I agree that it was quite a bad move from Kujou, to provoke a violent situation again.
But I do not see a reason why I shouldn't stop this.
"Sudou, expulsion is worse than zero." He suddenly let go of her color and...
"Π‘ΠΌΠΎΡΡΠΈ!" [Watch it!]
Completely catching me off guard, Sudou's hands aiming my throat were approaching me at rapid speed.
"Oops. I think you can't go any further than this."
"What the" My hand catching his just before impact was a last resort, however, as I saw that he was brutally serious about it, I thought about minimalizing the damage.
"I think, we should all go home, after all, an hour from two in, and two fights broke out already. I suggest that everyone study English since I assume that maths won't be that much of a problem, due to it being a simple revision of last year's stuff." Kujou suggested.
However, Sudou was still focused on me, and well, I am not going to lie, an angry Sudou has a scary appearance.
The other two of the idiot trio left, quite quickly. As Akito waited for Sudou to calm down, he just remained here, if something happened.
Akito is a strong fighter, his style, however, isn't for me. I assume street fighting?
But unexpectedly, Kujoh remained as well. Frustration was still being seen on her face.
"Sudou, now it's all or nothing. Two of the guys are gone. If you wanna beat me up, I will invite you to try right here and right now. Kujou and Akito will keep quiet about this, don't worry about them."
"Huh?" The girl made a surprised noise about my offer.
"Do it. I am not going to 'snitch'. This offer is a one-of-a-kind."
"For fucks sake..." He then let his hand loosen up a bit, thus he gave up on trying to advance further.
I honestly thought that he was going to accept that offer, but surprisingly, he was for a peaceful end to this.
Aggressively packaging his things, he then left the spot.
It was heated, but regardless of that, I was taught many things. One of them is that violence is the best solution to solve a problem quickly.
After one or two minutes of silence, Akito began to speak.
"Kiyotaka. Earlier, when you interfered in the fight with Yamauchi...Did it hurt? If yes, then I apologize."
He was talking about the two hits I thought to defuse the situation when Sudou and Kujou couldn't do anything at all.
"Sigh Don't worry about it. It didn't hurt that much. Besides, I think you should rather apologize to him."
He nodded. Before he could speak, he got a notification on his smartwatch. After hearing the sound, I assumed that it was a reminder of something important.
"Ah... Have a nice day you two. I need to go somewhere. If you want to, I'll invite you for a coffee, Kiyotaka, Kujou-san."
"No need to, but thanks for the offer. Have a nice day."
As he waved us goodbye and then left the library, it was just the two of us.
Completely in silence. Kujou was just quiet. She was reading the book that is needed to read for a project in Japanese class.
However, what surprised me, was that she wasn't reading it. Her pupils weren't moving at all.
She was just skipping through the book, waiting a minute to continue to the next page.
"Suou-kun..."
As my name was mentioned, I looked at her red-embarrassed face. It was cute to look at.
She was much cuter than I thought. The things boys would do to have her as a girlfriend would've been endless.
However, nobody dared to confess to her. By that I mean, the known information of the students in this school.
Maybe she already has a boyfriend? One in Russia perhaps?
Or she is just not interested in any guy in the whole school?
"Hmm?"
"Why did you...intervene earlier? It wasn't needed, I could've defended myself."
"Well, I doubt that anybody, even a guy stronger than me could've successfully defended itself against him. I was lucky that he didn't take that outrageous offer, or you wouldn't have seen me ever again."
It's probably true, by the speed and strength of his hands, I doubt that anyone in our year could even reach Sudou's level at all.
Except for the foreign student in the other class. But this is impossible to fight against, as a regular guy like me.
Akito maybe stands a chance, but he would have lost over time, Sudou is far more athletic and has much higher stamina reserves.
"You are saying this so calmly..."
"Well, nothing happened in the end, has it?"
"What if something had happened?"
"Then he would have beat me up for sure. But thankfully nothing happened."
"You are so careless Suou-kun. Π’Ρ ΠΌΠ΅Π½Ρ Π²ΠΏΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΠ»ΠΈΠ»." [You impressed me.]
