It has been 5 days for Amelia to stay in the hospital wing, ron left after two days. Today was the last day, to stay in that desolate place. Today she will be going back to her dorm and back to classes tomorrow. Her shoulder bones have been fully recovered but the scars are still there, Madam pomphrey says they may go completely in a few months. There has been a buzz about the house cup in whole castle, quidditch practises have been going on wonderfully.

Madam pomphrey came in and went towards Amelia for her final check up before she leaves. Unwrapping her bandages madam pomphrey examines her, after having been done she hands her a goblet of some healing and energy potion.

" so now you are almost recovered, you have to be careful with those shoulders, they are still delicate" madam pomphrey instructs.

" Chill out poppy, its not like i am gonna go on skydiving" Amelia said as she snorted. She had been ignoring almost everyone but Madam pomphrey was an exception. Her motherly vibes with something Amelia couldnt resist.

" I just want you to be careful ms. Black, and finish this" madam pomphrey said shoving the awful potion in Amelia's mouth.

There's a knock on the door, madam pomphrey goes to answer it. In came the two third of the golden trio, the chosen one was missing, probably practising.

" We are here to take Amelia to the gryffindor common room" Hermione says to Madam pomphrey glancing at Amelia.

" Yes you can take here, let me fill the formalities." Madam pomphrey says marching towards her desk.

" Why did you come" Amelia said emphasising the 'you' narrowing her eyes.

" Professor snape told us to" Hermione said rolling her eyes.

" Why thankyou, i can go on my own" Amelia said standing up and straightening her clothes.

" See i told you it was a bad idea" ron said to hermione

" You have no choice, neither do we, come along now" Hermione said folding her arms.

" Fine then , Ronald pick up my stuff" Amelia said wearing her shoes. Ron made a scowl and went to pick up her bags. They all remained quite their whole way. Hermione muttered the password on reaching the common room. They turned towards the stairs for girls dormantry.

" So now i think i have done my part" ron said throwing Amelia's stuff on floor. Amelia hummed and began climbing the stairs but was stopped by ron.

"What" asked Amelia.

" Dont you think i deserve a 'thankyou ron, you didnt had to do it'" ron said. Hermione rolled her eyes picking Amelia's stuff, as she very well knew that she wasnt going to pick them up herself.

" No i didnt ask for the help, if you want a thankyou go to snape" Amelia said running upstairs.

"Ughhh" ron made a sound and left.

~TIME SKIPS TO LUNCH TIME~

Amelia was arranging her cloths in her cupboard, when ginny came in.

" How are you" ginny asked settling her stuffs not meeting eyes.

" Fine" Amelia muttered.

" Its lunch time, are you going" ginny asked roaming here and there in the room to arrange her stuffs.

" Yes" amelia said.

" What happened you dont sound the same you used to be" ginny asked stopping her work and looking up at Amelia.

" None of your concern" Amelia said shortly and left, hermione came just after her.

" What happened to her" Ginny asked hermione.

" professor snape happened".

Amelia was sitting at the slytherin table between Draco and Blaise. Pansy and Daphne greengrass sitting across them busy chatting among themselves. Draco was quietely examining why was Amelia so quite. Amelia was looking at the empty chair on the teachers table where her godfather used to sit.

" why are you so quite Am" Draco asked.

" What do you expect me to do stand on the table and do a concert" Amelia said not meeting his eyes munching her toast. Draco shook his head and huffed. Pansy who noticed Draco who was trying lighten up Amelia's mood, spoke up.

" Amelia would you like to come to shopping with us on weekend." Pansy said while glancing at Draco, receiving a nod from him.

" No pansy am not i am the mood" Amelia said with a slight smile.

" Then how about we do a little party for Amelia getting well" Blaise said throwing an arm around Amelia's shoulder and receiving a raised eyebrow from her. Draco from beside her knew what he was trying to do gave him the look.

" No thankyou Blaise" Amelia said removing his arm from around her and standing up.

" Where you going" Draco asked.

" For a walk. Alone" Amelia said the last part as Draco started standing up.

" Okay be careful" draco said, not wanting to argue with her.

Amelia decided to go to the pitch maybe greenery would help lightening her mood. A little far away from the pitch she sat down on the grass closing her eyes, being supported by a tree. She didnt want to think about anything which happened in the past days. She was mad at everyone, she was mad at remus for leaving, mad at severus for what he did, and also mad at her father who didnt even write to her after knowing her condition. She stayed there for about half an hour when she heard a group of people shouting, she couldnt care less. Then she heard someone approaching her but didnt open her eyes.

" A nice place to sleep, i see" she heard the familiar voice. Opening her eyes she saw the charming face.

" hey hufflepuff" Amelia said with a small smile.

" Hey gryffindor" cedric said plopping himself down in front of Amelia. He noticed Amelia didnt speak anything so he decide to put a conversation.

" So when are you starting your classes." Cedric asked.

" Tomorrow" Amelia said playing with the grass.

