I'm not going back~

9th August, 2021.

Neo Seoul University.

It was the time when the students started to enter the university. Some were roaming in the campus, some were taking out their necessary books for the first class from their lockers whereas some were talking about random topics with their friends. It was the time when 'they' entered holding hands. Everyone in the campus gasped and all eyes were on 'them'.

"Why are they holding hands?"
"Is it real what I am seeing?"
"Are they dating?"
"No why would he date a girl like her?"
"But it looks so."
"No I can't believe my eyes."
"I don't like her."
"That bitch."
"I didn't even get a chance with him."
"Oh shit!"

"Guys isn't that- isn't that Jisung?", Haechan asked as he saw the younger entering the campus.

The rest four turned around only to see their youngest friend holding a girl's hand.

"What's happening?", Jeno furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"Do you think he is dating her?", Renjun asked being equally surprised.

"But he didn't tell us before", Haechan said.

"There's really no use in raising kids." Jaemin sighed and shook his head.

Chenle squinted his eyes to see the look of that girl. He gasped when he finally realized who she was. "Guys I think I know her." The rest of them looked at him. "It's...... Lee Yoona."

Jisung approached towards his friends with a big smile on his face. He brought Yoona with him. She flashed a sweet smile at his friends. They were looking at him waiting for Jisung to say something.

"Guys, meet my girlfriend."

The Dreamies were now sitting at the lunch table in the cafeteria. Jisung just sat on the chair putting his food tray on the table. The six of them were looking at him.

When Jisung noticed it, he looked at their faces and asked, "What?"

"Explain", Mark said.

"When all these happened, Jisung?", Haechan asked with furrowed brows.

"Ooohh about Yoona? Probably before summer break. I met her in the hallway, then later we exchanged numbers and after we came back from our trip, she told me that she liked me", Jisung said and then took a bite of his apple.

"And you didn't even think to tell us?", Jaemin said with wide eyes.

"It was supposed to be a surprise I guess", Jisung bluntly said.

"Do you even like her?", Jeno asked raising a brow.

"Ofcourse I do."

"Are you sure you like her?", Renjun inquired.

"What's with all these questions guys?"

"You know there's a difference between love and attraction right?", Jaemin asked.

"Ofcourse I know."

"You know what sometimes you find someone attractive but that doesn't mean you like that person deep down but you think so", Mark ,who was the most experienced about love, said.

"Why are you guys saying these things?"

"Jisung she is Yoona, that same Lee Yoona who wanted to date me like a crazy. She was so annoying, always following me around in high school. Did you forget her?", Chenle who was quiet for a while finally said.

"She is that Lee Yoona?", Renjun asked and Chenle nodded as an answer.

"She was probably after your money Chenle. Maybe now she is dating Jisung for that only", Jeno said.

"I'm warning you Jisung. Be careful", his Chinese bestfriend said.

On the other hand, the five girls entered the cafeteria.

"There are the boys", Jimin said pointing at their table.

Soojin looked at the table and saw Jisung. She felt weird. "I don't want to eat guys."

Giselle looked at her. "You shouldn't skip your meal Soojin."

"I know. I'm full. I.... had a heavy breakfast today."

"Ok if you say so", Minjeong said shrugging her shoulders.

They bid each other goodbye and left the lunch room.

"She is hot and all but I don't like", Haechan said drinking his water.

Jisung who was looking down, finally looked up and faced his friends. He slammed the table with his hand which made others flinched. "Can you guys stop making false assumptions about her? What's your problem?"

"Jisung we are just telling you. You are still young. You don't know much about love", the oldest said.

The youngest scoffed. "I am not a baby. I know what I'm doing. Can't you just be happy for me, for us?"

"Jisung you are still naive. You can't differentiate between good and bad people", Jeno said.

"Jisung we just want the best for you-" Chenle put his hand on Jisung's hand but he suddenly stood up.

"I had enough of you guys. It broke my hurt seeing you can't support my relationship." And he left the table.

Renjun called him and when Jisung turned around, he said, "If you ever get your heart broken and come to us crying, remember our shoulders are always ready for you."

Jisung didn't say anything and turned around. He was about to crash into Minjeong but ultimately didn't as Minjeong moved away at the right time.

"What's wrong with him?", Jimin asked the group of boys.

"Sexy~"

Renjun went to that spot where he could find her. When he saw her sitting under the tree, he immediately went to her.

"Hello!"

"Aigo kamchagiya!"

Renjun giggled and sat beside her. "Again reading books?"

Soojin nodded. "It's The Blue Umbrella."

Renjun looked at her facial expression. "Are you upset?"

Soojin snapped her head at him. "Uhh-uhh n-no. Why would I be upset?"

Renjun shrugged. "I don't know maybe.... because Jisung has a girlfriend now."

Soojin slapped his arm and let out a laugh. "Renjun, you are so funny. Why would him having a girlfriend upset me?"

'Your eyes are telling that it's a lie.'

Renjun again shrugged. He reached out his jacket's pocket and took out something. "Let's skip class."

"Suddenly?" Soojin frowned.

"Let's go and watch a movie." Renjun flashed a toothy smile and showed her two movie tickets.

"Why me?"

"Because I don't have anyone else who will go with me."

Soojin giggled. "What about your single dude Hyuck?"

"Ahhh he doesn't like this kind of movies."

Soojin took a ticket from his hand. "Horror movie?"

Renjun nodded with a smile.

Soojin's eyes sparkled in excitement "I'm down."

7:30 p.m.

Soojin entered her house. She and Renjun went to a restaurant to eat something delicious after watching the movie. She texted Jisung beforehand that she would not go back home with him as she had plans. As soon as she opened the door, she saw Jisung lying on the sofa. When the boy noticed her, he quickly sat up. Soojin just decided to ignore him and went straight to her room. Jisung's eyes just followed her.

'Strange. She didn't even talk to me?'