"Well, you weren't as careful with him either."
"Suou-kun, I am not sure if you need it, but I am fine with staying longer to teach you some stuff in compensation for your protection from earlier."
"Ah...Please don't bother about it. It was only natural for somebody to help out. Regardless, I have to get home."
Yuki wanted to watch the newest episode of 'The Dreaming Boy Is a Realist' with me.
And I can't miss that out or I am dead.
"Huh? Already? Then let me accompany you."
"No thank you-"
"It's disrespectful in Russia to decline such offers." She countered, not leaving me any space to say anything.
At this point, she is using 'It's disrespectful in Russia' as a whole argument for whatever I say.
"I guess it is, well you can accompany me, I don't mind."
She was satisfied with my answer and stood up, in a good mood for whatever reason. I assume that girls like it when you surrender to them. Not in a sexual way I guess, except it's Yuki.
I remember that she forced a boy in her class to get stepped on by her. But well, Yuki is another type of breed.
"See? No need to get asked to do that twice. A question Suou-"
"Call me Kiyotaka. Suou is a confusing name."
"You mean because of the girl in the other class? You can call me by my first name as well."
"Yeah, you mean my sister right? You should call me Suou next to her since she is a little...weird."
"Hmm? Siblings? For twins, you two surely look completely different. Well, not that much. Both brown hair, both same eye color, but completely different in terms of facial expression."
"We aren't twins, but quite close in age." We left the library to move towards the hallways, which are quite empty, it gave me a very weird feeling.
As if it was a simulation that we are living in.
"Ah... That explains it I guess. Ah right, I wanted to ask you if you joined any club the past month. When we were allowed to, I mean."
"No. Did you join one?"
"I was looking forward to joining the student council, but I haven't received an answer to my application yet." This surprised me a little. Instead of working towards the goal of achieving Class A, she simultaneously wants to join the student council.
It impresses me every single day how motivated people tend to become.
Not even I would be ready to do that. She is.
"Huh? The Student Council? Why do you want to join?"
"I thought of trying it out. I had never really been a member of a student council before. Have you ever been in the student council before this?"
...
Well, I was. Only for half a year though, and that was due to the high influence I gave forward to my sister. It wouldn't surprise me if Yuki also applied and thus gets to be the first rival of Alisa.
On whose side would I be in that situation? Yuki is my sister and Alisa will be probably the most influential person alongside Horikita, Kushida, and Hirata in our class.
Family or success? What will I go for is the question?
"No, I am inexperienced in that. Do you think you will get accepted, Alisa?"
Her face went red for a second before she then replied in a more passive-aggressive manner.
"I-I don't think the chances are high, neither will they be that low either. But according to the class hierarchy, I will probably get rejected, Kiyotaka."
"Then, I guess I will support you on this one for now. Don't expect too much from me. Also, I think as of now, instead of succeeding in the student council, I would seriously try and fix this class."
"Huh?" She said in confusion as if I said something that she wasn't so clear about.
"If you still don't get it, you are a nobody if you graduate from class D. Even if you have a higher IQ than Nikola Tesla. It's about the class's performance, not about the individual performance."
"..."
Walking through the empty hallways on a weekend, nobody around and an uncomfortable situation.
A Russian girl that I barely know walking next to me.
"Ah, did I talk nonsense again? Please don't mind me."
"Don't worry abou it, Kiyotaka-kun. It's really scary to walk through a dark school building on a weekend all alone..."
Yeah, we forgot to mention the matter that the sun was setting. And since we couldn't find anything to activate the light with, since only the teachers have the key to turn such levers on, we were left in a huge building in the dark.
7.40 p.m. However, there wasn't school tomorrow thankfully.
...
Thankfully?
The probability of getting lost here in the dark isn't that high, not that low either.
My phone died earlier, but if we have a problem with orientation, I could just ask Alisa-
"Hey Kiyotaka-kun, could you turn on your phone's flashlight? Mine died just a minute ago."
"..."
"Don't tell me yours is dead as well!"
"Why do you make it sound like it's my fault? I mean, it's your fault that yours died as well."
