Tomomi is a very creative, intelligent, precocious, and driven girl. Despite her cold aura, she is actually one of the nicest students in U.A. Academy, according to other students.

She comes off as intimidating and stoic when you first meet her but she is very caring and welcome to everyone.

Tomomi knows how to utilize her quirk and expand her powers by learning different techniques. Making her a multi-dimensional fighter. She's quick on her feet, executes strategies perfectly and is known to be a trickster during combat.

though she mainly fights long range, she has proven she can fight close range by training in mixed martial art, taekwondo and boxing

though she is a bit slower than her brother, she is able to use her ice to make her movements quicker in order to win her battlesย

Tomomi is able to endure extreme cold weather and low temperatures due to her quirk adapting to her body more than it did to her mother, her twin and sister. though hot weather tends to slow her down.

Tomomi ranks as one of the top three academically gifted students in U.A. Academy so she always has a plan for everything she does during combat. Shes a quick thinker, can deeply pick apart het opponent and point things out no one else usually does.

As of recently, it is said that she has a rare evolution cell attached to her dna, which only a very small percentage of people with quirks have. it means her quirk has not fully matured yet.
