"i'm really sorry haewon...", mrs lee apologized haewon on the call after discussing about the marriage to her, the woman had a miserable smile as her head was full of questions about her son's marriage. mrs lee was very basic. she was generous, warm and kind to almost everyone. the woman always took care of jeno more than herself and now she just wants her son to get married happily.

"it's alright mrs lee... you don't need to be sorry", the girl on the call sounded okay which made her feel better. she was afraid that haewon might end up crying because they often talk about marrying her to jeno.

"mrs lee... i think you might like my friend for jeno... he's na jaemin.. he too likes boys-", OMG I'M SORRY NANA- the brunette expressed her thoughts. she knew this is the best opportunity for jaemin after all he's in need of money. more than herself haewon was distressed about him.

the woman went silent after hearing the boy's name. Her lips trembled, jaemin?... her gloomy face brightened up all of a sudden after listening about jaemin. she thought to herself if he's that jaemin with whom her son played alot when they were young. if he is the one then jeno might like him still. she smiled brightly, "please send his pictures to me if that's okay!"

"thank you so much sweetie please tell your friend about us."
 
mrs lee hung up the call and waited for haewon's message.
 
haewon was like a friend to jeno's mom, even her mom was familiar with mrs lee. they became friends since haewon was jeno's classmate, she always helped him with notes. she was intelligent and very kind, friendly and respectful which made her precious to mrs lee.

suddenly a message popped up on her screen, her eyes widened up as soon as she saw the boy's picture, "he's so pretty... jeno should see this!" she ran to her son in happiness. jaemin was perfect for her son, she thought.

the woman went to his son merrily, with a bright smile. she handed the picture to her son, the phone screen flashed an image of a pink haired boy, "you remember him? he's jaemin! you two always played in our old house!"
 
the ravenette glared at the screen with disgust, he was fuming inside, how did he even end up in such situation? jeno regretted everything, he was losing his temper but stayed silent. fuck! isn't he that boy who came to the company? he despises jaemin already. jeno's face stayed neutral as he complimented the boy, "he looks good."

"you like him right?" she beamed at her son while zooming into the photo. jaemin wore a pastel blue hoodie which complimented his baby pink hair. his pearly smile was heavenly, almost like an angel. jeno's mom already loved how adorable jaemin looked in the picture, imagine meeting him in reality, he must be ethereal.
 
"mom i'll sleep now", jeno got up from the chair after wishing his mother goodnight. he was frustrated, everything was absurd about today. his blood was already boiling while thinking about jaemin. what a coincident that he already saw jaemin in reality and was also thinking to make him the brand ambassador of adorn. maybe fate wants them together? but these thought just made jeno more annoyed.

"LOOK NANA THIS IS THE BEST OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO PAY FOR IVDD SURGERY!! MRS LEE SAID SHE LIKES YOU FOR HER SON!!" haewon was literally jumping in front of jaemin, she was yelling loudly in excitement.
 
"weren't you gonna marry him?..." jaemin gave her stank eyes in disgust.
 
"i know i know but he likes men!! it's a golden chance for you nana!! just meet his mom", the brunette was clinging on her friend's arm. she forced jaemin to meet jeno's mom and the pinkette agreed.

"i'll just go to the interview tomorrow..." jaemin sighed looking at the clock which stated 12:00, his sleeping time as he has to wake up early in the morning.
 

"AHH ONCE YOU MARRY JENO YOU CAN BE THE FACE OF ADORN EASILY!!" haewon shrieked with laughter, to which jaemin's response was just a straight face as if he isn't interested in her fantasies at all.
 
haewon was a good friend of jaemin, he always went to her for advices for his dog and since then they became good friends. she often comes for minmin's check up at jaemin's home and today the girl was just so joyful.

the boy got up and looked at his pomeranian. the dog was sleeping on jaemin's bed, they always slept together. he loved and cared for minmin alot, jaemin caressed his white fur while looking at him with an empty expression. the dog made a low voice, he looked at his owner and tried to move but jaemin held him gently and patted on his back, "it's okay min, go to sleep"

lee jeno... are you even gonna except me?.. jaemin rolled his eyes, "ugh looks like he'll even come to my dream now." the pinkette layed down next to his dog while wandering about the absurd things happening in his life at the moment.

jisung and jeno are currently engaged in the most important work in the office, "choosing an ambassador for their company."
 