"Wha- Let's not argue here. If we get caught here after 6 p.m. we are doomed."
The rules are quite simple: Students aren't allowed to stay in the school building after 6 p.m., that's also when the library closes, and thus there is no good reason to stay.
And to avoid vandalism, nobody is allowed to be here at 7.40 p.m.
But my question is: Where is the closest exit? It's almost pitch dark. I am failing to even recognize her hands. Or even mine.
The only source of light is the moon shining through some empty classrooms.
"Probably. Alisa, uhm...Do you know where the closest exit is from here?"
"Well, this school building only has one exit... It's located in the..." She was lost in thought.
"You also seem to have trouble in terms of orientation?"
It's quite troubling that I never was on this floor, and I still haven't discovered the full school building to have some kind of sense of where the exit is.
"We are barely here for a month. It's not my fault that we never needed to get to this stage... Besides, even if I knew, I can't even see anything sharp right now...Uh...Kiyotaka-kun, don't you also think that it's quite a scary situation?!"
"Well, if we fail to find the exit of this building, then it could turn out quite terrifying-"
Suddenly, a weak hand wrapped itself around my left arm. It somehow felt like something was trying to hint me toward a direction.
"Huh?"
"U-Uh, don't mind me, I was never stuck in such a complicated situation okay?!"
She reasoned her hand wrapping around my arm as a feeling of stress.
And well, I am also losing patience. We couldn't even tell where we were walking towards.
And it's been 20 minutes.
But why the hell is this school building this huge?! We have barely 12 classes!
"K-Kiyotaka-kun. It's getting quite cold..."
"You are right..." Well, it wasn't a hot summer right now.
But at the end of spring, the days are warm but the nights are cold.
And the night was approaching.
----
7 p.m.
After being stuck here for almost half an hour, Alisa began to panic a little more.
Her panic was constantly increasing, every time we went in the wrong direction.
I don't think it was stress at this point. But rather, she was getting more and more scared about the fact, that we are trapped in such a huge and complicated labyrinth.
"Alisa. We could trigger the fire alarm, as a last resort. The school building won't be open during the weekend. And staying here three nights isn't an option."
"...We might get into trouble for that, you know? We should rather try searching further."
My eyesight was declining and after this much walking through the same place, I felt exhausted.
Not only physically, but also mentally.
However, it wasn't just declining, my eyes were starting to adapt, and my brain also began to store all the information about where each room was located.
"Alisa. Can you see something right now?"
"No why---H-Hey?! What are you doing?!" The ice queen was kicking around with her legs as I picked her up.
"Sorry, but I am exhausted. I need sleep now, so I am going to speed up the process."
Her thighs felt too soft for a human. She smelled like heaven and how she clung to me, in order not to fall was cute.
I am jealous of whoever will be the lucky one to marry her.
"Π’Ρ ΠΈΠ΄ΠΈΠΎΡ!" [You idiot!]
Even though it was an insult towards me, she said it in such a cute way, it's way too adorable.
"Excuse me?"
"I meant: Then hurry up! Don't touch a girl like that! Hasn't anybody taught you manners?!"
"To be honest, Alisa. I really couldn't care less about that. We are wasting our time here and our bodies are getting drained from the stamina reserves."
"..."
After minutes of comprehending what she said earlier. I rushed down again, and due to my instincts, I then quickly managed to find the exit as my eyes adapted.
After I let her down, she puffed her cheeks and looked away constantly.
Avoiding every type of eye contact.
"Thank god..." She whispered.
"Sorry for that but I wanted to get out now. I apologize." I sighed and we began walking towards the dormitories.
"Just...Don't do that ever again!"
"Yeah sorry again. Uh, you want me to get you something from the store as compensation?"
Looking at the lit-up store, I wondered if something out of that store could fix her mood.
After all, it was quite stupid for me to touch her without any allowance.
"...Yeah sure..."
Alisa accepted that compensation with an adorable pouting face. And I can repeat myself as often as I want but...
She is insanely beautiful. And at this point, it's not a want anymore.
Just as Yuki said. I need her influence over the class.
