FEW MONTHS LATER.

Jungkook's eyes are still locked on the photo of his mother, his expression filled with pain and guilt. The weight of regret hangs over him. Taehyung suddenly bursts in, still in his police uniform, breaking the silence. Jungkook looks up, a mix of surprise and weary resignation on his face.

He gently sets the photo down and turns to Taehyung, showing a blend of pain and exhaustion.

Jungkook: (His voice is hoarse.)  What is it, Tae? Have you found something?

Tae: You won’t believe what I found!

Jungkook: (tired but curious.) What did you find? Don’t keep me waiting...

Tae: It’s the nurse you hired for your aunt. We got some broken CCTV footage... and it’s bad. Where’s YN?

Jungkook: (He jumps up, anxious.) supposed to be with Lata and Jimin. They were shopping last I knew... (He quickly calls you. After a few rings, you pick up.) Lotus, where are you?

YN: I’m with Lata and Jimin. Why? Is something wrong?

Jk: And where’s that nurse?

YN: Don’t mention her, Jeon. She came earlier for her salary, but didn’t you settle her payment already?

Jungkook: (He curses silently, feeling panic rise.) Listen to me. That nurse is dangerous. You need to leave her, NOW.

YN: What are you talking about? (You were check her payment details in Jungkook’s studio.)

Jungkook: (heart races) I’ll explain later. Just trust me—get away from the nurse for your safety!

Jungkook watches a video and sees the nurse attacking his mom. His heart breaks and anger builds.

Jungkook: (Whispers with hurt and rage.) I hired her to take care of my mom, and she... (He clenches his fists, struggling with his emotions.)

He and Taehyung rush out of the company building.

Meanwhile, you go downstairs but only find Lata and Jimin.

YN: Where’s the nurse?

Lata: She got a call and left. (Confused, you wonder if Jungkook was overreacting.)

Jimin: Let’s go for shopping now.

You agree, thinking you need a few things anyway. You text Jungkook, saying the nurse left and you’re going shopping. Jungkook receives your text and feels relieved but still worried. He replies:

Jungkook: Okay, be careful. Stick with Jimin and Lata. Where are you going?

YN: Jimin, where are we going... jungkook is asking...

Jimin: We're heading to the city center. Lots of shops and boutiques there! (Jungkook asks for the location, so you text him the address of the main square.)

Lata: (Smirking) You called him by his name!

YN: uh?— (Embarrassed) I didn't mean to! (Jimin and Lata tease you about calling Jungkook by his name.)

Jimin: Oh, a "mistake," huh?

Lata: Yes, and it sounded nice.

YN: (Pouting) Yes, it was an accident!

Jimin: and he loves this accident...

They laugh and Jimin says they'll tell Jungkook about it. You blush, feeling nervous. Suddenly, the car gets a flat tire in front of the market. Jimin goes to get help, and Lata takes photos.

YN: (Caressing your stomach, smiling) I’ll confirm later. It’s been 3 months since my last period, but with PCOD, it could be something else. Still, something feels different. (To Lata) He’s taking too long.

Lata: I’ll go find him. You stay in the car, alright?

You nod and stay in the car while Lata goes to find Jimin. As you wait, you think about the possibility of being pregnant. The wait seems endless.

Suddenly, smoke starts filling the car. You try to open the doors and windows, but they’re stuck. Panicking, you bang on the door as the smoke grows thicker. Eventually, you lose consciousness.

A man with a handkerchief over his mouth opens the door and carefully lifts you out of the car..

MOMENT LATER

A few moments later, Jimin and Lata panic when they can’t find you in the car. Jungkook and Taehyung arrive and immediately notice your absence.

Jungkook: (Angrily.) How could you be so careless? Where is she?

Jimin: (anxious) We thought it was just a car issue. We didn’t think anything would happen.

Taehyung: (Urgently.) We need to find her now!

They begin a frantic search, with Jungkook’s guards and Taehyung’s police officers joining in. They check every corner and alley, with Jungkook’s fear growing as time passes.

MEANWHILE

Zurie (the nurse)

Unknown Man: (holding you, with a smirk on his face) She's only mine...

Zurie: (jealous and possessive) Get her as far away as possible. Make sure he can't find her.

The man tightens his grip on you, eager to keep you away from Jungkook.

Suddenly, a girl, wide-eyed after overhearing their plan, approaches and hits Zurie on the head.
She suddenly intervenes, shouting:

Halsey: You can’t take her anywhere! (Zurie, surprised and angry, is hit by Halsey.)

Zurie: (She stumbles back, rubbing her head.) What the hell are you doing? Who are you?!!

Halsey: None of your business! (Hits the man too.)

