( S3E8 ) "girl meets ski lodge (part 1)"

Valentina POV

( 25 weeks pregnant )

𝑱𝑶𝑺𝑯, Topanga, and I are waiting outside Cory's classroom.

"Because the triangle is going to the great outdoors. So, we are gonna need some great chaperons." Cory said

"We got this completely under control, Matthews. My human nature is completely under control and there's nothin' or nobody who could ever change that." Maya said

Josh and I walk into the classroom.

"Hey, kiddies." Josh said

Maya does a girly laugh.

"I'm wrong." Maya said

"Here we go." Riley said

She sighs and I roll my eyes.

"You're my chaperone." Maya said

Topanga walks into the classroom.

"I invited him." Topanga said

"I love you!" Maya exclaimed

"I'm coming, too." Topanga said

"I invited her." Cory said

Cory walks to the front of the room and stands next to us.

"I'm smart." Cory said

Cory smiles, happy with himself.

"We'll be watching over you." Topanga said

"Kay." Maya said

"My name's Josh." Josh introduced

"And I'm Valentina." I said

"We'll be with you all day and all night, so no monkey business." Josh said

Maya imitates a monkey.

At the lodge, Maya and Lucas were helping Riley walk because she fell off the bus. The rest of us follow in behind them.

"Riley, how did you fall off the bus?" Maya asked

"Who does that?" Lucas asked

"Nobody." Cory said

"Ooh! Bay window! Bay window right now." Riley ordered

Lucas and Maya help Riley over to the bay window. Topanga notices an old lady at the front desk.

"Lauren did not age well. I'm just saying." Topanga said

Josh and I walk off to put our stuff upstairs. When we come downstairs, Smackle runs up to Josh.

"When's the first nature hike, dreamboat?" Smackle asked

"Smackle, do you even know who this is?" Farkle asked

"He's Maya's Boing. And Vale's baby-daddy." Smackle said

"Then why would you call him dreamboat?" Farkle asked

"Look at him." Smackle said

She gestures to Josh and I giggle.

"Okay, while Cory and Topanga are checking us in, let me welcome you all to Mount Sun Lodge, where we are here to turn our thoughts away from our indoor relationships and towards our relationships with the outdoors." Josh said

"Yeah, I don't think so, Cub Scout." Zay said

We all look around and notice all the couples.

"You brought them here on Couples Weekend?" Topanga asked

"Of course I did." Cory said

"'Nature Sez: Tree's A crowd'." Zay read

"Huh." Riley said

"'Moonlight Walk: Triangle Trail'." Smackle read

"Huh." Maya said

"'Riley, Maya, Lucas: Enough Already'!" Farkle read

Farkle tosses the marker he used to write on the board in the air.

"Huh." Farkle said

Later that night, Josh and I walk into the common room with DVDs in our hands.

"Movie night!" I said

Maya, Riley, and Lucas come join us.

"All right, we got a bunch to pick from, so let's see what we got here." Josh said

"I want a spy thriller. Two spies in love with lots of danger." Maya said

"Why does it always gotta be danger with you?" Lucas asked

Riley gasps and raises her hand. 

"Romance! I want to cry my eyes out! Boy meets girl, boy stays with girl, nothing bad happens. The end." Riley said

She starts to choke up. Josh and I look at each other with wide eyes.

"Okay, so dangerous life with you and crying my eyes out with you. That's what we got here? No other choices?" Lucas asked

"Oh, believe me, the story of your lives is better than whatever we got here." I said

I put the movies down.

"Okay, well, if we're actually gonna decide this, then we should imagine what our lives would be like together." Lucas said

"Okay. Here's ours." Maya started

I start dozing off and Josh puts his arm around me.
