Y/n's Pov

I decided to have dinner, mom just made some sushi with rice balls.

Mom went out to the office for the day so she made dinner before hand, thank god they were refrigerated dinners.

I contemplated on the realization I just had minutes ago.

Was I really that oblivious to my feelings?

I'm going to see him in probably less than an hour and I'm probably going to be a blushing mess.

I decided to check the message he sent me earlier to be able to get his contact.

I smiled at the emoticon, it was cute.

Contact changed: Alien Nerd👽🛸

You:Hi :)

Alien Nerd👽🛸:We are probably going to leave in like five minutes, and I know you live a bit farther from the park than me so, if you want you can go to the park right now ٩(ᐛ)و

You:Alright, let me just get the heathen.

And with that you called your brother downstairs.

"What?" He asked as I was starting to get up, "we are going to head out in a minute so get on shoes." I said to him and looked at his outfit.

Adidas shorts and shirt, perfect.

He scurried to put on shoes and went out the door while I was grabbing my own.

I hurried out the door while putting on my shoes and almost tripped.

"Excited to see your boyfriend, eh?" B/n asked me as I just rolled my eyes at him.

"Shut up." I muttered to my brother as he just laughed.

We both started walking, it was only around a 15 minute walk and we got there before Oikawa and his brother, so I shooed my brother away towards the playground so that he could play.

Then you felt your phone vibrate, meaning somebody texted you.

Alien nerd👽🛸:Hey, sorry we're running late, be there in like five minutes | (• ◡•)|

You:Okay, I understand that's fine :)

I put my phone down and just waited for the five minutes.

As I was sitting I felt someone put their hands on my shoulders, startling me a bit.

I put my fist up and quickly turn around to punch whoever was trying to take me.

Once I turn around the person dodges it by an only a little bit.

I look at the person and see it's Oikawa.

"Oh my gosh, I am so sorry!" I said to him as he just laughed at me and shrugged it off.

"It's alright, you've got some killer reflexes." He said to me with a laugh as I blushed a little.

"I'm glad you dodged that, or else we probably would've spent the whole night in the ER." I said to him while rubbing the back of my neck embarrassed.

He laughed.

"Well we should probably get started, eh?" He asked me and I just nodded.

My brother came over and smiled at Oikawa, and then me.

oh no...

"Hello, you must be Y/n's boyfriend, am I right?" He asked him, my cheeks immediately flush.

Oikawa looks at me and then my brother and started laughing.

"Sadly we are not dating." He said, I didn't really process what he said cause I was trying to think of ways to kill my brother without actually killing him.

"Well let's get started, don't want to waste our time." I said trying to get everyone to forget about what just happened.

Oikawa nodded and we found a nice grass land to play on.

My brother was sort of struggling so Oikawa went up to him and taught him a couple things, I smiled at the sight.

He seemed to be good with kids which made the butterflies come back again.

After the 'practice' we all talked for a bit while the kids played.

"So, it seems like your brother is pretty athletic, does he play any sports?" He asked me as I just shrugged.

"He does play soccer so that's probably why he has more running game than he does hand." I said to him as he just nodded.

"Yea, it did seem like he enjoyed volleyball though. My nephew and him also seem like good friends." He said as I smiled and nodded.

"Yea, I'm happy about that, they could probably be the next Oikawa and Iwaizumi." I said to him as he laughed and nodded.

After a while, we decided to go home.

"I'll see you tomorrow Y/n-chan!" I heard Oikawa say and I waved to him while blushing a bit.

"You're blushing!" I heard my brother say and I quickly shushed him.

"Shut up, he's literally right over there." I said to my brother as he just laughed at me.

Once we got home I had my brother take a shower and go to bed.

Once he laid down I did the same, washing my hair and my body.

Once I was done I laid down in bed, getting comfy.

All I could think about was Oikawa.

After figuring out I liked him, I could never stop thinking about him.

It was like a drug, the more I think about him, the more I want to think about him, if that makes any sense.

Before I was able to put my phone down, I got a text.

Speak of the devil.

Alien nerd👽🛸:Hey, I just wanted to say I enjoyed my time with you and your brother. (*^‿^*)

You:I enjoyed our time as well, I'll see you tomorrow. :)

I blushed at the text he sent me, and now I couldn't stop thinking about it for the rest of the night.

The punching scene reminds me of this one time my cousin hit my other cousins butt and then she turned around quickly to slap her shoulder but my cousin dodged it and she hit me in the neck 🥲😔