The man is startled but quickly recovers, his grip on you tightening as he glares at Halsey.

Man: You shouldn’t have done that. You’re causing trouble!!! (He puts your unconscious body in a corner and chases after Halsey, who runs down the road.)

Halsey: I won’t let you hurt her!

Man: (filled with anger, chases Halsey.) You’re in my way. I won’t let you stop me. (Zurie, holding her head, curses the man to distract him.)

Man: What are you doing?!! Let me handle this!

Zurie: Just reminding you not to get distracted. Focus on the priority! kunal!!

Halsey: (catching her breath, looks back and taunts) Are they not coming? Looks like you’re too old to catch me!

Kunal: (growls in frustration) Shut up. I’ll catch you soon. You can’t escape me forever.

Zurie: Shut up, Kunal! She’s just distracting you from YN!

Kunal, irritated, turns his focus back to Zurie.

Kunal: I know, Zurie! But this girl is really testing my patience.

halsey: Bitch bitch !! Bitch!!

Kunal's patience wears thin as Halsey keeps taunting him. His anger flares, and he begins walking towards her with a fierce determination.

Kunal: (Growls angrily.) That’s enough! You’re really pushing it, you disrespectful brat!

Zurie’s eyes widen in shock when she realizes you’re missing from where you were left.

Zurie: (Gasps in panic.)  Where is she?! She was supposed to be here!

Meanwhile, Halsey stumbles and falls in the middle of the road as she runs. Kunal, seeing this, seizes the opportunity to catch her..., he grabs Halsey by the hair and smirks, admiring her.

Kunal: (Chuckles darkly.)  You’re quite fiery and pretty, aren’t you?

He pulls her closer, but Halsey retaliates by hitting him between the legs. Kunal pushes her harshly, but Jungkook catches Halsey before she can fall onto the road.

Kunal, seeing Jungkook and realizing he’s surrounded by police, stops and looks around in panic. The police officers aim their guns at him, forcing him to surrender. Jungkook, still holding Halsey, watches Kunal with anger.

Kunal: (Desperately) This is a misunderstanding. It’s not what it looks like!!

Jungkook releases Halsey as Lata and other officers arrive, holding you. Zurie, now in handcuffs, is also present. Jungkook rushes to you and hugs you tightly, relieved and worried.

Jungkook: (Whispers softly.) YN! Thank goodness you’re okay.

Kunal and Zurie are soon arrested and taken away. Jungkook, overwhelmed with anger and pain from the recent events, hits Kunal, letting out his frustration and grief over losing his mother.

FEW MONTHS LATER

A few months later, you and Jungkook are taking a night walk. With a small baby bump, you listen as Jungkook speaks softly.

Jungkook: (Gently.) Lotus, I need to tell you something... Kunal and Zurie were sentenced to execution. (You place a hand on his shoulder, your expression mixed.)

YN: (Softly.) They... deserved it.

Jungkook: (Quietly) Yeah, they did... They deserved it.

He glances up at the sky with a faint smile, despite the sadness.

Jungkook: (Softly) Mom... she got justice. That’s what matters. (He walks ahead, trying to hide his tears)

You bite your lip, holding back your own emotions, and then pull him into a hug. Jungkook initially tenses but then relaxes, letting his tears fall as you caress his back.

YN: (Whispers.) It’s okay...

Jungkook's emotions finally overwhelm him as he cries, his tears soaking your shoulder. He sobs into your embrace, his voice trembling with regret and sorrow.

Jungkook: (Through tears) I failed as a son... I couldn't save my mom. I never appreciate her... I miss her so much. (You hold him tightly, offering comfort)

YN: (Gently) You haven't lost yourself, Jeon. (Jungkook, still crying, clings to you)

Jungkook: (Softly) I'm not...?

Your words give him a glimmer of hope. He holds onto you, finding solace in your presence.

Jungkook: (filled with emotion) I'm not... I have you...

YN: (Gently) And our new member?

Jungkook: (expression softens, and he places a hand on your stomach, Tenderly) Yes, our baby. (soft chuckle) Maybe our little one will remind me of my mom. The thought of having a daughter like her brings me comfort.

Seeing him smile, you return his smile.

Jungkook: (With affection) I love your smile, Lotus. You brightens my life.

YN: (Gently) But you are the sun in my life.

Jungkook: (smiles warmly and cups your face) No, Lotus, you’re the moon to my sun. You bring balance and light into my life.

YN and Jungkook are enjoying time with their nine-month-old daughter, who’s now crawling, screaming, and walking on her toes. Jungkook sits on the floor, smiling as she crawls to him. He lifts her into his arms, and she squeals with joy, reaching for his face.

