*TIMESKIP TO WHEN THEY'RE 18...

"Why are you here? a-achoo!" Y/n breathed out, hurriedly wiping her runny nose with a tissue as she looked away from her boyfriend in embarrassment.

"You're sick, I'm gonna take care of you." Saiki softly told her, placing the wet towel on her forehead as she shuddered due to the cold water making direct contact with her warm skin.

"St-stop, you're gonna get sick too if you're so close to me like this." Y/n warned, lightly pushing him away from her as he remained unfaltering and took her hand in his.

"I'm your boyfriend, let me take care of you. And I don't really care if I get sick, I will— No, I am going to take care of you until you get better." Saiki stated, sincerity lacing his voice as he kissed the back of y/n's hand.

"Shut up, you're too sweet.." Y/n blushed, sitting up from the bed as saiki pressed her hand against his cheek. "You're temperature is high, again."

"Take your medicine, y/n." Saiki told her as she shook her head as a sign of no, then he suddenly flicked her forehead and earned a wince from the girl.

"O-ouch! What was that for..?" Y/n sulked, rubbing her the place where saiki flicked her as her brows furrowed in pain.

"For not taking your medicine, now swallow." Saiki instructed her firmly, hand-feeding the medicine to his girlfriend as her nose crinkled in disgust at the sight of the pill.

"That type of medicine doesn't taste even a tad bit good, No way I'll swallow that!" Y/n resisted, turning away from her boyfriend with an angry frown.

Saiki clicks his tongue in frustration, then an idea popped in his head which was sure to work on his girlfriend.

He pulls y/n's chin gently to face him, and pulled her into a tender kiss. "Mmh!"

Y/n's eyes widened in shock, but eventually kissed him back as she melted into it.

The kiss became deeper and deeper as saiki made y/n's mouth open for his access by squeezing her thigh, he took advantage of this as her face only became hotter because of how good he was at kissing.

Pulling away for air after a few minutes as both teenagers panted heavily with a string of saliva connecting their two mouths, but y/n felt something bitter at the back of her throat..

"You made me swallow the medicine, didn't you?" Y/n raised her brow as saiki's lips curled up into a toothy grin, we already know the answer to that question.

"thats for me to know and for you to find out" saiki says giving y/n a quick peck on the lips

"You're such a little-" "I love you" "Let me-" "I love you" "Stop i-" "I. love. you"  "God da-" "I love you, my y/n ~" "I give up, I love you too.." "Pff-"

Pulling y/n into a hug as she just drew circles on his back, giving into his clingy side and burying her face into his shoulder with a bright red hue dusting over her cheeks. Saiki couldn't defend himself, he had blush all over him too.