As we then walked in, at a rather unusual time I suppose, since some people were staring at us.
"Welcome"
"Alisa, what do you want?"
"U-Uh? ΠΠΈΡ." [You]
That shook me a little. Such little words can trouble every man's position.
"What was that?"
"Ah, sorry. I meant you can decide, after all, you decided to get me something."
"Don't worry. Choose whatever you like."
"Thank you."
We walked to the sweets and well, surprisingly enough she wanted to get Mikado [Pockys].
A rather good choice, to be honest, I like these due to my sister having a sugar addiction.
Just what troubles me is how Yuki remains in good shape even though she eats the most unhealthy food on the planet.
"You want that?"
"Mhm." She nodded, giving these to me. I also took a second Mikado package, so we then went to the Kassa.
I paid for them simply. Some would ask themselves how I had still points to spend for such unneeded things.
But this wasn't the most expensive thing I bought, so there is no problem.
And paying for such a beauty isn't something to be ashamed of.
We then walked out of the store, and she ate some of hers and god...
Why do adorable girls always look cute when eating?
"Ara~ Kiyotaka-kun wasting money on a girl."
"If that's what you wanted to say, I could make sure to leave you alone at night next time."
"E-Eh?! I was joking! And besides, you probably enjoyed it! I will make you put me on my socks next time!"
Now, that is the dream of every guy in our class. I don't know why she is making it sound like a punishment, but I would greatly accept that.
"I will gladly do that. If possible, now would be even better."
She stared at me in terror. As if I was a war criminal.
However, she was right. My father didn't create me just to be a pervert towards a girl.
"That was a crazy statement, Kiyotaka-kun."
"It was just a joke, don't worry. I would never accept such a thing. It's against the pride of my family."
If Grandfather heard this, he would personally come here just to have a little talk with me.
"Eh? You are making it sound like you came from the royal family."
She wasn't wrong. Neither right. My family, more like Yuki's is extremely wealthy. In some kind of ways.
The name Suou is not that widely known in Tokyo but rather in Seirei.
"I am joking. Besides, let's get back to the topic. What are you going to do? The study groups aren't that effective, Sudou won't come anymore and thus Ike and Yamauchi have a good excuse to miss out on them as well."
"Then let these three get expelled. I tried everything and even then they went on to take the bad route of choosing to drop out. I don't think it's my fault that they are allergic to studying."
She said matter-of-factly. As if it wasn't even her fault to begin with.
They gladly accepted the offer. However, Alisa chose to have these three in her group. Kushida or Horikita could have done so as well and probably achieved better results.
It was probably due to her appearance for Sudou, Ike, and Yamauchi to accept the proposal. Kushida and Horikita would have used other methods.
A time will come when your appearance will shoot back at you, Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou.
"In the highest respect, Alisa, but I think what you are saying is worse than dropping out entirely. Alisa, if you want to do it without them, then drop out. I think that this class would get their eyes open due to your dropout rather than their expulsions. Logically speaking, instead of getting rid of these three, getting rid of you would be more logical and would make much more sense in terms of mentality."
"Are you saying that I am worthless to the class?! Who are you to say that!"
"Precisely, yes. Nobody is worth anything to the class. You are as much worth as Ike currently. But Ike at least managed to socialize much better than you did. So in fact...He achieved more than you as of now."
"That is absurd! Why the hell would you say something like this, when everyone else would agree with me!"
Alisa, with her usual poisonous tongue, got on to protect her pride at all costs. But what I am asking myself right now is, why she still has this much pride left inside her.
Ike, Yamauchi, and Sudou at least accepted the fact that they were worthless in this school's system.
But it seems like she still doesn't understand.
"But would they? After all, you were still placed in the same class as them, which means you are according to the government, barely as much worth as Yamauchi, let alone the three combined."
"Who are you to say this though?! Aren't you worth as much as the rest as well?!"
"Have I ever said I am not?"
"..."
She was quiet. Not replying, just staring at me furiously.
"See? You need to open your eyes. Let them be expelled if you want. I won't say anything regarding that it was your choice to do so. But don't expect this class to function properly after that."
The class would