He rocks her gently, pointing out objects in the room as she giggles and plays with his fingers and necklace. Jungkook laughs and lets her tug at his shirt collar. Just then, YN walks in, shaking her head at the adorable scene.

YN: (Playfully) Daddy and Jiah-a, playtime’s over. She needs a bath, Jeon. (He looks up with a sheepish smile, still holding the baby.)

Jungkook: (Playfully.) Ah, you caught me, Lotus. It is bath time for our little princess...

The baby protests, not wanting to leave the fun. Jungkook pats her back and looks at you with a pleading expression.

Jungkook: (Pleading.) But she’s having so much fun. Can’t we skip the bath for now?

YN: (Firmly.) You’ve been saying that since morning. Remember, we have a flight this evening for Jimin and Lata’s wedding.

Jungkook: (Resigned.) Fine, fine. You win, as always. Let’s give the princess her bath and get ready for the wedding.

YN: (Smiling.) I always win.

Jungkook chuckles and stands up with the baby.

Jungkook: (Affectionately.) Yes, you do, Lotus. You’re the champion. But I promise, I’ll put up a better fight next time.

After the haldi ceremony, Jimin, covered in yellow paste, approaches the baby. Startled by his appearance, the baby cries. Jimin tries to lighten the mood with funny faces and jokes.

Jungkook, holding the baby, proudly declares that she has his smarts and looks.

Jungkook: (Proudly) Of course, she’s going to be a prodigy, just like me.

Jimin: (Jokingly) Oh, come on, Jeon. She’s got her mother’s beauty and kindness too.

Jungkook admits that you’ve contributed to their daughter’s beauty and kindness but insists she also got his intelligence.

Jungkook: (Mockingly) Alright, she has her mother’s beauty and kindness too. But she’s my mini-me.

The others laugh, and the baby coos happily. Suddenly, you apply haldi to Jungkook’s back and run away. Jungkook, surprised, turns to see you with haldi-covered hands.

Jungkook: (Feigning outrage.) Hey! Did you just put haldi on my back?

You smile and run away, holding your lehnga. Jungkook, laughing and excited, hands the baby to her uncles and chases after you.

Jungkook: (Shouting playfully.) Oh, you’re in for it now! I’m coming after you!

Jungkook scans the room and spots the fluttering curtains. He smirks, confident in knowing where you are.

Jungkook: (He teases, a hint of triumph in his tone) I see you, lotus. You can't hide from me forever.

Teasingly, he parts the curtains to reveal you hiding behind them. He smiles victoriously before leaning in and stealing a kiss through the veil of the curtain.

Jungkook: ( murmures)  Oh no, you're not going anywhere, lotus. You're trapped.

YN: I want to trapped... (You pulled curtains away and kiss him tip toe still fisting haldi paste)

As you attempt to break free, he refuses to let you go, trapping you until you admit, "I want to be trapped."

His hands grip your waist, pulling you closely. Your haldi-covered fingers leave vibrant yellow stains on his clothes, but he doesn't care, lost in the heat and passion of the moment. He deepens

Vikram: couldn't believe once I tease you having family with her and you brushed off. Now look at this... Smile

Vikram: (smiles warmly) It’s great to see you so happy and content. Always appreciate what you have. Family and love are what truly matter.

Jungkook: (Seriously) I will always value my family and everything I have. They mean everything to me.

Taehyung walks down a rain-soaked street after his shift when he spots Halsey standing in the downpour without an umbrella.

Taehyung: Halsey, what are you doing here? You're soaking wet!

Halsey: (sheepishly) It's just a little rain. I didn’t think it’d get this heavy.

Taehyung: A little rain? Come on, get under the awning with me! (She hesitates but eventually joins him, shivering.)

Taehyung:  Why were you out here? Didn’t you check the weather? (Halsey remains silent.)

Taehyung: Did your boyfriend—

Halsey: He cheated on me...used me...made me bankrupt.

Taehyung: (taken aback) Wait, he cheated? Karma works in mysterious ways, doesn’t it? (Halsey looks down, shame evident.)

Taehyung: I’m sorry that happened, but you broke Jungkook’s heart.

Halsey: I know... I was so stupid to cheat him.

Taehyung: You had the chance to love him, but you squandered it. Now he’s with someone who truly cares.

Halsey: I wish I could change things.

Taehyung: It’s too late for that. You made your choices, and now you have to live with them.

The rain continues to fall as Taehyung stands in silence, contemplating the weight of their conversation..

YN: (Teasing) hamare yahan Aisa hi hota hai Jungkook-ji.

You smile and head toward the room, planning to shut the door. But Jungkook is quick and follows you in just as you’re about to close it.
