There you sat beside ponyboy on the green grass watching the sunset.

It had been a week since you both admitted your true feelings for eachother.

And it was probably the best thing you guys had ever done.

"Ponyboy do you think there will still be us in 5 years?" You ask glancing over at your boyfriend who had his eyes glued to the sunset.

"Of course I do unless you don't want-"

You cut him off by placing a kiss to his lips,a sweet tender kiss.

Ponyboy pulls away blushing

"Pony I want us always and forever" you smile making ponyboy smile shyly

"Wouldn't it be nice if we could get married" pony sighs

"Oh pony I'd love to marry you"

"Really?

"Absolutely" you smile

"Wouldn't it be nice if we could get out of this place?" You state slightly mocking his word choice before making eye contact with him.

"Yeah we could run off to a place where socs and greasers weren't a thing. Somewhere normal" pony shifts himself to face you.

"I think I love you" was all you could say

"I think I'm in love with you too" ponyboy smiles

"Kiss me then"

You grab ponyboy by his shirt and pull him on top of you and place your lips on his.

This was the most passionate kiss you both had ever given and it felt so good.

"Hey pony darry is looking for y-" his brother sodapop interrupts the moment but is cut off as he see you and ponyboy making out.

Once pony and you notice soda you and pony stop kissing and sit up.

"So this is why you guys come out here" soda smirks.

"Don't tell darry"

"Don't worry about it pony I'm not gonna tell"

Wouldn't it be nice if sodapop didn't interrupt
