As Ella wiped the nutella off her sleeve, a meeting got called and she appeared in the meeting room. Smiling to herself, she decided not to draw any attention to herself this time. She got the cheshire cat role, meaning she could go invisible. First her body would dissapear, only leaving her mouth, which would disappear after a few seconds.

"Someone wiped all our saved passwords!" Micah yelled, and Ella snuck to the back, everything but her slight grin dissapearing.

"I don't remember any of those!" Elijah yelled, as Ella's smile dwindled, disappearing slowly.

"How'm I going to sign into netflix now?" Josiah yelled desperately, as David asked, "Does everybody have a special role?"

"Yeah, pretty much." Elijah answered, looking around. "Where's Ella?"

"I don't know. I thought she was already here!" Shiloh said, "Perhaps not, maybe she'll come in a while."

Ella grinned to herself as they continued the meeting, plotting her next moves.

"I have the best power!" Micah yelled, running

"I have the best power!" Hallie yelled, and David zoomed past them.

"I have the second best power!" Micah yelled, Hallie repeating his sentence.

・✦▭▭▭✧◦✦◦✧▭▭▭✦ ・

"Hey Shiloh, what does your mod do?" Judah asked, and Shiloh turned around, "i'm just a crewmate. How am I going to survive against all these mods?"

"Being a crewmate is great!" Judah answered, "You get to do tasks and vote people out!"

Shiloh sighed, "Even the space invader gets their theme song." A smile appeared behind Judah momentarily, before disappearing.

The space invader skipped by, the music following her. 

"Yeah your role sucks." Judah said, running away.

Shiloh looked around, feeling as though someone was watching her.

・✦▭▭▭✧◦✦◦✧▭▭▭✦ ・

"You're eddie, from stranger things! Where's your guitar?" Micah turned around to answer the question, when Elijah popped in from the shadow.

"HOW'S IT GOING?"

Three voices screamed, and Micah looked around, confused, before turning back to Elijah.

"Where did you come from?"

"My power is to hide in the shadows throughout the map and do my tasks in the dark."

He laughed weirdly, going back into the shadows.

"That is just so sus."

・✦▭▭▭✧◦✦◦✧▭▭▭✦ ・

"BELLA!" Josiah yelled, running over to her, "I figured out your power! You're so pretty, you distract people from doing their tasks!"

"No, I-uh.. I have no cooldowns.. So.." Bella answered awkwardly, as Josiah walked away, embarrassed.

"HALLIE!" Mary said, appearing next to her, "I think Micah's the impostor." Hallie turned to her with wide eyes. "No don't tackle him!"

Mary yelled loudly, tackling Micah to the ground.

"Walk it off." Mary said, as she realised it wasn't Micah.

・✦▭▭▭✧◦✦◦✧▭▭▭✦ ・

Judah stuck close to Shiloh as she did her task, adding statements here and there. Annoyed, she whipped around. 

"Don't you have tasks to do?"

Judah laughed, "I, as a businessman, made a deal. I have only one task." He moved towards the hanging tablet and clicked it, "Which is now done."

Shiloh yelled in frustration, "I HAVE TWELVE TASKS."

A smile appeared behind Judah, as the rest of Ella's body appeared, "Literally everyone except Judah has twelve tasks, Shiloh, don't worry."

Judah and Shiloh screamed, as Ella laughed, "Don't tell anyone I'm here." She winked, her grin remaining as she disappeared once more.

・✦▭▭▭✧◦✦◦✧▭▭▭✦ ・

Ella was transported to the meeting room, still invisible. Her grin, although invisible, widened upon seeing Elijah, already planning a prank.

As they talked about the cut table, she grinned, eyes focusing on the black cape. As everyone disbanded after skipping, she followed after the boy into the shadows. Creeping slowly as she couldn't see him, she focused on hearing, and as she entered one of the shadowy task rooms, a force pushed her to the wall.

Her open mouth appeared, followed by the rest of her body as Elijah glared at her, pushing her into the wall.

"Why have you been following me?"

Ella smirked, leaning forward, "Maybe I'm the impostor."

"We both know you're not. So either you tell me-" Elijah said, stuttering as he noticed the smug smirk on her face. "You were spooking me."

Ella laughed softly, her body disappearing once more, as her mouth spoke. "You got me. And by the way, you're cute when you're threatening someone."

Her mouth disappeared and she ran away, as Elijah stared at the place she'd been in mere moments ago.

Ella smiled to herself. It wasn't like she liked Elijah, but she did think it was terribly cute when he was all flustered.

She just reached her next task, when three screams sounded. A few moments later, an announcement was called, "A power has been absorbed."  Almost instantly, a meeting was called.

"It's David. He's the imp." Hallie said, and David narrowed his eyes. "What? Prove it."

"She can't prove it." Shiloh said, "You just have to trust us."

"Stonks." Judah said, who went ignored.

