they unbelievably heard, "Y- you what—"

"I called him han! I was so fucking tired of not hearing anything from him over these past years and it almost made me go insane, as soon as he picked up and I heard his voice again... I broke, then I mumbled his name on accident and he recognized me. He almost said my name until I hung up immediately, If he spoke my name after 3 years of having no contact with him, I probably would've took the first flight back home." Yeji and Han stayed in shock as Felix rambled to his hearts content.

"Felix... do you know what could've happened?"

"No han, what possibly could've happened that would make this situation even more worse then it already is?!"

"Felix, what if the organization hacked hyunjins phone and heard the conversation between you too, or Hyunjin could've reported you to the organization and they could've found your position immediately."

"But they didn't, cause if Hyunjin really didn't care for me anymore, then they would've already been here by now. And so far they haven't."

Felix was right, if Hyunjin really did report their conversation to the organization, Felix would've already been dead, hours before they even came there. "But it doesn't hurt to take precautions lix, you still have a chance to leave."

Felix shook his head, "I appreciate it guys, but I don't want to keep running away from him. Why do you think things are like this now? It's because I ran away from him the first time. I'm not gonna leave him again, just to make him suffer even more."
Yeji and Han looked at each other simultaneously before nodding, "But you don't realize this Felix, last time, you weren't a target in hyunjins mind. You were his most precious person in his life. Not a mission." Han explained.

Felix sighed, "I guess... your just going to have to trust me on this guys... if I fail. Then I fail, but I don't want to go down without a fight. If Hyunjin wants to kill me, then he can try. I'm not gonna make it easy for him, and I'm gonna attempt to
Make him accept my apology after 3 years, even when I'm 10% certain it would actually work."

Han and Yeji looked at each other before going back to Felix "Alright... but this isn't the end Felix, we're gonna try our damndest to make sure your still breathing after tomorrow." Felix smiled at the gesture.

"I appreciate it." Han and Yeji both walked up to Felix engulfing him in a hug before departing. Yeji was the first to walk out as some sniffs and tears were heard from her as she took the first step. Han was no better as he gave Felix one last look before letting a tear slip.

Then Felix was left alone in his apartment.

Before he fell to his knees, releasing a sob he held back as soon as Han and Yeji approached him on the street.
