"I can't believe you right now, are you fucking kidding me? Again? After you said you wouldn't?" I said as I stormed into my dorm. Draco followed up behind me.

"Y/n, it's not like that I swear. We're really only just friends, I swear to you, we did nothing else than study, we're in the same study group!" Draco said as he tried to explain himself.

"I already told you I'm not comfortable with you being around her, did you forget what she did to me? It seems as though everyone knows but you," I yelled, putting my hand on my hip.

Draco scoffed. "Well, she hasn't done anything bad to me, so I don't understand why we can't be friends. If you guys are so called enemies, then fine, but she treats me well and we're friends."

I can't believe he just said that.

"I can't fucking believe you right now. Seriously? Are you that fucking blind that you fail to see what kind of person she is? Just cause she treats you kindly, doesn't mean she's a good person. She hexed my broom in Quidditch, she nearly got me expelled, she had the entire school believe that I screwed a teacher, do I need to go on?" I asked him.

He stood there silent, looking like an absolute fucking idiot.

"I don't even know anymore, Malfoy. If you like her so much, go date her instead. You seem to be very fond of her," I spat.

"OH MY GOD, I ALREADY SAID IT'S NOT LIKE THAT, WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!" He suddenly yelled out. I jumped and flinched, as I wasn't expecting it.

I looked him dead in the eye.

"NO, BECAUSE WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY YOU CHOOSE TO BE FRIENDS WITH A BITCH WHO'S OBVIOUSLY GOING TO END UP DOING YOU WRONG," I yelled back, only slightly louder. Tears were swelling up in my eyes and I felt my body get hot.

"Whatever, it doesn't even matter anymore. I'm fucking leaving." I picked up my sweater and bag and walked towards the doorway.

"Where are you going?!" Draco asked. "Why the fuck do you care?" I snapped back. I slammed the door in his face and left.

Draco's P.O.V

It's been hours since Y/n left. While she was gone, I went to my dorm to let off some steam. I also took the time to think about what she said and I felt stupid.

She was right. My friend was a shitty human being. Always doing people wrong and I was so blind to see that if she could do it to others, she could definitely do it to me.

I paced back and forth, wondering what I was going to do next.

Just then, I heard a knock on my doorway. It was her. Her rude ass.

"Hey, Draco, did you do my homework? It's due today and I need it," she said. Just that sentence alone, I realized why she's been wanting to do private study sessions. Just so I could do her homework...

"Yeah, I did it. Hold on, let me just double check," I said. I pulled out her homework from my bag and crumpled it into a ball.

"Wha— DRACO!"

"Incendio," I said as I lit her shit on fire.

"YOU FUCKING DICK, WHAT AM I GOING TO DO NOW?!" She yelled. I shrugged. "Not my problem," I say, pushing her out of my dorm and locking the door after slamming it in her face.

She banged on my door a couple times before giving up and walking away.

I laid on my bed for some time, still thinking about what to do.

Eventually, I got myself up and was going to go for some dinner but before I opened the door, I heard a conversation.

"Y/n what's going on? Tell me, I'm your best friend, I'll try to help you," a voice pleaded.

"No, no... please just let me go. I don't want anything, go to dinner, I'm just going to go to sleep," Y/n said.

I heard a door slam. That's when I knew she was back in her dorm.

I sighed and went for some dinner anyway, but I figured I'd get her something in case she was hungry.

Y/n's POV

I was back in my dorm after a walk at Hogsmeade to calm down.

I couldn't help but think about the situation, which made me feel way worse. I just thought that Draco would have my back this time, like he always did in other situations I got stuck in.

I ended up getting quite tired thinking about it so much, so I changed into some comfortable clothes and headed straight to bed. It was pitch black and the only light that came through were the ones from my window.

I was started to doze off, but I heard a door open behind me.

At this point, I was half asleep so I just assumed it was my roommate.

I then felt my bed slightly sink down. I felt arms wrap around me.

I knew it was Draco by the way he held me, but I was too tired to fight.

"Y/n?" He whispered. I was curious what he was going to say this time, so I woke myself up without moving, not wanting him to know I was awake.

He sighed. He started to stroke my head. "Hm... I brought you dinner, but I didn't know you'd be asleep," he softly said.

"I'm sorry, love. You're right, she was a bitch. And I should have listened. I shouldn't have become friends with someone who's treated you wrong," he said. He kissed the back of my head and hugged me tighter.

His arm was draped over my waist and I decided to just hold his hand. He jumped, not expecting me to move.

We both fell asleep as the moon light caressed our faces.
