( KrishnaΓShaurya vs Chedi armed forces)

[Chedi kingdom]
The night was dark!
During the festival of the new moon, the stars seemed to shine even more brightly in the absence of the moon, as if the darkness had highlighted them even more.
Under the black veil of the night, time seemed to stand still. The sound of horse hooves echoed in all directions through the quiet and dense path. The only light guiding their way was the torchlight of the soldiers.
Security was absolutely tight!
The soldiers were fully confident that not even a bird could flutter by unnoticed.
But who needs to flutter here? The goal is to escape using hands and feet.
Two people!
Much larger than any bird, but without any wings!
Inside that large iron cage, there was only one way in and out. A single door, wrapped with five layers of five iron chains and secured with at least five locks.
To prevent the two from dying before extracting all information, there was a small hole in the massive cage, just big enough for a finger, not a hand, to pass through. It was designed so they could breathe.
In the light coming through that hole, though not sufficient but better than the profound darkness, Shaurya was bandaging the woman's wound with a piece of cloth.
"Does it still hurt?"
"It never did."
"I'm not joking, Krishna!"
"Neither am I!"
Shaurya took a deep sigh!
A sigh of resignation!
because he knew that no one could defeat this woman in an argument except Dwarkadhish.
When Shaurya peered out of the hole. One could see the reflection of twinkling stars in his eyes.
"The sky is as it should be, and the stars are ready to guide our path."
Shaurya glanced back at Krishna, or rather, he surmised.
"The time is right. Let's make this happen."
Shaurya gave Krishna a familiar wink, which Krishna returned in the same way.

All armed soldiers, mounted on their respective horses, were advancing towards the main prison outside the capital, Suktimati, under the sharp and keen eyes of Commander Giriraj.
The king had ordered that their steps should not halt before reaching the prison, and strict instructions were given to ensure compliance.
But their relentless march halted abruptly when a voice echoed from the cage.
"Help! Please, hurry!"
Hearing the anguished plea, the commander sent a soldier to ensure that everything was as ordered.
Locks were unfastened!
Chains were loosened!
And then the door swung open!
The soldier stepped inside, the sound of iron clashing against iron resonating. He observed the two figures, one cradled in the lap of the other, seemingly unconscious.
"What happened? Why were you yelling?"
Shaurya's eyes did not meet the soldier's eyes. His two golden pearl-like eyes were meeting the dark walls of the cage. With an ocean of sorrow, he looked at the woman whose body seemed to have no movement.
"I can't feel the pulse of my only companion. We lacked air to breathe."
Shaurya wiped his tears with a trembling sigh. The soldier saw no sign of deceit in his words.
And after all, not even a bird could flutter here!
"Let me check!"
The soldier sat beside her. He touched Krishna's veins, and a faint smirk spread across his face.
"She feels very delicate under my touch."
His fingers brushed Krishna's wrists roughly and Shaurya's jaw clenched.
With the last thread of his willpower, he restrained himself from slaying the shameless soldier right then and there. He somehow calmed himself because he knew it wasn't his job.
It was someone else's!
"You know, my companion needs a liquid!
A very special kind!"
The soldier narrowed his eyes and scanned Shaurya from head to toe.
That disdainful smirk again!
His hands grew even more reckless!
"What does this beautiful prisoner want to drink? Wine or-"
Before he could finish his whispered taunt, he felt a sharp pain right above his sternum.
Something warm too!
His eyes shifted from Shaurya to the woman who had seemed lifeless just moments ago.
His brown eyes were wide with terror, and Krishna was staring at him.
She is no longer unconscious!
Or perhaps she was never unconscious at all!
As the soldier's smirk vanished, it returned to Krishna's face.
The dagger, a harbinger of doom, cut through every vein, bone, and muscle in its path towards his heart. The blood, transforming from drops to a stream, now flowed down the dagger onto the floor of the cage.
He wanted to scream, but the terror of death was so overwhelming that no sound came out. Even if he tried, Krishna had already severed the cords of his voice box.
His heart, which had been pounding with fear, was now ripped apart.
Into four pieces!
His face was ashen! paler than moonlight!
There was no option left for him but to gasp for his last breath.
But Shaurya took even that option away from him!
Grabbing the soldier's sword, he swiftly lifted it in one powerful motion and struck so fast that both of the soldier's hands were severed and flung out of the cage.
Just like a lightning storm strikes a tree with all its might, splintering it into many pieces.
That's exactly what was happening!
"I had forgotten, you wretch! But now hear this. That special liquid was your blood!"
Krishna immediately glanced outside. A grin spread from ear to ear as she turned towards Shaurya.
"And here I thought today would be boring!"

