TW: panicking/panic attack

(Yamguchi throws up before a game due to nerves/anxiety/stress and Tsukishima comforts him)

Yamaguchi POV

I was sitting down against the gym wall next to Tsuki who was doing something on his phone. We were about to have a practice game with Nekoma.

I was tapping my finger on my leg and 1 felt the nerves in my chest, 'what if I mess up?' And other thoughts similar went through my head, Tsukki looked over at me so I stopped tapping my finger but instead my hands were shaking so I just rested them in my lap so Tsukki wouldn't think I'm weird.
"Are you okay Tadashi?" Tsukki said putting his phone down and turning to look at me, I could hear concern tinted in his voice. "u-um I i-iust feel a little sick.." I said, silently cursing myself for stuttering.

"Sick how? Do you have a fever or something?" Tsukki asked, to others it may have sounded harsh but I could hear the worry in his voice, "n-no i feel s-sick from nerves" I said, I felt Tsuki reach over and grab my hand, he inspected it before speaking, "You're shaking Yamaguchi" he said with a frown.

I was shaking but ! couldn't tellif it was
from nerves or nausea, "yeah s-sorry" I said, squeezing my eyes shut when 1 felt my stomach turn, a soft hiccup left my mouth Tsukki was still holding my hand, "Don't apologize Tadashi, you look really pale though do we need to go to the bathroom?" He asked,I didn't trust myself to speak so I just nodded as a way of saying yes.

Tsukki and I stood up, the movement seemed to upset my stomach resulting in a cramp,I squeezed my eyes shut and held my stomach with one arm. Tsukki was infront of me and he seemed to notice I was in pain since he placed a gentle hand on my lower back.

Once the cramp turned into a dull ache along with my nausea we began walking to the bathroom, I was still shaking and the thought of throwing up wasn't helping my anxiety.

A soft hiccup left my mouth causing my
nausea and anxiety to spike. We entered the bathrooms and we both went into one of the stalls, I kneeled down in front of the toilet.

Tsukishima POV

I squatted down next to Tadashi, he looked pale and scared, It was also concerning how much he was shaking. "Tadashi, try slow your breathing" I said in a soft voice only reserved for Tadashi.

Tadashi hiccuped then wrapped his arms around his stomach, he curled inwards. I rubbed his back soothingly and moved his hair out of his face.

Tadashi had a look of pain on his face, "ow, Tsu-Tsukki it hurts." Tadashi wimpered, "I know, It's ok it'll be over soon and I'm here" I said, he nodded and 1 continued rubbing up and down
his back.

Tadashi's breathing spead up and I became worried, suddenly Tadashi gagged and threw up in the toilet, he was gasping for air when he stopped, I'm pretty sure he was hyperventilating.

I noticed Tadashi's panic and the scared look in his eyes, "I-l th-threw u-up" Tadashi stuttered out and was shaking, "Tadashi, listen to me ok, you'l be okay I just need you to take deep
breaths" I said, looking him in the eyes, I started extenuating my breathing so Tadashi could follow.

Tadashi was trying to copy my breathing but would hiccup in between breaths. After a minute or two of the breathing Tadashi heaved and threw up again.

He coughed but that triggered him to gag again, his chest was rising and falling at a fast pace and he had an arm around his stomach and a hand over his mouth.

He looked at me and shook his head, "I-l don't w-want to throw u-up again t-Tsukki" he said. rubbed his back "I know Tadashi, just try to relax" I said, then Yams gagged silently behind his hand but nothing came up, he kept shaking his head, "Tsukki, p-please I d-don't want to throw up" he said desperately.

His breathing quickened and I could tell he was panicking, "Yamaguchi, I need you to listen to me okay? Please relax or you'll make yourself sick" I said but once I stopped talking Yamaguchi jolted with a gag and quickly removed his hand, there was a sound of vomit

I rubbed his back, I frowned from my concern since he's thrown up alot and was on the verge of a panic attack. Once he stopped vomiting he was shaking, hiccuping softly and was
weirdly quiet, "Tadashi do you think you're done throwing up?" I asked, flushing the toilet.

' I think so.." Yams said while hugging his mid-section, "I think you should go home Tadashi since I don't want you to have a panic attack or throw up again and I'll come with with you" I said while grabbing some toilet paper and cleaning his face a bit.

"Okay....I'm sorry" he said quietly his voice quivering a little, I frowned "Don't say that Tadashi, this isn't your fault so don't apologize" I said standing up and grabbing Tadashis hands to help him stand up aswell, I took note that his hands were still shaking.

