Kanade and reader are in a voice call, currently working on a new song.

"Y/n, can you please check this for me?"
"..."
"Y/n?"
"..."

There was a moment of silence until,

"Hey guys!! What's up??" Mizuki exclaimed.

"Oh..? It's already time??" Kanade asked.

"Yeah!! I have a-" Mizuki started but got cut off by Ena saying, "I have the art piece ready! Can you check it K??"

"H-Hey! Enanan! You can't just cut me off like that you know!!" Mizuki exclaimed.

"Well. You cut ME off yesterday so it's only fair!!" Ena said while sticking out her tongue at Mizuki.

"Can you two stop acting like little children for once?" Mafuyu deadpanned.

"..I agree with Yuki and you can send it to me Enanan." Kanade said.

"Ok sur-"

"Is it just me or has y/n been awfully..you know..quiet..today??" Mizuki asked cutting Ena off.

"See! You did it again!!" Ena exclaimed, "but..I suppose you are right..Y/n? You there??" Ena added.

No reply.

"Uhhh guys..I think you should see this.." Mizuki said in a slightly worried tone.

"What are you talking about now Amia" Ena replied in an obviously annoyed tone.

She tried her best to move as fast as she could to get to the roof you were at. Plus, she scaled all the stairs..

Once she arrived, there your were. Standing on the ledge, looking down.

"Y-Y/n! Wait! I'm here" she tried to yell (but half failed cause of her soft skrunkly voice) as she approached you.

"K..? How'd you get here- actually.. how's you know I was here?" You said while turning your head towards her.

"That..doesn't matter..All that matters right now is that you leave this rooftop unscathed.." she said as she made a few more steps towards you.

"Kanade..didn't you say you don't like going outside in the sun..?" You started, "so why would you do it now if all times..? Do I..actually mean something to you..?" You added.

You both stood in silence as you felt tears start to form at the corners of your eyes.

"Y/n I-"

"That won't matter anyway..when I'm gone..goodbye Kanade." You cut her off as you turned your head again to face the ledge, closing your eyes and taking one step forward.

It all happened so fast.
You heard felt a strong grip on your hand.
'Is that Kanade..?'

You looked up, the person struggling to hold you up. "Please Y/n! Climb back up!! Please I can't hold on any longer..!" Kanade cried.

You thought about it and in a few seconds, you were now on the roof top beside Kanade who was breathing heavily and crying.
"Y/n! Why would you do that..?!" She hugged you and cried into your shoulder.

You barely had time to process anything, yet, here you are, with Kanade crying into your shoulder.

"please don't try that again..I don't think I can manage losing you.." she said.

"You..actually do care about me..?" you mumbled.

"Of course I do..I love you Y/n.."