" Hm must be having a lot of pending work" cedric asked.

" Hmmm" Amelia just Hummed.

" Amelia are you fine" cedric asked with an eyebrow raised.

" Absolutely" amelia said looking up at him for a sec the drawing her attention back to the grass.

" You dont seem to be " cedric said curiously staring at her but Amelia just shrugged.

" Amelia tell me why are you so awfully quite, did something happen" cedric asked again.

" Why on earth is everyone asking me the same bloody question again and again, i said i am fine, what do you'll expect me to do huh, A ball? My godfather left me and my uncle is being a prick, and i am stressed, but i am trying to be calm but you all are not letting me be, you all want to know how i am feeling right? Let me tell i am feeling like either i should jump in the black lake or bang my head against those rocks really hard, or just punch someone in the mouth to break their teeth i have not done that in a while since i am in hogwarts". Amelia said standing up nearing Cedric threateningly cedric backed away with each forwarding step of Amelia and stopped when his back hit a tree.

" Okay okay calm down" cedric said with hiw hands raised in surrender. He held a horrified look because of the sudden outburst of Amelia. Amelia noticed she just bursted out on him for no reason.

" I am sorry cedric, i didnt mean to lose it on you" Amelia said backing away looking down, going back to her position.

" No its alright, atleast you spoke more than just a one word reply" cedric said cheekily getting back to his position. Amelia smiled.

" by the way you really broke someone's teeth before coming in hogwarts" cedric asked laying down on the grass.

" A lot" Amelia said reminiscing the memory.

" Wow" cedric said smiling at her.

" It was my favourite game" Amelia said laughing for the first time in a while.

" Then why dont you do it here, i also wanna have a sight of this shorty gryffindor breaking someones teeth." Cedric said

" Nah sev is here" Amelia said pouting. " Wait did you just call me shorty" Amelia said glaring at the older hufflepuff playfully.

" Did I?" cedric said standing up ready to run playing along .

" You Cedric diggory, now get ready to save your teeth" Amelia said standing up running after him, following cedric to catch him. Suddenly Amelia came up with an idea and tried to put up an act. She halted on her steps and exclaimed loudly.

"Owww" On listening the sound Cedric turned to see Amelia sitting on the grass with her hands on her stomach. He ran back towards her worriedly.

" What happened Amelia are you hurt?" He said regretting making her run after him. As cedric neared more, Amelia quickly jumped on her feet and launched herself on him. She started tickling him making him laugh very hard. Amelia noted how angelic his laugh was.

" Stop- it- ok-ok you -won-- stop!" Cedric exclaimed between laughs. Amelia still on top of him not letting him go.

" No firstly say i am not a shorty" Amelia said tickling him, noting all his tickling spots.

" No" cedric said still laughing, amelia continued her work when suddenly cedric flipped them around and now came on top of her. Which caused Amelia to gasp loudly, she felt his chest on hers breathing really heavily, she felt her stomach churned feeling his weight on herself. She felt pleasant warmth rise in her body, because of the heat coming from his body. They stared at each other for god knows how long. Both of them looking deep into each others eyes, slowly cedric started leaning in, his gaze flickering from her eyes to her lips, back and forth. Cedric leaned in more as if hypnotized by her eyes, everything seemed so slow. Their noses brushing against each other. Just when their lips were about to brush against each other, Amelia realised what she was doing, she turned her head sharply to the other side. By the sudden movement cedric too came to realisation. He abruptly lifted hi body up from hers, rolling to the other side and sitting up awkwardly. Much too her disappointment Amelia felt the warmth fade away instantly, she was liking it maybe. Amelia too sat up quickly, awkward silence filled the air as both of them didnt knew what to say, they moved their eyes everywhere but each others. Amelia was astonished thinking what just happened, they were about to kiss each other. To speak something she opened her mouth but no voice came outside, because of the sudden incident. After sharing a few moments in silence cedric cleared his throat standing up, Amelia turned to look at him to see his cheeks totally went crimson. And from the other side cedric too could see she was blushing from ear to ear.

Cedric stood up running a hand throw his hair, offering a hand to Amelia to stand up, Amelia hesitantly took it feeling the warmth in his hand and stood up. They bothe dusted their clothes trying act casual.

" I guess its my time for practise" Cedric said meeting her eyes and quickly looking away.

" Ya i hope you do well" Amelia said giving a little smile nervously and mentally face palmed at herself. Cedric nodded in response.

" See you okay goodbye" Amelia said quickly and turned on her heels to head back to the castle not wanting to embarrass herself any further.

The rest of the day passed in her dormantry, she layed on her bed and thought about everything that happened in her life in the past few days. But the thing which held the most concern was her godfather, he left and didnt even try to write to her. She debated in her mind whether she should write to him or not, but decided on the later, afterall he was the one who left even after she begged so much. She cleared her min of all the thoughts and fell asleep, not wanting to care for the destructive world.
