"Mayoki! Come on, we'll be late if you waste time!" Leon yelled from Mayoki's doorway, staring at her as she combed her hair with her eyelids halfway. "I am not wasting time..."

"Mayoki, you've been sitting there for 20 minutes. Get up, grab your stuff, and let's go." Leon rebelled as he swiftly turned around and walked down the stairs.

Mayoki sighed as she tied her hair into a high ponytail, grabbed her luggage, and carried it down the stairs. She internally groaned as her brother was already at the door wearing his shoes.

"Come on Mayoki, you gotta be more energetic and thankful for this opportunity!" Auntie Ester chirped as she gave Mayoki two bento boxes. Mayoki nodded at her as she placed the two boxes in her daily pack. She looked at the time on her phone. 05:52 AM.

Mayoki groaned. "It's way too early." She complained as she limply walked towards Leon, wearing her shoes. Wearing their masks, they both said their goodbyes to Auntie Ester as they both dragged their luggage across the stone pathways, making their way toward the Windrise Train Station.

"You excited?" Leon asked, adjusting the white-colored cap on his head. Mayoki rolled her eyes and looked the other way. Leon sighed as they neared the entrance of the train station. "You're never excited about volleyball. I'll be sure that you'll have a great time at the camp, okay?" Leon smiled widely as he looked back at his sister. Mayoki puffed her cheeks as she softly nodded.

After a few minutes, they stepped into the train and departed for South Miyagi Station. Mayoki groaned as her eyelids started to drop again.

I didn't even agree to join...

Mayoki looked at the time on her phone. It was only 06:17 AM. There were still a few more minutes before they would arrive at their designated station.

Even though it was a Monday -- and a holiday...

There were still thousands of people on the trains.

Mayoki wasn't even sitting down. She was up on her feet, holding onto the poles of the train, trying to not fall over when the train would halt to a sudden stop.

Unlike her, Leon was actually fast asleep on the passenger seat right next to her, pissing Mayoki off even more.

 She looked outside the train's windows and saw the beautiful island of Miyagi. Disgustingly groaning at the sight of the nearby train station, she shook Leon to wake him up. "Wake up. We're here."

Leon's eyelids slowly opened as he loudly yawn to himself. "Wow... and here I thought you'd never wake me up." He hoisted himself up as he picked up his large grey and yellow athletic bag and waited for the train to stop. Once it did, the two siblings walked out of the train and started walking towards the exit of the station.

"We're going to take a cab there. The ride is expected to be about ten minutes." Leon explained to her as the two of them took the escalator down, making Mayoki realize something. "Where are we meeting the other schools?"

"At Fukurodani's entrance." Leon proudly spoke as they both stepped off of the escalator and towards the cab's pick-up area. "Since it's in the middle of the island, everyone agreed to meet there," Leon spoke, as the two of them lined up behind the few people also waiting for a car. A few minutes later, they were able to get a cab. Their driver pressed a button on his phone, and a voice recording came out.

"Destination: Fukurodani Academy. Estimated time to get there: 11 minutes. Please fasten your seat belts and keep the area clean. Have a safe trip."

Mayoki sighed as she watched the bushes, trees, and buildings flash toward the left of her eyesight. She looked at her brother, noticing that he was holding his phone. Taking a small peek, she noticed that he was texting someone. Without double thinking, she blabbered out her question. "Who are you texting?"

Leon flinched as he snapped his head towards Mayoki. He sighed, "A setter in our volleyball team. I can introduce him to you later." He said as he continued to type away on his screen. Mayoki looked at the person's profile picture. She squinted her eyes at the black-haired male selfie before looking back at the scenery.

She then started to space out again.

Why doesn't Mondstadt have these sakura trees? They smell so much better than the nostalgic sweet and fresh air that you feel every two seconds in Windrise.

How many schools are coming again... seven? eight...? I forgot.

Also, I'm not the only vision-wielding person there, right...? There was Mona, and... another girl I never met before. Shinobu, right? A hydro and electro user... we could train together if they want, along with Yaoyoro--

...

Oh yeah, Yaoyorozu is coming! I still don't get why she's still coming though. Probably for sports experience. Unlike me, who was basically forced to come.

I should've stayed home today.

Mayoki's eyes were flattered as the cab stopped in front of a large modern building. "We're here," Leon spoke as he finished paying the driver. He grabbed his stuff from below his legs as he walked out of the cab. Mayoki followed and lowered the cap on her head, not wanting to see anyone.

