You observed Iida and Hatsume's match closely, picking up repeated tactics used by both. Hatsume allowed Iida to win, which only worsened your chances of winning. You sighed, wanting to get noticed by pros, as everyone else did.

"L/N are you okay?" Midoriya sweetly asked, to pure for your soul. You nodded and left it at that. Todoroki completely over power Sero in the first match, which gave you doubts whether you or Iida could do the job. But Midoriya also had a match with Todoroki next.

You leaned back gazing down, tiredly.
Though he watched your match you couldn't stop your heavy eyelids from closing.

The only moments you saw was Midoriya getting knocked out into the wall.

"holy shit I just missed everything!!"

You scolded yourself mentally and wiped little saliva from the corner of your mouth. "How was that nap?" Mina giggled. "Eh." You were more curious for what happened.

Midoriya had to get carried away much like in combat training. You got up and started down the halls for the infirmary.
You arrived moments after he did, barging in. A blonde man coughed utterly surprised.

"Is he dead?" You approached and saw his red face. "Oh it seems he's alive."

He nodded. "I-i'm..a-alive.." Toshinori and Recovery girl immediately understood what was happening here.

"Great. After your outta here tell me about the match, i'd like to hear everything." You waved and left, leaving the poor boy perplexed and lonely.

"I always thought it was Uaraka, but it's L/N, huh?"

"W-What are you implying?!" His cheeks burned. "You like L/N!~" He chuckled with the mannerisms of a 10 year old. Midoriya enjoyed seeing the playful side of All Might. "Okay I need to prepare for surgery you to can talk about romance afterwards!" He thought he was going to die. Not from the injuries but from you, slowly worsening his crush.

You and Iida stepped onto the platform with a deadpan expression.

"L/N WHO PREVIOUSLY TOOK DOWN KAMINARI VS IIDA WHO ADVERTISED FOR HATSUME!!"

Iida sighed clearly ashamed of himself for getting fooled so easily.

Iida intended to make this quick, but you were a strong opponent so that would not be simple.

He instantaneously charged forward, you created a wave of fire to stop him.

"If he gets close it's all over, I need to catch him by surprise or else i'll be thrown out in the blink of an eye."

"So you intend to keep me away?" He asked from behind the fire.
"Maybe." You childishly reply lurking through the smoke. "It won't work for long!"

He lunged almost grasping your arm.

"I don't have a good strategy I just need this to work."

You prepared for physical combat rather then using your quirk. It wasn't a very strong defense against Iid unfortunately. When the smoke got thick enough you managed to travel behind him.

He didn't know quite yet still sure you were infront of him. It all depended on this moment. You quickly charged preparing to shoot a strong wave of water. It hit him and did push him 5 feet or so, but now he knew your position.

"damnit.." Iida stayed silent, grasping you and running towards the edge. You struggled trying to squeeze out of his grip. "LET GO!" As you neared the menacing white line adrenaline kicked in. You unconsciously punched him in the jaw. He instantaneously held the bruising area. There it was, your chance!

You grab his wrist and and throw him out before he could resume his attack against you.

"L/N WINS AGAIN!!"

A relieved sigh escaped your mouth. You bowed down whispering "It had to be done, sorry." As you fled the scene Todoroki's gaze met your own.
"Now you.." You glared standing your ground. "I'll beat you too"
