THE FOLLOWING BOOK is a resource page in which you'll find an ongoing cast of actors and creators of color to use as faceclaims in whatever way you choose. i wanted to create this to bring some light to the stunning and wonderful people of color that exist in this world, so that white authors can stop using the excuse of "but there was no one to cast" to justify their why their color palettes range from cream to eggshell, and fellow poc can find a place to feel represented.

OTHER NOTES — i'm going to focus mainly on the faceclaims i don't see often; people like naomi scott, olivia rodrigo, the aforementioned zendaya and lana condor, are, while poc icons and completely deserving of all their success and appreciation, also pretty overused here on wattpad. i'll be doing a mix of ages but will probably primarily focus on the teen/young adult crowd, as that's the most popular audience out here. i'm also gonna make an effort to include and highlight queer poc because intersectionality is important! and also that's me!
