So here's my long, sappy and senti final author's note for this fanfic 🥺 Thank you all so much for sticking by me and especially by Charlie throughout this whole fanfic! I wrote this fanfic to help me cope with senior year and it really helped me a lot. Just a little back story of how this fic came about, I had a dream about Max that I couldn't stop thinking about. It was almost Christmas time too, so I was like "okay maybe it would be fun to write a Christmas fic for Max Mills" and viola! Last Christmas was born!

I think about Charlie and Max a lot (like srsly A LOT) and I always try to make them come alive in every chapter. I've never been so dedicated and passionate about a fanfic (and my own writing, for that matter) as I have with Last Christmas. I'm sure I had a lot of typo, grammar, and punctuation errors throughout the chapters and I apologize for that. I'm still working on my grammar and punctuation skills lol but I can surely say that this fic proved to me how much I have a passion for creative writing. I'm not the best author, nor am I a perfect one, but you guys have made me feel like my writing is worth reading and you've allowed me to share my voice with you, and that means the world to me.

I cannot conjure up the right words without selling all of you short of a proper thank you, but I will make do with what I can and tell you all, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Thank you so very much for all your reads, votes, comments, and support. It means the world to me.