After walking past the gate, she could hear the chit-chatter of voices growing louder and louder by the second. She internally groaned loudly as she saw the color-coded groups of people in corners of Fukurodani's parking lot. Leon giggled at her as he poked her shoulder, gaining her attention. "Go with the other managers for now. When you're on the bus, Aoba Johsai, Nekoma, and Shiratorizawa will be on the same bus as you, along with half of the managers." He explained as he pointed toward a small group of girls.

Mayoki nodded at him as they both separated their paths. Him walking toward Fukurodani, and Mayoki walked toward the managers.

"Wait... Mayoki! Is that really you?" Mayoki perked at the familiar voice. Mayoki lifted her head and looked at the female who was running towards her. Mayoki smirked at the blue and purple colored female. "Mona Megistus is that you?"

The female with the pigtails jumped toward the brown-haired girl as they were both engulfed in a huge bear hug.

"Mayoki, it really is you! Long time no see!" Mona exclaimed as she jumped up and down. Mayoki softly smiled at her. "Long time no see. We haven't met in two or more months." She spoke as the two of them smiled at each other.

"Mona, is this who you were talking about?" Mayoki looked at a figure behind her, and it was someone with a high light green ponytail. She had a metal mask on her face, so Mayoki could only see her radiating purple orbs.

"Kuki Shinobu. I saw you on the manager's list." The figure named Shinobu walked over to her, placing his right hand on her right waist.

"Mihara Mayoki. Just call me Mayoki." Mayoki greeted herself, as the two of them smiled at each other, the two of them radiating a nice aura.

Mayoki then looked around the managers, noticing the six figures around her that she did not notice before. Mayoki perked up, "The rest of you are from the manager's list too, right?" Mayoki confirmed, and they all nodded.

Mayoki looked around, confused. "We're missing someone." All of the females also looked around, all of them noticing that there indeed was someone missing. "Who is it?" One of the Fukurodani managers asked.

Coincidentally, the person that Mayoki was thinking about: her voice rang from the entrance of the gate.

"Oh my goodness I cannot believe that I'm late!" Mayoki sighed at the familiar voice and faced the female. "For once our vice president was late." Mayoki joked as the black-haired girl panted at Mayoki.

"Cut me some slack for once! My parents' helicopter's engine wasn't working, so we had to delay our flight." Yaoyorozu sighed as all of the other girls stared at her. A short, blonde-haired girl gaped at Yaoyorozu's sentence. "Y-Your...... helicopter??"

Mayoki took note of the girl's tender and fragile voice. The girl was standing behind a gorgeous yet short raven-haired female, that if Mayoki remember, was from Karasuno.

Mayoki turned her whole body toward the two people, causing the blonde-haired girl to flinch and squeak at the tall brown-haired girl. "Did Karasuno get another manager?" Mayoki questioned as she looked up at Kiyoko.

"Indeed. She's the new vice-manager, Yachi Hitoka." Kiyoko introduced her, as the fragile girl peeked over Kiyoko's shoulder. "H-Hello..."

Mayoki nodded at Yachi as she looked towards the two people on the Karasuno's manager's left. "Yukie and Kaori, right?" The two girls nodded at the same time, "Nice to meet you!" They both said in unison.

The eight of them had a short conversation before a whistle sounded out near the middle of the group. Everyone looks toward the middle as the coach of Karasuno and Shiratorizawa stood confidently.

"It's now officially 8:03 AM. In your teams, line up to go onto the bus!" The coach of Karasuno shouted, pointing towards the two large buses. "Aoba Johsai, Nekoma, and Shiratorizawa in bus #1. Karasuno, Fukurodani and Inarizaki in bus #2."

Everyone started chattering again as over 70 people walked towards the buses. The managers got split, and Mayoki took note of who she was with. Shinobu, Yaoyorozu, and Mona. She squinted her eyes. Did they just make the managers that were quirkless in one bus and the other with managers that have powers? Wow.

The managers sat in the front with the coaches while the other guys could sit wherever they want. Mayoki sat with Yaoyorozu on the left, third row from the door while Shinobu and Mona sat on the right, the same row.

Yaoyorozu sighed as she took out her blue sponge-like neck protector and comfortably laid back on her chair. Mayoki sighed as she looked out the window, somehow not able to fall asleep. This bus is quite quiet. I like it.

"Hey, cutie~ What's your name?"

