Valentina POV

𝑨 few days has passed since my first doctors appointment and things have been pretty calm, Josh and I have spent the past few days just staying inside and watching movies and a lot of making out. Even though I'm pregnant and things are going to change, we still want a normal relationship and plus we do have big decisions to make but we don't want to rush making them decisions. Josh talked to his parents over the phone and today they're coming up to New York for a few days. Tonight we're all having a family dinner at the Matthews, and Eric and Morgan are flying in as well. I guess everyone wants to talk about the fact I'm pregnant. 

Right now Riley, Maya, Smackle, Cora, Hollie, and I are all shopping. So we're spending some time shopping before Riley, Maya, and I head back to the Matthews to see everyone. 

"Ooh I like this... and this... and this... and this!" Riley said

She is looking around everything in the store making us laugh.

"Can I just buy everything?" Riley asked

"Aw Riles remember what happened last time you bought a lot? Your dad returned everything and made you wear a Christmas sweater for an entire week to school" Maya said

"That was the worst week of my life." Riley said

"We're the ones who had to look at you" Smackle said

Riley's jaw drops. 

"I mean you looked super cute." Smackle said

Riley rolls her eyes.

Josh POV

Saying that I'm feeling nervous was an understatement right now, usually I'm happy to see my parents and my siblings but I know how disappointed my parents are going to be in me. Right now I'm at Cory's with Topanga, Auggie, Shawn, and Katy as we wait for everyone else to arrive.

"When are grandma and grandpa getting here?" Auggie asked

We're playing on his playstation in the living area, I promised him a few games before they got here.

"Auggie you've asked that ten times. They'll get here when they get here" Topanga said, annoyed 

Auggie and I chuckle.

Knock Knock!

"Oh thank God. I couldn't take one more when will they get here." Topanga whined

Auggie runs to the door opening it.

"Grandma! Grandpa!" Auggie shouted 

He hugs them.

"Hey kiddo!" Dad said 

They walk inside and I stand up.

"Hey Dad." I said

I walk over and we hug. 

"Did you get more grey hair?" I asked 

"Josh his whole head is covered in grey hair. What strand is there that isn't?" Cory asked 

He walks over to hug Mom.

"Very funny boys. Hey Shawn, how you doing?" Dad asked

He walks over to Shawn as they hug and then he hugs Katy.

"Hey Mom." I said

I hug her.

"Hi sweetie, how's college?" Mom asked

"College is good." I said

"Oh, one more thing." Mom said

She slaps me upside the head making Cory, Shawn, and Auggie laugh.

"Ow! What was that for?" I asked

"You know what that's for, what the hell is wrong with you?" Mom asked

"Well, right now I think I have a concussion." I said

I rub my head. 

"How the hell did you get so strong?" I asked

"Four kids is how." Mom said

We all walk to the kitchen.

"Hi Shawn, hi Katy." Mom said

She hugs them both.

"Where are the girls?" Dad asked

"These two thought it would be a good idea to give them credit cards to go shopping." Shawn said

He points to Katy and Topanga.

"Monsters." Cory said

He shakes his head. 

"They should be back soon though." Cory said

"Are you sure it's okay we stay here for a few days, Cory?" Dad asked

"Of course Dad, you're always welcome here." Cory said

"I'll go put your bags in the guest room." I said

I stand up.

"That's right try and get back on their nice side." Cory said

Cory smirks.

"Hey Auggie, look over there." I say 

I point at something random, as he looks away I flip Cory off making everyone laugh before I grab the suitcases and make my way to the guest bedroom, walking inside I put them on the bed.

Ring Ring! Ring Ring! Ring Ring!

"Hey babe, how's shopping?" I asked

"Well let's see, I'm trying to be normal, Maya and Riley are shopping for baby stuff, and Cora and Hollie are shopping for maternity clothes. I swear Smackle is the only normal one and she's Smackle." Valentina said 

Valentina chuckles through the other end.

"I'm sorry babe, I know you wanted a normal shopping trip." I said

I sigh.

"Yeah well I'll just have to get used to it. I guess it's all just sinking in still. Are your parents there?" Valentina asked

"Yeah, they just got here and I think my mom gave me a concussion." I said

"Good." Valentina said

Valentina laughs through the other end. 

"Teach you not to get me pregnant." Valentina said

"That's cold babe, how long before you're back?" I asked

"Not long, Riley is going crazy with all the baby shopping, which I have no idea why she is starting considering I'm only a few weeks pregnant and we don't even know if it's a boy or a girl... Riley's calling me over I better go. I'll be back soon babe, love you." Valentina said

"Love you too, gorgeous." I said

I put the phone down.

"I'm taking that was Tina." Someone said

I turn around seeing Mom standing there. 

"How is she enjoying shopping?" Mom asked

"Not very much considering all the girls want to talk about is the baby." I said

I chuckle.

"It will take a while to sink in." Mom said

I sigh before sitting on the bed.

"Look Mom I know you're disappointed in me. I get it I screwed up and everyone keeps reminding me, but we can't do anything about it now all I can do now is be there for Valentine and the baby." I said

She sits next to me.

