Amelia once again found herself standing in the same dark forest. This time it was after a long time. She knew where she had to go.

"Hi Amelia" Came her mother's raspy voice, She forced a smile looking in her direction and went towards her.

"Hi mum" She whispered back. She she still doubted whether this was normal.

"You look beautiful" her mother said. Amelia frowned and looked down to see she was wearing the same attire from last night. Her mother's gown and jewelry.

"T-Thanks" she said looking up at her. And then they both fell into silence.

"You are very young to face such things in your life" Sierra said after a sickening silence. Amelia furrowed her eyebrows knowing now her mother will speak something which will not make sense at all.

"Do you know what i am going to face?" Amelia asked bluntly because she was sick of such meaningless talks of her mother. Sierra nodded.

"But you have to stay strong for yourself and your family" Sierra continued with a weary smile.

"So its about our family?" Amelia asked. Sierra smiled on the word 'our'.

"You will save each one of them, but dont grief if a few stay behind" Sierra said with a gloomy tone.

"Can you please be clear?" Amelia asked irritated.

"You have some hard times coming up for you, but just remember i'll always be there for you" Sierra said.

"But you're dead" Amelia said pointing out.

"Thats the point, even after people die, they dont really leave you, they stay here, always inside us, and i know you will understand it" Sierra said in her dreamy voice.

"So you mean to say you are dead but you live inside me, and will live forever and haunt my mind" Amelia said and instantly regretted when she saw Sierra flinch a bit on her harshness.

"Sorry mum-" Amelia began but Sierra cut her.

"I mean to say even if anyone dear to you leaves you, doesnt mean you will mourn for them your whole life, you should learn to move on, look at Sev, he has no colors left in his life" Sierra said on the verge of crying. Amelia found it insane.

"Just send me back" Amelia snapped standing up briskly.

"But I want you to stay with me" Sierra said with soft pleading eyes.

"No please leave me alone, i want to go back" Amelia said raising her voice. She instantly remembered Sev telling her once, that her mother was insane. She gulped frowning now thinking about it. She stepped away from her mother and a hurt look striked her face.

"You cant go away from me Amelia" Sierra said standing up. Amelia felt scared and she started stepping backwards.

"I just want to go, please"

"But I am your mother"

"Just get out of my head!"

" Please-"

"Shut up, its a dark magic now i get it, just get out of my head, PLEASE" Amelia screamed and fluttered opened her eyes panting to find herself in a room of yellow painted walls. She let out a shuddered breath as she saw Cedric staring at her very worried.

Amelia sat up straight wiping the sweat from her forehead, she saw she was back in the shirt which Cedric gave her last night. He draped an arm around her shoulder rubbing her back.

"Nightmare?" He asked in a quite tone worried. She gulped and nodded not meeting his eyes.

"Water?" He asked she nodded and took a sip.

"Lay down its only 6" he said gently pulling her back on the bed clutched to him.

"Did you get them earlier too?" He asked refering to the nightmares.

"No"

She closed her eyes and placed her head on his bare chest while he rubbed circles on her back. They both stayed for a few minutes like that knowing none of them was asleep. Amelia sighed before saying.

"Stop humming that song" She mumbled.

"I was trying to put you back to sleep" He said offended, but softly.

"Its a nursery rhyme"

"Fine"

Both stayed in silence still not asleep, the sunlight from the curtains started peeking. Amelia hanged her hand in air pointed to the window in front, he followed interwining their hands.

"Sorry because of me you cant sleep too" She mumbled looking up at him finding him already staring at her.

"It would be a shame to sleep while you are in bed with me" He said cheekily lightening the moment making her chuckle.

"Stop its six in the morning" Amelia said groaning playfully. He laughed pulling her more into him fighting her futile attempts to pull away.

"You are no fun" Cedric groaned in her neck making her laugh.

"Shut up it tickles" She said still laughing. Cedric climbed on top of her, now she was so used to of the position and wrapped her arms around his neck smiling up at him.

"How about this then?" He said grinning before dipping his face in her neck while tickling her sides, she laughed trying to push him off but couldnt.

"Stop –Stop please" She said between laughs. He smiled as his attempt of making her laugh worked and rested himself above her on his elbows.

"Merry Christmas" He said kissing her cheek.

"Merry Christmas" She said smiling. It really was a good morning to wake up like this.

"Get off now" She said rolling them over and coming on top of him, resting her chin on his bare chest and looking at him in the eyes.

"You are such a sunshine boy" Amelia said staring at the colors in his eyes, which sparkled differently because of the sunlight.

"As if pretty boy wasnt enough" He said rolling his eyes smiling. Amelia pouted at him.

"So any plans today Ms. Black?" He asked playfully.

"Nope"

"Hmm so how about you spend your whole day in this dorm" He said grinning.