Mayoki's eyeballs intensely rolled as it reminded her of her two perverted classmates. Mayoki took off her cap and looked up, and saw a male with fluffy brown hair, and hazel orbs, looking seductively at Mayoki. She just stared at him until she broke eye contact.

She heard the male scoff as he leaned over her chair, making Mayoki's chair move forward with his weight. She sighed. "What do you want."

"I asked for your name." The male pushed. Mayoki could feel his gaze grilling holes deep into her skull.

"Mihara Mayoki." Mayoki softly spoke. The brown-haired male repeated the name and then complimented it. "Mine's Oikawa Tooru. Nice to meet you~" Oikawa soothed, making her even more annoyed at him. "Okay."

Oikawa was about to rebut her when Mayoki heard a loud slap sound behind her, along with the voice of someone yelping. "Ow--! Iwa-chan! That wasn't nice!" Oikawa complained, looking at the male to his left.

"Dude, let the girl rest. She's obviously tired." This... Iwa-chan spoke before placing his headphones back on his head. Oikawa looked back at the girl one last time before sitting back down, letting go of the weight that he was placing on Mayoki's chair.

Mayoki looked at the time on her phone. 8:38 AM. She mentally sighed as she closed her eyes, the voices and other sounds around her slowly decreasing in volume.

"Mayoki, wake up! We're here."

Mayoki softly woke up and made eye contact with Yaoyorozu. "Come on, everyone left and we're the only ones on the bus. Let's go!" Yaoyorozu exclaimed as she helped Mayoki take off her seat belt. Mayoki groaned as she groggily stood up and followed Yaoyorozu off the bus.

In front of them, was a large gymnasium. It was so big that it could even compare to the Jade Palace. Mayoki took out her phone, wondering how long she had slept. It's only 8:52 AM? I was only asleep for about 20 minutes or less...

"Okay, everyone! Please get into your groups as the coaches and managers guide a specific team to their court!" A shorter male with glasses spoke out, leading everyone to move and shuffle in their positions, getting together with their teammates. 

On the other hand, the managers all cuddled up together and silently stared. Until an Aoba Johsai coach came up to the girls with a clipboard. 

"Yachi Hitoka and Kiyoko Shimizu, guide Karasuno. Mihara Mayoki, guide Nekoma. Yukie Shirofuku and Kaori Suzumeda, guide Fukurodani. Mona Megistus, guide Aoba Johsai. Kuki Shinobu, guide Shiratorizawa. And Yaoyorozu Momo, guide Inarikazi to their courts please, along with their coaches." The male finished. They all yelled 'yes sir!" at the same time as Mona followed him while the others separated from the manager group.

"Mayoki-san! Over here!" Mayoki raised her head to make eye contact with Haiba Lev. She walked over to Nekoma's group and rolled her eyes as their captain walked towards her. "Okay guys, let us go. The other schools are leaving now as well." Kuroo yelled out as everyone picked up their Nekoma athletic bags and walked as a big group, with Kuroo, Mayoki, and their coach in the front.

No one really talked. Everyone was just quiet. Mayoki looked around at the people behind her. She raised one of her eyebrows. I've never seen them that quiet. Maybe because it's still too early in the morning.

They soon walk into the huge gymnasium, where there were six courts in a row. Mayoki took note of how the gymnasium looked. It's quite nice.

Every single school team walked to their specific court and placed their bags onto the bleachers. Mayoki looked at the time on her phone, and it was already 9:14 AM. Her eyes widened. She got a text from her blonde traveler friend.

Mayoki smirked at his text. She then decided to reply to him.

I'm now in Miyagi Island at a volleyball camp.

Mayoki smiled at the text.

"MIHARA WHAT ARE YOU DOING???" 

Mayoki almost dropped her phone on the ground as a loud voice screeched out toward her. She snapped her head toward Nekoma's court and saw Yaku walking up towards her. Mayoki started to violently sweat. she hates it when yaku raises his voice.

"Put your phone away! You gotta help us with training! You've been looking at your damn phone for about 10 minutes." Yaku rebelled as he glared up at Mayoki. She immediately placed her phone in her bag and quickly nodded at Yaku. "Yes sir." She said as she jogged next to coach Nekomata.

She silently watched as the volleyball that they had kept dashing left and right, over the net. 

She sighed. This is going to be such a long ass day.

But she was slightly interested for the activities that they were all going to do at the last three days.
