Amara's outfit:
Chapter Ninety-Three

"Here." Liam yelled making Scott, Lori, Malia and Amara run over to where he was at a tree that had an arrow sticking out of it, on the ground was Brett's phone. "I think he set a trap." Liam said and Amara nodded slightly as she glanced around, "He's fighting back." She said.
"And now we know he's alive." Malia said and Lori walked over and ripped the arrow out the three, "But he's still hurt. We need to find him- he needs to know we're here." She said. She turned around and went to let out a roar but Amara quickly stopped her, "Do you want the Hunter to know we're here, too?" She asked and Liam shook his head slightly.
"He's new. We can take him." He said and she sighed and looked at him, "A new hunter can be just as dangerous as a hunter with experience. They will kill on site because that's their best chance at survival." Amara said and Malia nodded in agreement.
"And what if Brett howls back? He'll lead the Hunter right to him." Malia said and Scott shook his head slightly, "No, we could find him first. There's no human that can track sounds faster than we can, and we're got the advantage. We've done this before. We know what we're doing, guys." Scott said as Liam grabbed the arrow.
"How come I can't catch his scent?" Malia asked, "He's masking it." Lori said making sigh. "Can someone tell him not to?" She asked and before anyone could say anything Liam spoke up. "He went this way." Liam said and then him and Lori instantly took off.
Amara sighed before turning to Malia and Scott, "How come Malia and I are the only ones who can see dangerous this is? His trap didn't work." Amara said and Scott sighed. "Maybe this Hunter is not such an amateur." Scott said and Malia looked at them, "Or maybe he's learning."
"The trail's gone." Malia said a few minutes after they caught up to Liam and Lori, "Uh, maybe he just stopped bleeding?" Scott suggested. "I think we should split up. Lori and I go this way, you guys go that way." Liam said making them look at him, "Or maybe we go in four directions?" Lori said and Malia and Amara shook their heads.
"We should stick together." Malia said, "We have the advantage. It's five against one." Liam said and Malia shook her head slightly. "Not if we split up." Malia said, "I've been doing this the past three months without your help. I think I can make a decision." Liam said and Amara scoffed and shook her head.
"Liam, listen to me closely. My whole life has been about werewolves, witches and hunters. I know thing that you guys wouldnt believe. So trust me when I say this, splitting up when there's a hunter whose goal is to kill is the worst option." Amara said and Malia nodded in agreement, "Yeah, if you're deciding to do something stupid and die, then go ahead." Malia said sarcastically.
"It's one Hunter- one amateur- who doesn't know what they're doing." Liam said and Amara nodded, "Exactly, they don't know what they're doing. Which means their only plan is shoot to kill. Which they will do." She said and Liam went to argue but she just gave him a look, almost daring him to, before turning to Scott. "Scott, I'm gonna punch your beta on the face if you don't step in." Amara said as they turned to Scott.
He glanced up at them before looking back down at the ground and moving some leaves away to show foot prints. "The Hunter. He's covering his tracks." Liam said and Scott looked up, "There's another." He said and Malia raised her eyebrows. "Two of them?" She asked and Amara sighed, "Maybe more." She said and Scott nodded.
"How many Hunters have you seen out here before?" Lori asked making Scott sigh and shake his head as him and Amara glanced at each other, "Too many." Scott said. "Still wanna split up?" Malia asked, side glancing Liam, "We can deal with it. We just need to find Brett's trail." Liam said as Lori glanced around.
"No, we don't." She said making them look over at her, "Rock balancing. Satomi taught us. It's him, and I know where he's going."

"He's been poisoned." Amara said as they looked at a puddle of black blood in the underground tunnels. "That's why he's not healing." Scott said as Amara stood up, "What if he only has a few hours to live?" Lori asked.
"Well, if we howl, we can find him." Liam said and Malia shook her head, "That's too risky." She said making Lori look at her. "Who cares about the risk? He could be dying." She said. "He's still moving." Malia said pointing at the spots of blood that lead farther down the tunnel, "We just need time to think." Scott said.
"I need him to know that I'm here, that I'm coming for him." Lori said and Liam nodded and looked at Scott, "Yeah, Lori's right. He has to know we're here." Liam said before looking down the tunnel. "Liam, wait!" Amara said but Liam let out a loud roar making her sigh in annoyance.