"I am alright with that– you are a few years ahead of me so can you do all of my homeworks while i sleep here?" She asked innocently blinking. Cedric looked at her in disbelief.

"What happened cat caught your tongue Mr. Diggory?" Amelia mocked. He playfully glared at her rolled her over again coming on top of her.

"Being the head boy, i can give you detentions with me Ms. Black" He said in a playful serious tone.

"What if i accept them happily?" She played along. He grinned at her cheekiness and leaned down smashing his lips on her, Amelia kissed back with the same hunger before he suddenly detached and moved down to her neck. She clutched to his hair with her mouth parted and eyes fluttered shut. She gasped loudly as he found her sweet spot and kept sucking at it making sure to leave a mark. Amelia inhaled sharply as he went down more, she remembered she was not wearing anything inside the shirt. Her top two buttons were undone revealing a large part of her chest where he planted deep kisses making her moan.

As he was about to go further down she pulled his face up attaching their lips again. Cedric started grinding their bodies together, Amelia moaned loudly due to the friction while in the kiss. Just in a few moments Cedric was between her legs. All the breath was knocked out of her lungs as she pulled away breathlessly staring in his eyes. She felt sudden urge to roll them over and sit above him, she pushed him beside and stardled him. Cedric gave her a short amused look before she interrupted him by bringing him in a searing kiss and then slowly moving to his sharp jaw while he draped his arms around her waist. She slowly moved down to his neck planting soft smooches, his hands found their way to graze her thighs causing goosebumps to arise on her skin, but still she continued.

Giving him a last long kiss she collapsed above him resting her head in the crook of his neck inhaling the scent and closed her eyes. Both fell into a slumber for a few hours in each others arms.

While in the gryffindor common room three people noticed Amelia's absence. Fred, George and Hermione. Fred and Hermione being the most worried.

"Where could she have gone, its 11 in the morning!" Fred exclaimed. Today was sunday and after the party night not many students were awake.

"I didnt even see her last night" Hermione said worried.

"Sure you both checked the great hall? she might be lying somewhere passed out, i myself passed her atleast a dozens of shots" George said. Hermione and Fred glared at him.

"Whats going on?" They all turned to see Neville Longbottom come out of his dorm sleepily.

"Have you seen Amelia anywhere?" Hermione asked immediately. Neville startled but fell into recalling last night.

"Oh yes, Cedric picked her up and took her to the hufflepuff wing" Neville said remembering. Hermione gawked smiling, George held an impressed expression, while Fred looked mortified.

"You are saying that she could be in–in Diggory's dorm with him?" Fred asked feeling faint.

"Ofcourse, no big deal, they are couple, and both are wise enough to not cross their limits, okay bye guys" Hermione said happily and left. Neville shrugged and fell asleep on the couch letting out light snores.

"I will take a piss" George grumpled and left leaving Fred in a dilema.

Hermione came again with a bag in her hands and just found Fred present.

"If anyone from hufflepuff comes hand this to them, its for Amelia and if no one comes tell Neville to pass this in the hufflepuff common room" Hermione said throwing the bag at Fred and leaving.

The rest whole day went perfectly fine Amelia loved spending the whole day with him. Her clothes were delivered by her fellow gryffindor to the some hufflepuff first year, the person who delivered her clothes didnt reveal their name.

Other than that something else happened too, Cedric and other champions were informed that the first task will take place in early january and they should start preparing for its those who have retrieved the message from the golden egg.

A day later was Amelia's birthday not many people were unknown to the fact. Draco insisted she should celebrate her birthday nicely this time, as they were all together. For the first time in a lifetime, Draco approached Cedric for planning Amelia's birthday. Cedric being a headboy could arrange it better, ofcourse Cedric agreed.

To keep it a surprise to Amelia, Draco assigned Pansy a task to take Amelia out the whole day. Amelia was taken by Pansy to Diagon alley for shopping on 26th along with Daphne and Astoria, they remained there till 8 in the evening. They went to shopping, parlour, dinner, in short it was a girls day out, Amelia didnt mind.

When they returned Pansy and others dragged Amelia to their dorm saying they would watch a muggle movie. Daphne managed to sneak a muggle movie from London without her parents and anyone else knowing. They watched the movie till 11, none of them asleep even after such a busy day. After the movie finished Pansy insisted they should try the clothes they shopped today.

"What I am really tired!" Astoria whined.

"You idiot, are you forgetting it" Daphne hissed in her sister's ear. Astoria still groaned the poor girl was really tired.

"How about we do that tomorrow i am tired too" Amelia said yawning.

"No, not happening, we are doing it tonight, all of us" Pansy said dismissively.

The girls started getting dressed in what they purchased today. Pansy made sure Amelia bought an appropriate and fancy dress, Amelia thought she could wear that on her birthday morning.

The girls got ready doing each other's make up and styling.

"Wow Amelia you look good" Pansy exclaimed, herself ready.

