"eh" layla shrugged then knocked on the door softly with a frown on her face

she stood back on the porch until the door swung open by meli's older sister moane but they called her mo for short

"oh hey layla girl I ain't see you in a fat minute my heart" moane said

the real reason why meli and yomi were beefing was cause meli told yomi she wanted to talk to notti so he can move on from layla all the way

so basically she had feelings for him once him and layla got together and just never said anything until she seen layla left the entire city

and she also told yomi that she kissed him a month after layla left but notti definitely pushed her off

"I thought you were one of my bestfriends.." layla said on the urge to cry

"I was.. I couldn't be after you left I just started to catch feelings for notti after we had this super deep talk about my personal life" meli said

"okay but you knew he liked me" layla said

"yeah but you didn't like him" meli said

layla sat there in erin's living room writing some design ideas in her pink decorated notebook

she wanted to be a designer and she felt like designing ran in her family since isis was already one and her mother was one too until she stopped

right now she felt like designing some clothes for her senior year

while layla was too busy thinking she heard a knock at the front door

she put her book down and stood up walking towards the door since erin and leslie weren't here at all

she unlocked the door and slowly opened it seeing notti standing there nervously

layla heart dropped and she started to grow confused until the boy looked at her

notti face softened cause he haven't heard her giggle in like so long

"I'm happy you came back layla" notti said

"well I am too but my first day back was filled with messiness hopefully our lives are back to normal" layla said
