Monday.

A tired Soojin entered the lunch room of the university gaining a lot of attention from the other students.

Yesterday was a very hectic day. Soojin and Jisung spent the whole day with their mothers. Jihee and Seyeon discussed about their highschool days and talked about some childhood moments of the two kids which Jisung and Soojin found very embarrassing. The good part was the food cooked by their mothers. Ofcourse mom's handmade food always reminds of home.

But Soojin couldn't sleep at all last night and all thanks to Park Jisung. As their mothers were staying at their house, they had to share the same room which was Jisung's because the two moms knew that their kids were living together in a room as a 'couple'. Jisung didn't allow Soojin to sleep on his bed and told her to sleep anywhere else. She couldn't quarrel with him as their moms were in the other room. As his room didn't have a couch, Soojin had to make a small bed with a mat and a blanket on the floor and sleep there. It was a little bit cold at night and she was not habituated with sleeping on the floor. So, she merely got any sleep. And there she was- entering the cafeteria with her sleepy figure.

"Woah isn't that Soojin?"
"Yeah Kim Soojin."
"She danced with Jisung at the party, right?"
"Yes."
"Are they a couple?"
"No way Jisung is mine."
"Why Dreamies are starting to date?"
"Jeno also has a girlfriend now."
"Jeno and Jimin are a powerful couple."
"She's beautiful but I don't like."
"Don't worry we still have Haechan and Renjun."
"Yeah they are the single dudes."

"SOOJIN!!!!" Soojin heard someone calling her. She looked around and saw Minjeong waving her hand at her. She went towards the table where Minjeong was sitting. But as soon as she reached the table, her eyes widened.

"Are we sitting here?", Soojin asked her friend.

"Yeah!", Minjeong answered while putting her head on her boyfriend's shoulder. The four girls were sitting with the other seven boys at the same table because of Minjeong's request.

"It was Minjeong's idea to sit here. Because you know two of us have a boyfriend now", Ningning said.

"Ooohh don't tell me you're not happy to sit here Ning", Minjeong teased while the Chinese girl blushed.

Soojin took a seat beside Minjeong. She looked infront of her and saw Jeno and Jimin talking happily. A part of her was happy for her friend but the other part felt miserable. But she tried to ignore that unhappy part and be happy of her friend.

It was a normal day as Haechan and Renjun were bickering about small things as usual. Suddenly Jeno stood up from his seat and asked, "I am going to the snack section. Do you guys want anything?"

Jaemin, Aeri, Haechan, Chenle , Renjun said their snacks' names to Jeno.

"Uhhh I also want a Lay's", Soojin said but in a hesitated manner.

"Ok. I am coming back." And with Jeno left.

Few minutes later, Jisung said, "Oh I wanted a coke. I forgot to tell Jeno." And left the table.

"She likes the blue one."

Hearing the familiar voice, Jeno turned around. "Huh? Oh you are talking about the Lay's."

"Yeah", Jisung said and went to the cold drink vending machine and put the money in and placed his order.

"You know a lot about Soojin I guess", Jeno said.

"Not really. I just saw her eating the blue one a few days ago."

Jeno nodded with a small smile. "How's your relationship now?"

"I would say same", Jisung simply said.

"I don't think so. I think there's a little progress", Jeno said in a teasing manner.

Jisung chuckled. "Can I ask you something?" Jeno nodded.

"Why do I think you know that Soojin likes you?"

This question was really unexpected for Jeno. His eyes widened and then he sighed. "Yes I know."

"Then why didn't you tell her you don't like her back before?" Jisung raised his eyebrow.

"She never confessed to me."

"She was going to confess at the party but you already proposed Jimin. And she saw it all."

Jeno's jaw dropped in surprise. "What?"

"Yes. You know how heart broken she is right now?"

"I never meant to hurt her." Jeno was looking down.

"I get it. But I think you should talk to her."

Jeno nodded. "I will take your advice." Jeno handed Jisung the blue Lay's chips packet and before leaving he said, "I never wanted to steal your girl. Soojin is a nice girl. Don't lose her Jisung."

"Hey!"

Soojin looked up and saw the person she was trying to ignore all day. He sat down beside her under the shade of the tree.

"Is this your favourite place?", Jeno asked.

"Y-yeah. It's quite and peaceful. I like reading books here", Soojin said not looking at him.

"I see...", Jeno said with a nod.

There was a complete silence for a minute until Jeno decided to break it. "I'm sorry Soojin."

Soojin immediately looked at him with a frown. "Sorry? For what?"

"I know that..... you like me but... I don't feel the same. So I am sorry for that." Jeno gave her an apologetic look.

Soojin was surprised after listening to Jeno. "You don't have to be sorry about that. It's not your fault that you don't like me. I have no problem with that. And honestly I am happy for both you and Jimin" , Soojin said with a small smile.

"What really?"

Soojin shrugged. "I can't steal your love. Love is a very complicated thing. You don't even realize when you fall in love. And I don't regret liking you. You are the first person I ever liked and also it's the first time I felt heartbroken. But it's ok. I learned something new in my life."

Jeno nodded with a smile. "You are right. Trust me someone else is waiting for you. The person who is meant for you and will always love you. Maybe you already know him."

Soojin chuckled. "Maybe..."

"Now promise me we will always be friends." Jeno extended his little figure.

Soojin looked at him with furrowed eyebrows. "When did you start to do this kind of things?"

"Did you forget you only taught me this in elementary school?"

Soojin let out a small laugh and joined her little finger with his.

"We will always be friends. Pinky promise!", Soojin exclaimed and they joined their thumbs to seal their promise.

"I am glad to have you as my friend, Soojin. ", Jeno said with his eye smile.

Jisung was taking out his books from his locker when he felt someone tapping his shoulder. He turned around and saw her.

"Hi Jisung! Can we talk?", Yoona said with a smile.

So I am back after 2 days!!!
