Summary—

The Ice Court heist was a success. Until Brynn and her friends were double-crossed by Jan Van Eck and she was taken captive by the mercher. 

Sasha had finally found her sister again after losing hope for so long, Kaz had found his future, Inej a friend she could count on, Nina had saved her friends, Matthias had the love of his life, Wylan wasn't just the merchling anymore, Jesper might've finally found himself, and Kuwei didn't die. But something had to go wrong. It always does. 

The only thing they had to figure out was how not to die.

If you haven't read the previous book, "No Rest For The Wicked," I would highly suggest that you do so or this book will not make any sense whatsoever. Again, I have no faceclaim for Brynn, Sasha, or any of the other characters I've created. It just seems right. So, you can let your imagination wander with what she looks like with the brief descriptions I use to describe her and Sasha. If you're a S&B show fan, you should definitely read the books before reading the Wicked series.