"I was disappointed in you when I first found out. But the truth is these things happen, and you can be as careful as possible and take lots of precautions, but stuff like this can still happen. I'm proud of you okay? For being there for Tina and the baby. I raised you right Josh, and I'm here for both of you if you need anything." Mom asked

"Thanks Mom." I said

I hug her.

"Let's get back out there before people think I killed you." Mom said 

I laugh before we make our way back into the living area seeing Valentina, Hollie, Maya, and Riley are there as well.

"Grandma!" Riley said

She runs to hug Mom.

"Why isn't he dead Amy?" Shawn asked

He points to me, making me roll my eyes.

"Hey beautiful." I said

I wrap my arm around Valentina's waist, leaning down to kiss her softly.

"Again, why isn't he dead?" Shawn asked

"Shawn." Valentina warned

I wrap my arm around her shoulders and Shawn sighs.

"Hi Mom." Hollie said

She hugs Mom, who hugs her back.

"Hi Maya, how are you?" Mom asked

She hugs Maya, who hugs her back.

"I'm good Mrs. Matthews." Maya said

Maya smiles.

"Maya how many times have I told you to call me Amy?" Mom asked

"I've lost count." Maya said

Maya chuckles and my mom hugs her again. Mom walks over to Valentina.

"Hi Tina, how are you feeling?" Mom asked

She hugs Valentina, who hugs her back.

"I'm feeling pretty good, Amy." Valentina said 

She smiles.

"How's my grandchild?" Mom asked

"They're doing good as far as I know. Josh and I just went to an appointment about a week ago and everything's healthy." Valentina said

"Riley please tell me I don't have to get that Christmas sweater back out and make you wear it to school?" Cory asked

We all sit down at the table and I lace my hand through Valentina's as she wraps her hand around my arm. I kiss her head making her smile.

"No I've learned my lesson." Riley said

"By that she means I dragged her away from everything." Maya said

Cory thanks her. 

"But she did kick and scream a few times, then Smackle had to grab her legs while we carried her out of the stores." Maya said

"That was uncalled for." Riley said

Riley crosses her arms.

"So was biting Smackle." Valentina said

We all chuckle.

"Did you girls have fun?" Katy asked

The girls nod.

"I'm here! The party can begin!" Morgan shouted

She walks through the door.

"Sorry, we didn't hire a clown." I said

Auggie, Riley, and Maya chuckle.

"Why did you two have to have another child after me?" Morgan asked

"Because they wanted cute babies after they had you so they had something nice to look at." Hollie said

Hollie and I smirk to piss her off.

"Mom! Dad!" Morgan shouted

I smirk and Valentina slaps my chest. I look down at her and chuckle as she shakes her head at me.

"Every time you three are in the same room together. Can't you three ever get along?" Mom asked

"When pigs fly." Morgan said

"Start flying then." I said

I smirk.

"Urg!" Morgan screamed

Hollie and I laugh. 

"I hate you so much." Morgan said

"Love you too." Hollie and I said

Morgan shakes her head before going to hug everyone.

"So Vale one question? What the hell do you see in him? You can do so much better." Morgan said

"I'm sitting right here." I said

Morgan shrugs.

"Now I remember why we don't have them both here at the same time." Cory said

"How are Ethan and Chris?" Dad asked Morgan

Chris is her husband and Ethan is her son, my nephew.

"They're good, Ethan just joined his first football team." Morgan said

Morgan smiles.

"Aw he's growing up so quick. I'm running out of grandchildren." Mom said

"I'm pretty sure Josh took care of that." Morgan said

Morgan smirks and I roll my eyes.

"People of this apartment... bow before me." Eric said

He walks inside.

"Eric you're a senator not royalty." Maya reminded

"Way to ruin my dreams Moesha." Eric said

"Moesha?" Valentina asked

"I don't know he just calls me Moesha... I'm pretty sure he doesn't call any of us by our names." Maya said

"Uncle Eric!" Auggie said

He gets up.

"OH, OH, IT'S COUSIN AUGGIE!" Eric exclaimed

He runs to Auggie, picking him up and twirling him around.

"I have one question. You four turned out normal, so what happened to him?" Maya asked, referring to Eric

"I dropped him a lot." Dad said 

Valentina chuckles, I slip my hand out of hers and place it on her inner thigh stroking it and she smiles at me sweetly... God she's beautiful.

"Baby brother." Eric said

He ruffles my hair. 

"When did you and Little Pangers start going out?" Eric asked

I fix my hair.

"Oh wait, I forgot you knocked her up, yeah caught up to speed now." Eric said

He sits down.

"And he fell on his head a lot." Dad said to Maya 

She nods her head. 

"How's the senator business Eric?" Dad asked

"Good, I have a bouncy castle in my office." Eric said

We all shake our heads. 

"When's dinner?" Eric asked

"I know I'm hungry" Auggie says.

"Well if you all get out of my kitchen, I can make it." Topanga said

Riley and Maya drag Valentina to Riley's bedroom, which is a shame I wanted to spend time with her but then again I know everyone is going to bombard me with questions.

