[ 20 minutes before Sokka went on the roof ]

Toph woke up from her nap and headed to the kitchen and felt Katara and Suki laying on the couch in the living room. Katara heard Toph walk in and lifted her head over the couch and smiled. Suki noticed Toph as well and did the same thing

Katara - Morning sleepy head

Suki - How was your nap

Toph - Ugh, I thought the hangover would be over by now

Suki - Nope, they sometimes  last a whole day

Toph - Ugh, I'm going to go get some fresh air. I'll be back soon

Katara - Okay be careful

Suki - Watch out for creeps

Toph - haha Sure thing

Toph grabbed her jacket and closed the door to her apartment. She wanted to go to the rooftop because it always helped her relax and her headache was killing her

She made it to the roof and sat down on a little high curb they had, She laid her head back and let the wind flow through her hair as she cleared her Mind.

I'm finally at peace, haha - Toph thought

She closed her eyes and began to drift into her mind and Daydream, But was rudely interrupted by the sound of footsteps coming towards her. Her instinct kicked in and she metalbent the ground and wrapped pieces of metal around this person's foot. Then she heard a voice that sounded familiar

Chang - Owww what the hell!!

Toph - Chang?

Chang - Yep that's me

Toph - What are you doing up here, And why did you sneak up on me!?

Chang - 1. I didn't sneak up on you and 2 I like to come up there to clear my mind

Toph - Yeah whatever

Change - It's the truth. Also can you please metal bend my feet out of this tight grip, it's starting to hurt bad!

Toph - Fine!, just stop with the chatter

Toph metal bent the ground again except for this time she took the metal pieces off of Chang's foot and put them back where they were.

Chang wiped the dust off of his feet and walked a little bit towards Toph but stop because her energy intimidated him, So he just stood a couple of feet away from her.

Chang - Umm thanks

Toph - Whatever

Chang - I guess we're even now

Toph - What!?

Chang - Well today I made you fall on concrete. And you just metal bent my feet, so we are even now

Toph - Ha I guess we are

There was an unspoken tension between them, Toph finally let her guard down and Chang walked over to her and leaned against the edge next to Toph and looked at her which Toph soon found out he was doing and quickly looked in the direction she figured his face was.

Toph - What are you doing!?

Chang - Oh um nothing

Toph chuckled and caused Chang to blush

Toph - Look Chang I may be blind, but I'm not dumb okay.

Chang - Oh, I don't think you're dumb

Toph - Well good because I-

Chang - I think you are beautiful

Toph was caught off guard and her cheeks became bright pink, Even though she couldn't see she still turned her head and tried to cover her blush with her bangs this made Chang smile.

Toph didn't know what to do because she wasn't exactly the "IT" girls and wasn't like Katara had guys asking her out left and right.

After a while, she looked up again at the direction she hoped Chang was but was off and she was looking straight forward.

Chang's heart was pounding and even though he has only known this girl for less than 24 hours he felt a connection. Pulse he couldn't keep her out of his mind, Chang noticed Toph staring off in the distance and he put his index finger under her chin and moved her face towards him.

There was probably an inch or two between them and both awkwardly laughed but still didn't pull away, Then Chang pushed his lips against Toph's soft lips. This was Toph 5th kiss she's ever had in her 18 years of living

Toph wanted to pull away because she barely knew this guy. But something in her didn't let her pull away, Something about this kiss was special and she was on cloud 9.

They kissed for about a minute before hearing the door to the roof close very loud, Toph was so into the kiss that she didn't even realize someone closed the door. She pulled away and walked over to the door to try and figure out who it was

she couldn't feel anyone, She assumed it was just wind or something. She walked back and stood next to Chang who had a big smile on his face, they stood in awkward silence until Chang spoke

Chang - You are a really good kisser...

Toph - Oh...um thanks, I guess

Chang - Oh no problem I was thinking-

Toph walked away and once again made her way towards the door

Toph - Well This was kinda fun, I'm going to head back to my apartment

Chang - Oh ok then. I hope to see you around campus

Toph - Can't say the same

Chang - Hahaha

Toph opened the door and closed it behind her.
She walked the stairs to her apartment and felt Katara in the hallway. Toph walked up to her and Katara saw Toph and walked up to her as well

Katara - There you are

Top - What's wrong?

Katara - Well it was getting late and I got worried something happened to you

Toph - I'm fine sugar queen, Stop being a worry wussy

Katara - Sorry I went looking for my best friend

Toph - Whatever I'm going to my room

Katara - I made Mac and cheese if you want some

Toph - No thanks I'm not hungry

They walked back to their dorm together and saw Suki on the couch scrolling through TikTok. Katara went to her room and went to sleep for the night Toph and Suki hanged in the living room until Suki got tired and headed to her room.

Toph was still awake because she took a nap all day so she decided to walk over to the boy's apartment. She took a key that Katara had for the boy's apartment and it took her a few tries before getting it right and opening the door.

She walked in and stomped her foot on the ground so she could feel the vibration of the house, everyone was asleep beside Sokka but something was off about him.

He, He's crying!? - Toph thought

She walked over to his door and opened it Sokka quickly noticed her and pretended to be asleep. Toph walked up to him and dangle her head over him,

Toph - I know you are awake Meatball

Nothing

Toph - Come on man get up!

Toph tried pulling his arm but Sokka still pretended to be asleep so that left Toph with no choice. She jumped on top of him causing him to yell in shock and quickly lifted his head and looked at Toph.

She was on top of him with her legs on each side of him, The upper half of her body was up straight and she pulled her hair away from her face as she laughed.

Sokka blushed because his crush was sitting on top of him, Sokka places his head against the headboard of his bed and stared at Toph as she bit her lip and shook Sokka shoulder trying to "wake him up"

How could she just do this - Sokka thought

"How could she just kiss a guy and then sit on
me like this" - Sokka again thought

Sokka was upset about Toph kiss another guy, Even though Toph wasn't Sokka girl he still got very upset even though he felt like he shouldn't because Toph had a right to kiss anyone she wanted.

Even if that wasn't Sokka, Toph finally gave up trying to "wake him up" and just started talking to him

Toph - So Mr. Meat ball, Are you up, or do I need to jump on you again?Also are you good Sokka??

Sokka - I'm fine Toph

Toph let out a sigh

Toph - Tell me about it Sokka

Sokka - Tell you What?

Toph - Why were you were crying?

Sokka - I wasn't crying Toph

Toph tilted her head at Sokka and gave him a

" Are you serious man" and a
"I know everything!" Look which of course turned him on but then he quickly shook his head and put his hands around her waist and pushed her off of him and she stood on the ground with a somewhat frown on her face.

Sokka got his feet off of his bed and sat at the edge of it looking at the floor, Toph sat down next to him and had her head looking at the floor as well.

They sat there knowing the other wanted to say something, Toph lifted her head and looked at Sokka he looked at her back and all the anger he had towards her for kissing that random guy went away. He couldn't stay mad at her when she was that pretty, He slowly moved his head towards her and she did the same.

Finally, their lips met and they started making out, Sokka went back in bed and had his upper body against the headboard. Toph went on top of Sokka again still kissing him,

The moonlight shined on Toph's raven black hair and made Sokka 10x more attractive to her. He put his hands and her waist and pushed her closer.