As they heard the faint sound coming from behind, everyone realized that something was definitely not right.
The commander gestured subtly to the soldier at the back, who nodded and moved towards the cage.
As soon as he peeked inside, what happened next would forever remain unworthy of another glance!
The last sight his eyes witnessed was Krishna attacking him with a blood-stained dagger. Her dagger, pierced through both of his eyes and passed straight through his skull. His life was instantly snuffed out!
The soldier's lifeless body slumped backward!
This terrifying sight struck fear into the hearts of all the soldiers. If not for Giriraj's order to attack and kill those two confident spies, all the soldiers would have fled by now.
Krishna charged towards the soldier in front of her, but at the last moment, she changed her path and delivered a powerful hook kick to the soldier beside her, causing him to fall face-first to the ground.

Krishna swapped her blood-stained dagger with the fallen soldier's sword and struck the neck of the soldier in front of her with such ferocity that his head was severed from his body in a split second.

Meanwhile, Shaurya swung his sword horizontally. One after another, five soldiers fell in quick succession. It would take years to identify their faces, by which time their bodies would have completely decayed.
Shaurya then picked up a spear lying nearby and threw it with such precision that it pierced through the abdomens of two soldiers standing one behind the other!
Out of the twenty soldiers, ten were eliminated in the blink of an eye.
Krishna delivered a spinning kick to her next opponent, knocking him unconscious. She then grabbed the hand of a soldier attempting to strike her from behind and twisted it painfully.
The soldier's Glenohumeral Joint was no longer a joint.
He screamed in excruciating pain.
Krishna delivered an uppercut punch to him, causing his jaw to dislocate.
Along with flesh and blood.
And with that, he collapsed to the ground and never got up or screamed again.
His agony had ended!
Forever!

Realizing the tide of battle was turning, the commander signaled a change in strategy. The six surviving warriors, undeterred, unleashed a volley of arrows upon their foes.
Before Shaurya's senses could fully register the danger and signal him to turn around, a poison-tipped arrow pierced his back. He had no chance to steady himself.
In the leg!
The chest!
The shoulder!
Krishna picked up a blood-stained shield, unsure whose blood it was, to protect herself.
At that moment, her eyes fell on Shaurya, struggling to rise. Using the shield, she dragged him and herself behind the iron-walled cage for cover.
But some arrows pierced through the cage too.
At this rate, they would be trapped. Krishna had to think fast.
The brain's temporal lobe, a region often associated with memory, proved its worth. Words spoken by the Lord in the past, once perhaps faded, now echoed with renewed clarity.
Her gaze fell upon Shaury, who, though bloodied and battered, was valiantly attempting to dislodge the shafts piercing his flesh, their eyes meeting in a silent acknowledgment.
In the language of glances, in the eloquence of unspoken gestures, a non-verbal dialogue passed between them. Gathering his strength, Shaurya managed to lift himself with the support of his sword.
Both warriors prepared a strike with their swords, creating an intense white light so bright it was blinding.
As the light surged forward, panic spread among the soldiers. Seeing this, their commander turned tail and ran, hiding behind his soldiers.
He knew it would not be satiated without drinking blood.
And it was still hungry!
Hungry for their blood!
The soldiers began to rain arrows on the magical slash.
No use!
The arrows were destroyed. The soldiers abandoned their bows and arrows and started to flee.
Still, no use!
Before they could comprehend anything, their bodies were cut into multiple pieces.
What remained were rivers of blood. The magical slash had now calmed and vanished into the air.

Shaurya carefully observed and noticed,
"The cowardly commander has fled!"
Krishna selected one of the remaining horses and mounted it.
"Should we worry about him? We don't have that much time!"
Shaurya agreed, and he also needed immediate treatment. The southwestern gate was nearby. They sped towards it as fast as they could.
Now the stars were showing them their path.