Valentina POV

Morgan, Hollie, Riley, Maya, and I are in Riley's bedroom on her bed. I'm sketching while Morgan and Riley are discussing baby names, and Maya and Hollie are throwing in their own inputs. Riley and Maya pulled Hollie, Morgan, and I into Riley's bedroom after Topanga kicked us out of the kitchen. Morgan told me that Josh is going to get bombarded with questions so I'm kind of glad I'm here now.

"Eleanor is a cute name, don't you think Vale?" Morgan asked

"Shouldn't it be up to me and Josh what we name the baby?" I asked

"Yeah but that's no fun for us." Maya said

"So Aunt Tina boy or girl? I mean personally I'd want a girl." Riley said

I chuckle.

"Um girl." I said

I put my sketchpad down. 

"Definitely I've always wanted a girl, they're really cute." I said

The girls agree. 

"Do you three honestly think I can be a mother?" I asked

"Vale... I was twenty-two when I got pregnant with Chris, and even then I wasn't ready to have a baby I don't regret it. Ethan is one of the best things to ever happen to be and it just made Chris and I stronger." Morgan said

"Hi girls, what are you doing?" Amy asked

She walks inside and walks over to us sitting on the bed.

"We're choosing baby names." Riley said

Riley smiles. 

"For a girl I think she should name her Riley... I mean I am your favorite niece." Riley said

"That will just confuse everyone" I said

She nods. 

"Plus it's Josh's choice as well." I said

They roll their eyes.

"Good to know." Someone said

I see Josh leaning against the door, smirking. 

"Don't mind me carry on." Josh said

"Were you eavesdropping?" I asked

He walks over.

"Who me? Nah I just walked past very, very slowly." Josh said

I chuckle, Josh sits down next to me wrapping his arm around my waist and kisses me, making me smile before cuddling into him.

"Aww you two are so cute together." Amy said

I chuckle and Josh kisses my head. 

"Don't you dare hurt her, or you'll answer to me." Amy said

Josh nods, fear crossing his face, making me chuckle. 

"I'm going to go and help Topanga with dinner." Amy said

She stands up.

"By that you mean tell her whats she doing wrong?" Josh asked

Amy nods before leaving, Hollie, Maya, Riley, and Morgan following out. 

"Finally some time alone." Josh said

He pulls me onto his lap as I cuddle into his chest and he places one hand under my top stroking my stomach as his other hand strokes my butt. 

"What's that?" Josh asked, referring to the notepad

"Baby names, the girls were choosing and I said that's our decision." I said

"What do you want?" Josh asked

"I don't really know, I mean it shouldn't just be my decision, it's your baby too." I said

I start tracing patterns on his chest.

"How about this? If we have a girl you name her and if we have a boy I name him." Josh suggested

I smile before nodding. 

"How about Josh Jr?" Josh asked

I burst out laughing.

"Anything but Josh Jr." I said

I laugh.

"What's wrong with that?" Josh asked

"That is such a typical name. Why does every guy want to name a kid after them? Anything but Josh Jr." I said

"Fine, how about we don't tell each other until the time comes" Josh said

I nod.

"You know since we're deciding things, I have an idea on who I want to be the godparents." I said

He asks me who and I whisper it in his ear and he agrees with me straight away making me smile before we kiss. After a small make out session, that was interrupted by Riley knocking on her door telling us to stop making out on her bed, we all head to dinner. I sit next to Josh his hand on my thigh.

After dinner we are all sat in the living room, Josh is sat on the chair with me sat in his lap and his arms around my waist resting on my stomach as I play with his hands and my head is rested on his chest as he occasionally kisses my head or my cheek.

"Riley no more names." Josh said

Josh chuckles as she says the millionth one for tonight.

"Josh and I agreed I pick the name if it's a girl and he picks the name if it's a boy, and anything but Josh Jr." I said

He rolls his eyes.

"Why do guys always want to do that? Chris wanted to name Ethan Chris Jr." Morgan complained 

I yawn.

"Tired babe?" Josh asked

I nod.

"Between shopping and eating all that food I need my bed." I said

I yawn again, leaning back into Josh as he kisses my cheek.

"I'm gonna take her home." Josh said

We stand up and I say goodbye to everyone hugging them.

"Oh and Josh and I were talking before about who we want to be the godparents." I said

"It's me, right?" Maya asked

"Or is it me?!" Riley asked

Riley jumps up.

"Yes, it's the clumsiest person we know." Josh said

Riley's jaw drops before sitting back down.

"Twenty bucks says it's me." Morgan said to Eric.

"I'm Josh's favorite sibling. Don't say anything." Eric said to Josh 

Josh chuckles as he was about to say something.

"Well you're both wrong. We want you two to be the godparents." I said to Cory and Topanga 

They get up to hug us. After a lot of hugging and Topanga tearing up, Josh and I head out.

Josh and I get changed into our pajamas before climbing into bed together cuddling. 

"I'm so tired" I said

"I know babe." Josh said

Josh chuckles. 

"Get some sleep okay beautiful, I love you." Josh said

He kisses me softly.

"I love you too, goodnight babe." I said

I cuddle into him as my eyes start to drop.