"Let's go talk to Suga-san and tell him that we have to go home" I said but first Yams washed his face and then we both washed our hands.

I walked up to Suga-san with a pale Tadashi hiding behind me a little, "um Suga-san I need to take Yamaguchi home" I said, he peaked behind me to look at Yamaguchi for a second,
"why is everything Okay?" Suga asked with a worried look.

"Yamaguchi isn't feeling well"I explained, "oh that sucks, yeah you guys can go and pack your stuff l'l explain to coach, hope you feel better Yamaguchi" Suga said with a caring
smile before leaving to talk to coach

We then began walking to the club room,I held his hand on the way and we were walking slowly. Once we got there we both started getting changed, I was getting changed when heard a whimper next to me. I looked over at Yamaguchi and he had an arm around his stomach, "Does your stomach still hurt Tadashi" I asked stopping what I was doing and I placed a hand on his back.

"Y-yeah" he said breathing in and out to try minimize the pain, "do feel nauseous aswell?"I asked, he seemed to be in quite a bit of pain so I was concerned, this time I didn't get a verbal response he just nodded his head as a way of
saying yes.

"Tadashi sit down for a bit, l'll get our stuff ready" I said, Tadashi sat down on a chair and changed into normal clothes and packed my stuff, then packed Yamaguchi's stuff so we just needed Yams to change into his clothes.

Yams realised this and got up then changed slowly. Once we were both ready I spoke "How are you feeling Tadashi?" I asked "I feel okay but my stomach still feels funny." he said
looking at his feet.

"Hm has the nausea gotten better?" I asked 'no.." he said, I frowned again since he should be feeling better by now, "Let's just get you home and see how you feel then" I said grabbing his hand gently.

We were both walking hand in hand towards Tadashi's house, I was trying to make conversation but I'm not good at that since I'm used to Yamaguchi doing all the talking but he must've been feeling too bad to talk.

We got to Yamaguchi's house and I unlocked the door then Yams and I went inside. We went straight up to Yamaguchi's room and put our stuff down, Yams sat down on his bed, "how
are you feeling Yams?" I asked, moving to sit next to him, he shrugged his shoulders before speaking "" still feel nauseous." he said, fiddling with his fingers.

"Do you still feel anxious or anything?" I asked, looking at him with genuine concern, "a l-little but that's because I don't want t-to throw up again" he said, moving an arm closer to his stomach.

"Hm I'II go get you some water see if that helps" I said, getting up and going to get water for Tadashi. When I came back Yamaguchi was in the same position and still looked pale, I handed him the glass of water, "thank you" he said putting a small smile on his pale face.

He had a drink of the water, but it resulted in his nauseous hiccups to come back, he took another small sip of the water but hiccuped afterward and screwed up his face.

"Did the water help Tadashi?" 1 asked, sitting down next to him and gently taking his hand into mine and running my thumb over his knuckles, "n-o I think I need to go to the bathroom, I feel *hicc* really nauseous" Yamaguchi said.

Yamaguchi POV

Tsukki nodded and stood up with my hand in his and he guided me to the bathroom, for some reason I still felt really nauseous, it's probably just because I threw up once and now my stomach's upset.

I kneeled in front of a toilet for the second time today. Seeing the toile in front of me made me realise that I was going to throw up, another hiccup left my mouth causing something to rise with it but I swallowed it down.

I could feel Tsukishima's hand on my back and I could practically feel the concern radiating off of him. My stomach clenched and I curled inwards, instinctively I placed a hand on my stomach.

Instead of the cramp fading away it got worse and I tasted acidic in the back of my throat, my mouth was producing an abnormal amount of salivia and my breathing quickened.

I unintentionally gagged and that finally triggered my stomach and I threw up. Whenever I would stop throwing up I would think it was over but I would hiccup and get sent straight back to the toilet bowl.

After what felt like forever I stopped throwing up and I felt some relief in my stomach, "feel better Tadashi?" Tsukki asked wipping my mouth with toilet paper and flushing the toilet.

"Yeah I'm just really tired and my stomach hurts a little from the vomiting but I don't feel nauseous anymore" I said, truthful. Tsukki seemed to be pleased with my answer, "that's
good Tadashi, let's get you to bed" he said, standing up and helping me stand aswell.

When we reached the bed 1 laid down and my eyes imidiantly shut, feeling the fatigue of throwing up. I felt a warm soft kiss on my forehead, "sleep well Tadashi" Tsukki said which made me smile a little.

Writing has always been a passion of mine so seeing people enjoying my stories means so so much. I was thinking about maybe become an author but idk..
