THIRD PERSON'S POV

The next day came by and they acted as if nothing happened last night. Though, Saemi assumed that Baekhyun would talk about it, Baekhyun didn't. He was silent the whole day.

And Saemi played along with it.

Shin Hae sensed something unusual from the two but she chose not to say anything about it.

"Unnie, where did you put my laundry?" Saemi asks as she peeks inside the kitchen where Shin Hae was washing the dishes.

"It's in the basket near the bathroom."

"Okay." Saemi headed back to their shared room and accidentally bumped into Baekhyun who's wearing a blank face.

"S-sorry," She walked past him and before she entered the room, Saemi felt an arm grip her wrist.

"Forget what happened last night." Baekhyun removed his grip from her wrist and walked out leaving Saemi in a daze.

She exhaled and before getting in their room to get her laundry.

SAEMI'S POV

We stayed in Baekhyun's apartment for 2 days and we were already planning on going back to our house. I stayed in the living room and contacted Juda regarding the updates in the shop.

"The sales are going down. There weren't much costumers like before and our updates in our social media accounts get less attention and response."

My eyebrows furrowed as I listen to her report. Is this the doings of the fans? Do they know me already?

"Okay. Thanks for telling me. I'll see what I can do." After than, I hang up and heaved a sigh and slumpled myself on the couch.

"Who was that?" Shin Hae unnie sat beside me and handed me my medicine and a glass of water. I quickly took it and replied.

"Juda. She said the shop's losing its costumers." I closed my eyes tight and tried to think of ways on how to handle the situation in the shop.

"Have you thought of telling Baekhyun?" I looked at her before sighing once again.

"What do you have to tell me?" My eyes widen and I instantly sat up when I heard Baekhyun's voice from behind.

"Nothing." I looked back to see him, only receiving an expressionless eyes. He looked at me for a good 5 seconds before he went back to his room again.

"What's wrong with him?" Shin Hae unnie asked, raising her brow as she watch Baekhyun get inside the room. I shrugged in reply and chose to keep my mouth shut and not tell her what happened last night.

Besides, he told me to forget about it.

BAEKHYUN'S POV

Whatever she was talking about, I had to set aside for now so that I can manage the other things I have to.

I picked up my ringing phone.

"Baekhyun-a,"

"SM is already warning you on whatever agreement you have with Saemi. It will be crucial for your image now that the fans already know who she is."

"What?! Hyung, what am I going to do?" Letting the fans know who Saemi will make her life miserable in their eyes. I know this.

This is just like what happened before.

"It's either we lie to them or break off with your agreement with your family." I wasn't able to speak anything. My mind went off for a moment.

I can't lie to the EXO-Ls.

But I can't lose Saemi either.

"Hyung, are there any other option?" My voice sounded like I was begging. I couldn't think straight. I can't think of a decision because it's so hard. It's picking between my career and my personal life just like when I entered this industry where everyone's watching at your every move and you don't have any freedom to fight for your own privacy as an idol.

"That's your only choices, Baek. I'm sorry, buddy. You have to decide until tomorrow or else this will get bigger and may even drag your members to it." The call ended.

"UGH!"

I threw my phone in anguish as I groan and ruffle my hair in frustration. I wanted to throw everything I can get a hold but some part of me feels to weak to even make an action.

What am I going to do?
