I felt my body being shaken, I don't wanna wake up right now. I tried to at least mumble some words telling whoever was shaking me to quit it. I opened my eyes, fluttering them as the light blurred my vision. I turned my head to the voice I heard.

Someone spoke, "Y/n, we should get back and have dinner. It's gonna get dark soon." who is that?

"No.. five more minutes," I mumbled, rubbing my eyes hoping it would clear my blurry crap vision.

"We have to go back to the village, you're probably hungry." I heard a little snicker.

My vision now adjusted, I could see the person. It was no one other than Muichiro.

"Mmm, yeah, I am hungry. Let's go!" I quickly stood up pulling Muichiro with me.

Muichiro and I walked down the path to the village, our hands holding onto each other. We both didn't want to let go, not even for a second. Ginko, who was on Muichiros shoulder, seemed in a bad mood. She was scoffing and had her head turned away from the both of us the entire walk back. Dumb bird.

"Oh good, we are almost there." Muichiro pointed out to the distant lights. The sun was setting and dinner would be soon.

Muichiro and I sat down as the swordsmiths started placing food, the delicious smell filled my nose. They served us tempura and a lot of it. I started finishing plate after plate and had a whole mountain of bowls. Once they took the dirty plates away. They brought out another. This time it was Taiyaki!!

"Mmm! This is so delicious, you all work so hard thank you for dinner!" I smiled at the swordsmiths who served us, they bowed and left the room.

"Did you like it, Muichiro?" I spoke while turning my head to him.

"Yeah, it was really good." He talked with his mouth full of sweets.

I giggled at him and continued eating mine. Once we got done with dinner he walked with me to my room, it was very quiet. I assumed most everybody had gone to sleep now. Arriving at my room, we talked in front for a little.

"Alright, Goodnight Muichiro." I chuckled

"Goodnight, Y/n" He smiled

Before he left, I leaned in and gave him a soft kiss on his cheek. He froze in place, a pink hue dusted his cheeks, I let out a breathy laugh and closed the door while sending him a small wave, I softly sighed at the reoccurring thought of him calling me beautiful. I folded my haori and set out my futon.

'God, that stupid doll is making me terrified to fall asleep.' I sighed

I sat up and slipped out of bed. I started doing pushups to tire myself out, it didn't work so I tried my whole workout routine. Even after that, I couldn't fall asleep, I decided to walk around for a bit. Sliding open the shoji door as quietly as I could, closing it the same way.

"The moon is so lovely tonight" I spoke to nobody in particular

Walking down the path I got a weird feeling, is there a demon here? I listened harder but then the noise vanished. I ran down the path trying to sense it again. I heard a loud crash and look through the trees on my right. There was someone flying out of the room! I squinted, It was Muichiro!

'Shit. I gotta hurry now.' I started rushing down to where I saw Muichiro land, hopefully, he wasn't hurt. There was definitely a demon here, maybe two. I ran through the trees trying to spot him, no luck whatsoever.

'Wait, What the hell is that?'

I saw a blob, that looked like a fish but a mutant fish. It was coming out of a pot like the one I saw earlier and I heard screams. I quickly attacked the pot smashing it with my blade, surely enough the fish mutant thing also disappeared.

"Oh, Y/n there you are!" I heard Muichiro's voice and finally saw him after most of the fish had burnt away.

"Are you alright? I saw you fly out of that building and I got worried!"

"I'm fine, we need to find the main demon-" He got cut off by a cry

"AHHH! I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE! THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME!" Kotetsu yelled

I laughed at Kotetsu when he admitted to calling Muichiro a kelp head. Muichiro turned around and reminded me we have a job to finish, I motioned at the kid.

"He'll just get in the way, leave him." Though his expression changed, his hand holding the side of his head

"Muichiro, are you okay?" I placed my hand on the side of his arm, a concerning look taking over my face

"Yes, Sorry. I'll grab the kid." He picked up Kotetsu like he weighed a feather, and we dashed through the forest to find Kanamori.

"Look! Another fish mutant!" I pointed out

Muichiro dashed to destroy the pot as I sliced the fished arm that was holding the swordsmith, I slid on the ground to catch him in my arms realizing it was Muichiro's swordsmith.

"Ah! Kanamori!! Are you alright?" I asked as we both stood

"Yes, thank you L/n-dono." He dusted himself off

"AHHHH KANAMORI!!" Kotetsu cried out and ran towards Kanamori

"So you're this Kanamori person? Do you have my blade?" Muichiro questioned

"Ah yes, this one you have is very chipped. That's what I'm here for." He spoke and then continued with "Your girlfriend here asked me to fix it, I had to look for your first swordsmith."