"Why didn't he answer?" Lori asked as they walked down the tunnel, "Maybe- maybe he didn't hear us." Liam suggested and Amara sighed. "Or maybe he can't."
"Lori, no!" Scott yelled all of the sudden right as Lori pulled a trip wire. Scott quickly pushed her a away right as a spear shot out the wall and embedded in his stomach making all their eyes widen. Amara quickly shot out and grabbed Scott before he could fall to the ground.
"We need to get it out so he can heal." She said and they nodded, Liam helped Amara hold onto Scott while Malia and Lori firmly gripped the spear before pulling it out. Scott groaned as Liam and Amara helped him to the ground. "They knew we were coming." Scott groaned as Malia pressed a hand to his wound, "Don't talk. Just heal and let us figure this out."
"They've been a step ahead of us the whole time."
"I'm sorry, but I can't wait around. We have to go." Lori said and Liam nodded, "We still have the numbers- four to two. We're faster, and we're stronger." Liam said and Amara sighed and shook her head. "They're smarter." She said, "I don't care who's smarter, or faster, or whatever. My brother's going to die." Lori stressed and Scott slightly shook his head.
"Something's not right. That arrow, the trip wire, the poison... These aren't amateurs." Scott said weakly, "But they've never fought us before." Liam said making Amara give him a sharp look. "And you've never fought Hunters before, Liam. We need to stick together." She said and Lori glanced at her, "I need to go."
"No, you're not going alone. I'll go with you." Liam quickly said, "Liam, you don't know who they are or what they're capable of." Scott said with a slight groan. "Look, I know who we are. We never give up. Especially when it's someone innocent. When it's someone alone. When it's one of our friends." Liam said and Scott was quite for a moment before nodding slightly.
"Okay. Go. Go. All of you. I'll catch up." Scott said and Liam and Lori instantly ran off while Amara and Malia didn't move, "Go, guys. Go with them. I just need a minute. Go." Scott said and Malia shook her head. "You just need to shut up!" Malia said and Amara nodded, "There's no way in hell we're leaving you alone and wounded when there's two hunters walking around. Let me heal you." She said and Scott shook his head.
"Save your strength cause this is more serious than we thought." He said making her roll her eyes as she crouched down in front of him. "How did we miss that?" Malia asked and Scott shook his head slightly, "We underestimated them." Scott said.
"But how did they rig a trap that big with us down here in the tunnels?" Malia asked and Amara sighed as she looked at the trip wire, "They didn't. They rigged it a long time ago. The ends are rusted, it had to have been rigged a few months ago at least." Amara said.
"But we've been through these tunnels a hundred times." Malia said and Scott nodded weakly, "And whoever this Hunter is, he's been through them a hundred more. And he knew we were here. He was waiting for us, tracking us... He was prepared, and we weren't." Scott said and then groaned in pain. "There aren't a lot of people who spend time in these tunnels." He said and Malia furrow her brows, "Who was the last Hunter we saw down here?"
"Argent..." Scott said and Amara thought for a moment before sighing, "And Gerard." She said annoyed. "The trap wasn't lethal." Malia said and Scott's eyes widened slightly, "It slowed us down."
"And split us up." Malia sighed, "He's planning something else, another trap." Scott said and Amara sighed and stood up. "And Liam and Lori are walking right into it." She said as she glanced around, "I'll going after them, I should be able to find them before Gerard." Amara said and Scott nodded. "Just be cearful." He said and she nodded, "As if I'd let a couple dick head hunter kill me."
Amara ran down a tunnel until she heard a loud roar making her quickly follow the sound until she made it to an open swear grate and quickly climbed up the ladder. In the middle of the road was a wolfed out Liam and the bodies Brett and Lori. That's when she noticed the crowd of people that started to form and see Liam making her eyes widen.
She quickly got out and ran over to him, grabbing his arms making him turn to her. "Liam, hey. You have to calm down. There's to many eyes." She said making him look at her before taking a deep breath and looking down. After a moment he slowly looked back up at her, this time human but with teary eyes.
"I couldn't save them." He said in a slight whisper and she shook her head slightly, "It's not your fault. You did what you could." Amara said before pulling him into a hug making him instantly wrap his arm around her.