"We have some really solid evidence." Micah continued, only to be interrupted by Judah.

"I was a businessman doing business."

"Judah what are you doing?" Shiloh asked.

"It's free real estate." Judah grinned, making Shiloh sigh.

"You're just making up business phrases so we vote out Britney."

Judah looked at her. "Bitcoin."

Hallie sighed loudly, exposing her power, making everyone vote out David. Ella grinned to herself.

Shiloh, Micah, Bella, and Jade ran into a room as Shiloh told Hallie her plan. The door closed, trapping Hallie on the other side.

"HALLIE!" Shiloh yelled, "It's the impostor, get out of there."

Hallie turned, stopped by a brick wall. "Fortnite wall. This was Marcie's power."

She gasped, "Shiloh! Micah! The impostor, it's-" She was interrupted, the announcement ringing, "A power has been absorbed."

"I just don't like that." Micah said, and Elijah popped out of the shadows, asking, "What happened?"

Jade screamed.

Micah instantly began throwing holy water and other things, chanting.

"GARLIC! SUNLIGHT!" He shone a torch at Elijah's face, making him squint.

"First of all, not a real vampire. Second, were you planning on disintegrating me?"

"NOOOO"

"Do you still need the vaccum for the ashes?" Bella asked, making Micah shush her. "No no, no no no."

"Keep an eye out." Elijah said, blending back into the shadows.

Ella appeared next to Shiloh, whispering, "Ignore him, he's too sus for no reason."

Ella slumped on the seat as she did her task, [make sure Netflix is playing], plotting how to out the absorbed. She knew she had to wait, and as she got up, a song played, automatically pulling her to it. She knew Elijah was in the shadows behind her, making sure she was doing tasks.

As she reached, Josiah slid out of the vent.

He was voted out.

Another meeting was called a few minutes after a sabotage and an absorbed power.

Ella was transported back to the table, seeing Bella and Micah missing. Her eyes widened. They had to vote out the impostor, or they were all dead.

Shiloh looked up. "Bella. No."

"We have to vote out the absorber." Shiloh said, explaining the powers. "E. You can move around the map without being detected." She said, insinuating both Ella and Elijah. "An easy impostor play."

"That's ridiculous, I'm not an impostor." Elijah defended.

"Adam." Shiloh said, "You're alone, and you're quiet. No one would suspect you. And Britney. A princess is a perfect disguise. Who would suspect someone who looks this innocent?"

"What about you, Shiloh?" Adam asked, "I heard you're the best impostor there is. Little miss 'I have no role'. What if you do have a role? The absorber."

"Yeah, you said you have twelve tasks!" Britney added, not noticing the grin that began appearing between Shiloh and Elijah. "Why haven't you done them yet? Are you actually a crewmate?"

"You're all sus." Shiloh said, "Nothing to clear you." She looked down as the other three began arguing. Ella's grin became more defined as she leaned down and whispered in Shiloh ear.

"How did Brit know you have twelve tasks? You only told me, Judah and David."

Shiloh looked up in thought, her brilliant mind figuring it out. "Wait!"

They stopped arguing, as they all turned to Shiloh. "Britney, what'd you say?"

"Where was Elijah during sabotage?" She repeated, and Ella began to appear between Shiloh and Elijah, chuckling, scaring all of them except Shiloh.

"You said I had twelve tasks left." Shiloh continued, "I only told three people. Judah, David and Ella."

"Judah thought you were the impostor, so he wouldn't have told you. David was the impostor, and he would've thrown you out. The only person that could've told you that was Ella. So It's either that Ella told you, both of you are clear, or that you talked to someone that was dead."

"I haven't left Ella since the very first meeting." Elijah said, "She's hard cleared."

"Why are you defending her?" Britney asked, making Ella interrupt her, "uh-uh. Brit, there's one impostor left. By your logic, It's both me and Elijah."

"Exactly." Shiloh said, "And since she's been with Elijah, I know she didn't tell you. Which can mean only one thing. You talked to David, using Hallie's power."

"Which means you." Ella grinned, as Shiloh finished her sentence, "are the Absorber."

Ella and Shiloh voted for her, making Adam and Elijah follow.

"Britney was the absorber!" Shiloh read, and then turned to Ella. "How did you figure it out before me."

"Are you saying you're smarter than me, kid?" Ella asked, narrowing her eyes, and then laughing.

Shiloh, Micah, Bella, and Jade ran into a room as Shiloh told Hallie her plan, Ella running behind Hallie, invisible. She knew now that her power was revealed, that the Absorber would target her. The door closed, trapping Hallie on the other side.

"HALLIE!" Shiloh yelled, "It's the impostor, get out of there."

Hallie turned, stopped by a brick wall. "Fortnite wall. This was Marcie's power."

Britney pushed out Hallie, but she didn't notice the grin appearing in a corner of the room. Britney vented away, and Ella appeared fully, hearing Micah scream on the other side of the door, just as it opened.