"Girl.. friend? What's that?" Muichiro asked with dotted eyes, and I started freaking out.

"Kanamori!! I told you it's not like that!" I made an 'x' with my arms and shook my head violently.

"Friends don't usually fall asleep on each other in the middle of the forest holding hands." Kanamori joked whie folding his arms

"WHAT? YOU SAW THAT?" I blurted out and turned around in embarrassment.

He just laughed and mentioned Haganezuka and how we had to go find him. Once we reached the sight of the shed that he was in I heard something. Muichiro pulled Kanamori to a stop as I held Kotetsu's hand preventing him from going forward.

"Hold on," I spoke

"It's here." Muichiro finished

A pot came into view, and something was growing out of it. I read its eyes, Upper Moon 5. I fucking knew it.

"Hyo Hyo Hyo! You must be pillars if you sensed me. Something important in that shed right there? There's a lot of rustling!" It laughed out

I got into a stance waiting to just cut this moron's head off. I checked around me in case there were any more pots, and I was interrupted by the demon's voice again.

"Hyo Hyo! Nice to meet you. My name is Gyokko. Take a look at my artwork before I kill you!" He spoke grimacing

"Art? What are you talking about." I firmly said.

"Let me show you!" He laughed and continued, "Presenting! L'agonie Des Forgerons!" Something emerged from the pot, a gruesome sight. Swordsmiths that apparently had gone missing were mutated into this 'artwork.' Swords coming out of their body and some of their masks are broken. This got me furious.

"Hey," Muichiro suddenly spoke. "cut it out fuckface." I took that as a sign to attack, running up to Gyokko and unleashing a form. Muichiro also sent an attack.

We both swung at the demon, though it didn't hit. This scared cat disappeared into his pot. He appeared from another one on the roof of the shed.

"Muichiro, destroy the pots as we did with the fish, he most likely gets his power from it," I remarked, if the fish disappeared there's a big chance Gyokko will too.

Muichiro nodded jumping up and breaking the pot in half, the demon appearing in another on the ground. He likes to run, I have to keep Kotetsu and Kanamori safe. The demon started complaining about Muichiro smashing the pot, I took it as a chance to attack.

"Plant breathing fourth form: Spearmint." I sped my way to the demon, hoping to injure him with the wisteria poison.

"Hyo! Hyo! Blood demon art: Fish assassin a thousand needles!" He screeched, and fish came flying out of his pot. They shot out needles at us. I dodged and realized that the needles were heading for Kotetsu and Kanamori.

"Kotetsu! Kanamori!" I rushed to protect them, only getting stopped because the fish were attacking me again.

The mist pillar took the hit, and many needles stuck to his skin, "Muichiro!"

Kotetsu and Kanamori managed to escape as I fought the fish, cutting them all in half.

"Hyo! Hyo! You look silly with those needles. Tell me, are your limbs numb yet from the poison?" The demon cooed

Muichiro seemed to get distracted and lost in thought, "Muichiro, focus!" I yelled, launching another quick attack at Gyokko. Only for him to dodge it, Muichiro sent an attack afterward.

"You're going to die because you decided to save worthless lives!" Gyokko shouted.

"Shut it, your words are worthless," Muichiro snapped at him.

Though that really seemed to piss off Gyokko, He used a blood demon art. Trapping Muichiro in water like blob, drowning him. I tried to cut it open, and the demon explained no matter how sharp the blade, you can't cut it.

"Plant breathing fourth form: Falling blossoms." Sending a constant flow of attacks toward Gyokko. He kept laughing. Every pot he came out of, I smashed. New ones appear every time.

"Your fast. I like you! Hyo! Hyo! Incredibly strong." He smiled.

"I'd rather not have you like me," I spat out.

I used my fourth form again. If I landed this, he would be immobile. Giving me time to find a way to help Muichiro. Jumping around, avoiding his overwhelming attacks, I managed to get above him and strike own my sword into his eye. He screamed in pain, and I could see the effects of the poison. I had to be quick.

"Muichiro!" I called out, trying to find a way to get him out of the water blob. I saw Kotetsu with a knife running up and trying to cut the water.

"Kotetsu! You need to go and hide! It's dangerous!" I yelled out, keeping my eyes on the demon who kept screaming about the burning pain I brought upon him. I took my eyes off for a moment when I looked back, he was gone. I quickly scanned the area with my eyes, and he was in the shed! Shit! Haganezuka and Kanamori!