"i don't understand where the f– ugh i mean where is that pinkie pie", the boy frowned while calling the candidate.
 
the ravenette was already irritated, first of all he didn't want to meet jaemin at all. but he can't share that to jisung either even though they're working together since a year.
 
"JENO!!"
 
as soon as jisung heard the girl's voice he bowed to her while greeting her, "morning miss karina."

"morning jisung!" she chirped and flashed her pearly smile.

jeno stood up from his chair and smirked, "jisung you can leave now." the younger one nodded and dashed out.

"hun i told i'm busy with the interviews ... this is the first time we are picking someone ordinary for the company... annoying", he leaned closer to karina, he took deep breath near the girl's neck. fragrance of her perfume surrounded jeno as he breathe near her neck.
 
"hm.. you often you use cherie..." the ravenette whispered into her ears. karina closed her eyes while smiling, "your brand has some of the best perfumes ... so yeah.." the violet haired girl wrapped her hands around jeno, "missed you... "
 

"me too baby... "

"jeno...", karina mouthed.
 
the ravenette pulled away from her and sat on the chair while looking deeply in her dark eyes, "behave." he commanded. his words made the girl shiver but karina loved acting this way with her boyfriend she moved closer to jeno. the ravenette grinned and pulled her on this lap.
 
his grip of her waist tightened, holding her in place.
 
"don't test me baby", he muttered deeply in his husky voice.
 
"i just wanna be with you daddy", she winked at the ravenette in a mischievous way. "daddy~"
 
"Ahem–", the door was opened by someone suddenly.

the two quickly stood up after seeing a boy in front of them. it was jaemin. all he did was stare at the two, the pinkette had straight face. he was disgusted after what he saw but didn't complain about it.
 
"COULD'VE KNOCKED!!", karina frowned.
 
"well, mr park told me go in and... doing these things aren't very appropriate in a cabin where you already know the candidates are going to come", the pink haired one smiled.

"ugh... karina please leave-"
the ravenette took the seat again. he was truly embarrassed.

"your full name?" he questioned clearing his throat.

 
"na jaemin"
 
"alright take a seat", first jeno just treated him like an ordinary person but he was fuming inside after all the person sitting in front of him is jaemin.
 
he looked through the documents, jeno didn't seem satisfied at all. he grinned at the boy, "why do you think are appropriate for the face of the company? you aren't popular, nor you're too pretty, what's so good in you huh?"
 
jaemin smirked, "mr lee, you don't have to worry about popularity at all, i'm adorn's owner's fiance i will be famous just like the owner of this brand. and about looks... i think this company's owner's mom literally chose me for her son so i suppose i must be a gem." jaemin was proud of himself at this moment, he knew there's no flaw about him. he was aware that jeno will definitely play some tricks, now he has no reason to rejected him.
 
"fuck– just get lost! you're getting on my nerves!" the ravenette glared at the boy in front of him.
 
"cursing like this isn't very professional mr lee", jaemin pursed his lips and tilted his head.

"okay mr na jaemin, you're rejected, now kindly leave"

"sir this isn't an appropriate way to reject someone, you do this with everyone?" jaemin laughed at the man who was glaring at him.
 
"no baby you're a special one, i should treat you different right? after all you're my fiance"
 
the sarcastic tone made the pinkette grit his teeth. he left jeno's cabin without saying anything but in his mind all he could see was karina with jeno. why the fuck is marrying when he has that bitch wandering around him like that?!? fuck it he rejected me just because i'm his fiance?!?

jaemin was displeased by jeno's arrogance, but it was just like he expected, he knew getting along with lee jeno is difficult but he made his mindset, marry lee jeno no matter what.
