Me and Kiloni got back to the hotel and we started to get ready to go out.

"Do you know what your wearing tonight?" Kiloni says

I shake my head "No I don't know help me?"

Kiloni then pulls out a top with a denim skirt from my suitcase "Wear this."

I get the outfit from her hands and smile. Swear Kiloni should be a designer.

"Where about are we going tonight?" Kiloni says

"You can choose since it's the last night." I say to Kiloni

Kiloni then says "Let's go to that club round the corner that was busy the other night."

I nod "Okay I guess."

As we head out the hotel we start to walk towards the club Kiloni was talking about.

Kiloni then got us a table, "Im gonna go to the toilet." Kiloni says.

"Okay I'll be right here when your back." I said ,when Kiloni went to the toilet I was alone by myself.

Suddenly I seen a big group of people on a table opposite me.

I look closer as I recognise people.

Fuck. It's the Real Madrid team, and Jude's there ! With his girlfriend. Great.

Kylian turns around and sees me. He then went over to Vini and Jude and they both looked at me.

Vini then comes to walk towards me. "Well,well isn't it Ines."

I smile "Hey Vini what you doing here?"

He looks back over to their table. "Came out to celebrate with the team."

"Oh right fair enough." I reply

He looks back over to the table. "You can come sit with us if you want to? I know you might not wanna because of Jude and his girlfriend but it's your last night here and I want to see you before you go."

Kiloni then comes back from the toilet. "Oh hey Vini ,you okay?"

He smiles "Hey Kiloni, was just asking Ines and you to join us."

Kiloni then replies "Yeah we'd love too wouldnt we Ines?"

I look at her "No we can't Jude is sat there with his girlfriend,it's too awkward."

Kiloni then turns to me "Come on Ines it's the last night please for me."

I turn to Vini and he smiled, I then turn back to Kiloni "Okay fine but no mentioning you know who, both of you."

Vini knew Jeremiah was Jude's son which is why I trust him so much and hasn't told Jude.

I then stand up from the table to join the group.

As soon as I reached the table everyone looked at me and said hello. Apart from Jude all he did was stare at me.

Kylian then budged up so me and Kiloni can sit down. I was now sat opposite Jude with his girlfriend dangling on his arm.

Jude then speaks up "So Ines what have you been up to for 4 years."

I couldn't really tell the truth so I just made a few things up. "Wouldn't you like to know, well I'm doing modelling for designer businesses and have gone popular on the model industry I also have been busy with university." I said as a lie.

He smiles and looks down "Always knew you'd become a model, How's your mum?"

I then laugh "Uhm she's good why?" He then just shrugs.

Weirdo.

He then says again "How's Birmingham without me, lonely?"

I smile "No feels the same I'm doing great without you."

Vini then says "Woah okay let's calm this down uhm Ines what do you drink, Kiloni you want a drink?"

I look up to Vini "I'll have a double vodka and coke please." Kiloni then says "Same, Thanks."

Jude's girlfriend then talks as she's been quiet the whole time. "Ines how do you even know Jude? He's never spoken about you to me."

I look at Jude "We grew up together that's all."

Vini then comes back with mine and Kiloni's drink. Vini says "What time you at the airport tomorrow morning on your flight home?"

"9:30am." I reply.

He nods "Wow so soon then."

Jude then says "Going home tomorrow?" I nod.

I look at Kiloni and she nods. "Well best me and Kiloni should get going don't wanna be late for our flight in the morning, It was nice meeting you all and seeing you again." I directly looked at Vini saying that. "Hopefully see yous all soon, see yous later."

Kiloni then said her goodbyes and we exited the club walking our way towards the hotel.

Kiloni turns to me "How you feeling after seeing Jude all this time?" I shrug "I don't know, he has a girlfriend practically has a amazing life now so why should I care?"

I then recognise a voice shouting my name.

"Ines wait!" I turn around and it was Jude.

For fuck sake speaking of the devil.

I then turn to Kiloni "Can you give us some space to talk?"

She nods "I'll meet you back at the hotel." She hugs me "Love you." She then walks away.

I wait till he catches up with me. He then laughs "Only time I'm running is if I'm on the pitch."

I smile "What's up?"

He then looks down "I miss you know, I may come across as a careless footballer but I still care about you, I grew up with you for gods sake and Im sorry I left you like that 4 years ago it wasn't my intention to do it like that but I know your still pissed off about that and that's why you hate me but you know how I've always felt about football, this was my dream and now I finally have that opportunity."

I nodded "I know, that's why I let you go and haven't bothered messaging you but it's doesn't matter now I'm sure you have a lovely girlfriend next to you supporting you on the side lines."

He smiles "Yeah she's great, but she's not you."

I look down "Jude don't ,I don't want to talk, I've managed for 4 years so why should I now? I want nothing to do with you, I'm gonna go" I then turn around and walk away.

Jude shouts "Ines please come back I want to talk."

I shout back so he heard me "Piss off Jude you wanted nothing to do with me 4 years ago so why do you now."

I walked back to the hotel to meet Kiloni back at the hotel.

As I enter the hotel room Kiloni was sat on the bed waiting for me to get back. She turns to me and smiled "What did he say?"

I then sat next to her on the bed and started to break down. In that moment I had Kiloni's arms around me.

So lucky to have a best friend like her. "He said that he misses me and that he's sorry."

She then says "You know, you need to tell him that Jeremiah is his son and that he's a dad. He'll support yous both I know it." I shake my head "He has a girlfriend Kiloni and I don't want him to know anything about me. It's been 4 years , 4 fucking years ! No text messages or calls just absolute blank so why should he deserve to know anything he just a stuck up twat."

Kiloni then says "Ines your surrounded by people who love you. Whatever you decide is your decision if you want to work it out with him or not. But you'll be okay ,you've been strong these 4 years. Giving birth to Jeremiah doing it all on your own, I'm so proud of you Ines ,and I know you your a strong girl and you'll be okay I promise."

I nod "Thank you Kiloni won't know what I'd do without you."

She smiles "Always here for you. Anyway we should both get some sleep we have a flight to catch tomorrow."

Kiloni was right we needed to get some sleep. Luckily our suitcases were already packed.

Before I fell asleep I made sure that I had set my alarm for tomorrow.
