Surprise, surprise. Joon Woo is now facing a grim reaper (maybe?) she doesn't look like the stereotypical grim reaper he knew, she's wearing office attire with her round glasses.

She then threw a form in front of him. There was some stuff written on it, with a blank space presumably for his signature below.

"Yes. As to which character you’ll inhabit is up to chance.”

Blue Lock is the only reasonable choice for him to pick, it was not like other stuff he read, where he had to fight with his life on the line for his own survival from start to finish.

"Yeah, I'd choose Blue Lock."

"I guess that was your only choice considering the other mangas you've read."

She clapped her hand as she said that.

She mentioned the character I'd inhabit will be random, I'm pretty sure I will be a random civilian who aren't even corelated to Blue Lock.

There's no way I'd be lucky enough to become one of 300 Blue Lock participants, right..?

The smell of the fresh green grasses pierced through my nose, it was something I haven't smelled for a long time.

"Why the hell are you just standing there?! pass the f*** ball!"

"Huh? wha-"

I was given no time to react, a guy probably twice the size as me swiftly slide tackled me.

"Got the ball! start the counter attack!"

"Why are you spacing off, Hajime?! Get into your position!"

"Oh! uh.. yeah!"

Huff.. it's been a long time since I've run like this.

Some minutes have passed, the scores end up 2-1 for the away team. Their team counter attack from my mistake made them the victor of this match.

I quickly ran away from the rest of my team before I got my ass seriously beaten by them due to that one mistake.

After I ran for quite a while, I decided to take a short break in front of a cafe.

I looked in the cafe window and saw my reflection.

I have fluffy hair similar to the Portuguese star, João Felix, but with pale reddish brown color and choppy bangs.

So, it turns out I have become one of the supporting characters in Blue Lock, Hajime Nishioka.

He's actually quite good looking, I'm pretty sure he'll catch some attention from the female audience if he had more screentime.

According to the wiki I've read from my past life, very little is known about his skills, but he presumably is a good player, as he was chosen instead of Barou and Naruhaya in Second Selection.

He was even titled Aomori's Messi, and after playing some minutes in the field with his body, he sure has a similar trait to Messi.

I did some body feint and crazy passes during the match that I could never make in my past life, so I'd assume he's indeed a high potential character.

But, this guy is really a glass cannon, he's an explosive player but every action he made in the field could be a career ending injury.

"Well, it's not like I'm going to Blue Lock anyway. I'll just enjoy my second chance to go to school like a normal.."

At least that was before a light blue system window appeared before me.

I'm not even surprised about the window appearing anymore considering how many manhwas I've read with this kind of premise.

I believe these statistics evaluations are taken not from the world's average, but as a player in the NEL.

Honestly, his stats are pretty good especially his dribbling despite we're still far from the NEL Arc where every player will have a massive transformation.

But, that will be a long story ahead, let's forget about it now.

But Hajime is just a supporting character who's in a different building with Isagi and other main characters!

Achievement Points (AP) are the main rewards for completing given quests, the amount depends on the difficulty level of the quest.

AP can also be used as a currency to several features, such as purchasing some stats points, [Revision] to rewrite some aspects in Blue Lock, also spoilers for the future from your actions and decisions.