"You too, you all!" Amelia said chuckling.

"Come lets go to the garden and click pictures, dont worry about Filch, i know he is busy with detentions" Daphne said pushing all of them out of the dorm. The Slytherin common room was darkout, the quitely sneaked out of the dungeons.

They all moved quitely in the corridor, the slytherins exchanging glances, they were successfully taking Amelia to the place. Suddenly they heard footsteps which were a part of their plan. All the girls ushered in an empty  darkout classroom, or as Amelia thought it was.

"We can get caught" Amelia hissed.

"Don't worry everything's fine" Daphne said. They footsteps could still be heard so they all decided to stay quite. As the footsteps faded away Amelia huffed in the dark classroom.

"Come lets go" She said but got no response.

"Pansy? Daphne? Where are you?" She called quietly in the room frowning. Gulping she started moving towards the door, she gasped as she heard whispers behind her. She turned not being able to see anything in the dark room.

"Pansy is that you? Who is there?" She called slightly getting scared. She flinched the hogwarts clock made a loud sound on strucking twelve.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMELIA" she jumped when the lights were suddenly on and a huge crowd of people yelled, her heart going to explode.

She gawked on seeing what was in front of her. Her slytherin and hufflepuff and beauxbatons friends standing all in front of her with big smiles on their faces, the whole room decorated in black and golden theme.

She clamped her hands on her mouth not believing seeing it. Pansy and Daphne came squealing and engulfed her in a tight hug.

"Happy birthday Amelia" Both squealed pulling her to the crowd.

"Seriously guys this!?" Amelia exclaimed not knowing whether to laugh or cry.

"Shut up and Happy birthday" Draco said pulling her in a hug and passing her a wrapped box.

"I cant believe this" She said happily, her eyes slightly brimming. All the others started coming forward and wishing her passing their gifts.

The door of the room opened again gaining everyone's attention. Amelia's jaw the floor when she saw who came in, Cedric, but with a huge cake in his hands. She started laughing happily, just wanting to hug towards him and tackle him in a tight hug.

He came forward grinning widely at the happy girl. As he set the cake down it didnt take Amelia more than a heartbeat to launch herself on him.

"Thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou" She said laughing and crying at the same time. Cedric laughed spinning her around.

"Happiest birthday Amy" He said pulling slightly giving her a sweet peck on the lips. The whole crowd gushed over them, while Draco made a disgusted face.

"Come on lets cut the cake" Draco yelled making Amelia pull away from Cedric finally.

"Thats a happy birthday from Trinky as well" Cedric said pointing at the cake. Amelia laughed on the adorable cake Trinky made.

"Blow the candles Amelia but first make a wish" Pansy said handing her the knife.

Amelia smiled widely looking around her very well knowing what she wanted. She wanted this moment to last forever. Her all friends, a brother like cousin Draco, and Cedric all were with her although a few friends were not present. She closed her eyes making a wish and blew the candles. Everyone clapped and hooted.

They all cheered for cutting the cake and as she started cutting it they all started singing the birthday song making her laugh happily. She cut the cake and instantly felt stuck debating who to feed first, both , Cedric and Draco were standing on her either sides.

"Oh dont worry" Draco said rolling his eyes smiling pushing Amelia towards Ced gesturing her to feed him first.

"Oh shut up, family first" Amelia said shushing him and feeding him the cake first. Draco passed her a happy grin feeding her back. Then Amelia turned to her boyfriend feeding him the cake and purposely putting some on his nose.

The crowd roared with foam spray bottles ready to spill them on Amelia. She widened her eyes and hid behind Ced who was really tall and could hide her perfectly.

"NO, please, Ced save me" Amelia yelled from behind him. He laughed and turned to her opening his jacket covering her, the crowd sprayed everything on his back, while Amelia hid herself in him. Everyone laughed as Ced was fully covered in white foams from behind.

"Who told you to be a hero?" Amelia laughed at him.

"Anything for you" He said cheekily putting some foam on her face.

"Cheeky git" Amelia said wiping it chuckling.

The party went on everyone enjoying, dancing. Amelia magically cleaned Cedric. Theodore Nott was the dj of the night, there was nothing to be worried about getting caught because Cedric already put a silencing spell on the room. Suddenly Theo dropped a slow song, everyone cheered for Amelia and Cedric to dance, they all saw how perfect they were in the yule ball.

"May I have this dance?" He asked bowing holding his hand out. Amelia blushed and gave him the hand.

"You may" He pulled her in the center putting his arm on her waist looking in her eyes with an unreadable look on his face, Amelia felt butterflies erupt in her stomach.

He spinned her around picking her up by waist and pulling her into him by setting her on floor. Amelia's eyes bore into his, a big blushing smile on her face same as him.

Amelia pulled her hand out of his hand and wrapped them around his neck, and his arms found their way around her waist holding her firmly.
