Author's Note (A/N):
After a night neither Yeonjun nor Beomgyu would ever forget, they'd eventually showered and changed the bedsheets, ones they'd thoroughly "ruined" with their love. Wrapped in each other's arms, they drifted into a deep, blissful slumber. Or rather, they barely slept, unable to let go of one another until the first light of morning.
Yeonjun's POV:
The night felt surreal, almost like a dream, one I never wanted to wake up from.
When the morning sunlight spilled through the window, the warmth of it pressing against my side, I stirred. Slowly I opened my eyes, only to be greeted by a sight that made my chest tighten in the best way.
Beomgyu was curled against me, his face resting on my chest, his breathing soft and even. The faintest smile graced his lips, and his peaceful expression tugged at something deep inside me.
I couldn't help but let my mind wander back to the events of last night. The memories hit me in flashes, the sound of his voice calling my name, the soft moans that filled the room, the way his body responded to every touch, every kiss. It was intoxicating, and just the thought of it send a shiver down my spine.
I closed my eyes tightly, trying to clam the storm of emotions swirling insxid me. He looked so innocent, so delicate as he slept, and yet,I knew the passion he held beneath that quiet exterior.
"Adorable", I whispered to myself, my lips curving into a soft smile.
Running my fingers gently through his hairs, I bowed to hold onto this moment for as long as I could. There was something so perfect about waking up with him like this, something I didn't want to let go of.
I had barely slept, just an hour or two at most, but for the first time in countless nights, I felt... good. Truly good.
The soft chime of my phone broke the quiet, and I carefully reached over, making sure not to wake Beomgyu as I grabbed it. A message from Soobin lit up the screen.
"Hyung, if you're awake, come eat breakfast with Beomgyu. You both must've had fun. π"
I couldn't help but chuckle softly to myself, shaking my head at the not-so-subtle implication. Typing a quick reply, I sent, "Coming," and set my phone aside.
My eyes drifted back to Beomgyu. His head rested against my chest, his face peaceful, his features softened by sleep. He looked so innocent, so unbelievably adorable, and for a moment, I debated letting him rest just a little longer.
But knowing Soobin would tease us more if we didn't show up soon, I reached out, gently brushing my fingers through his soft hair.
"Wake up, Beomgyu," I whispered, my voice low and soothing as I stroked his hair.
He stirred slightly, his nose scrunching up in a way that made my heart melt. I smiled to myself, leaning down just enough to plant a soft kiss on his forehead. "C'mon, love... it's morning," I murmured, hoping the gentle wake-up call would pull him from his dreams without startling him.
"Huh... o-oh, hyung..." I heard Beomgyu mumble groggily, his voice thick with sleep as he slowly sat up, blinking the sleep away.
I couldn't help but watch him, a small smirk tugging at my lips. "You must've slept peacefully, huh?"
He rubbed his eyes, still looking a bit flushed from last night, and nodded. "Yeah... my back hurts," he muttered, his voice soft and almost sheepish.
My brows furrowed in concern. "Is it really hurting?" I asked, my tone more serious now.
Beomgyu shook his head lightly, his eyes softening. "Not too bad. It's nothing serious," he reassured me, swinging his legs off the bed as he stood up.
I couldn't help but watch him, a warm feeling spreading through my chest as I admired the sight of him.
"Thank God we didn't have dance practice today," he added, his voice barely above a whisper. "Or else my muscles would've totally given up."
I chuckled, leaning back against the bed. "But you liked it, didn't you?" I teased, a mischievous glint in my eyes as I tossed him a playful look.
He flushed even deeper, his face turning almost as red as the blanket I had kicked off. "Shut up, hyung!" he exclaimed, clearly embarrassed. He quickly turned away and headed toward the bathroom, his legs unsteady as he walked, a subtle reminder of the intensity of last night.
I smirked, watching him disappear into the bathroom. That sight, his embarrassed face and shaky legs was more than enough to keep me smiling for the rest of the morning.
Beomgyu's POV:
Yes, I had enjoyed every moment of last night. But as I splashed water on my face this morning, the memories came rushing back, how vulnerable and desperate I had been. The embarrassment hit me like a wave. I quickly splashed more water on my face, hoping to shake off the thoughts.
Time Skip
We left my room together and headed for the dining area. The moment we stepped out, I could feel everyone's eyes on us. My face heated up immediately, though Yeonjun seemed as confident as ever.
Soobin was smirking, and I could practically hear his teasing thoughts. Chaeyon had her usual calm smile, but I had a feeling she knew exactly what had happened between us. Kai and Taehyun wore teasing grins, their expressions practically shouting that they knew everything. It made my face burn even more.
"Guys, stop staring!" I blurted out, sitting down quickly. Yeonjun followed, taking a seat beside me.
Chaeyon just smiled, her eyes twinkling as she placed the breakfast down in front of us, clearly holding back a smirk of her own.
Taehyun cleared his throat dramatically. "A very good morning to you both, Yeonjun and Beomgyu," he said, his grin impossible to miss.
Yeonjun smiled back, his voice smooth. "Thank you."
Then Kai, always the instigator, spoke up teasingly, "I bet Beomgyu's legs have divorced his body."
Laughter bubbled up around the table. My face turned beet red. "H-hey, I don't want to talk about it! I won't be able to eat if we keep going!" I quickly protested, glancing at Yeonjun, who winked at me, his smirk never leaving his face.
Kai held his hands up in mock surrender, still grinning. "Yeah, yeah, sorry hyung for spilling the truth."
Soobin snickered, clearly enjoying my discomfort.
"Guys, stop teasing them, come on," Soobin finally said, though his voice was tinged with amusement.
I shoved a large bite of omelette into my mouth, determined to focus on my plate. My face was still burning from the teasing, but I kept my eyes firmly on the food.
"I've never seen Beomgyu like this," I heard Taehyun whisper to Kai, but his words reached my ears clearly. My cheeks flamed even hotter.
