Felix and athanasia stared at each other in surprise and confusion. Then Claude once again spoke.

The window was pretty high, and because Rian is still a 5 years old child. His height did not reach the window. Because the window is right above his height.

He didn't hear any words that's coming from their mouths, as if this room behind this window is soundproof. But based on athanasia's reaction, and claude's calm face. Of course he knew what they're talking about, so he'll just watch them move and see their mouth moving, and remembering every line they hold conversation with.
