It's already 5:00, you think to yourself. You were going on a date with Maverick and he was coming to get you at 5:20 so you could go see a movie. You had just finished your hair and had your outfit on. You quickly did you makeup so that you would be ready.

You heard a knock on the door and went to answer. Maverick saw you and gasped.

Y/n:What? Like what you see?

Maverick:You look stunning

You blushed and walked to the car. Once you got to the theater, you got a large popcorn and a soda for you both to share. You settled into the comfy seats, Maverick next to you. He put his arm around you and you leaned your head on his shoulder. As you saw the opening credits you looked at Maverick who was already looking at you, you both blushed and he gave you a quick peck on the lips before turning back to the movie. Probably one of the best movie nights ever.
