It was finally time to meet with Scaramouche's old friends. As excited as you were, you were equally as nervous. The way Scaramouche described them to you did intimidate you quite a bit.

After all, he described them as "extroverted loud motherfuckers," which is exactly what you feared. But you decided to swallow that nervousness and replace it with excitement instead.

"Hurry up slow ass," Scaramouche rolled his eyes as he waited for you to leave through the door. "I'm mentally preparing myself, be patient geez," you mumbled.

"Well mentally prepare yourself faster, we're gonna be late. Not that I care obviously."

"Yeah yeah ok I'm ready," you walked out the door and Scaramouche locked it from behind.

Baal left for work early so she wasn't able to drive you two. Although, Scaramouche preferred walking there regardless since the ice cream parlor wasn't so far.

You walked fast but you were slightly shaky from the anxiety of meeting new people. You had no clue how Scaramouche's friends even looked like.

Besides Kazuha and Tomo since you saw them at school sometimes. But you've never really met either of them.

Scaramouche noticed your anxious state and grew a bit worried. "Hey calm down. They're not going to eat you or something."

"I know, but still. I hope I make a good first impression," you brought your hands together and tightened them.

Scaramouche let out an exhausted sigh. "Don't worry about making a good first impression. I doubt they'll make a good first impression on you anyways."

Seeing his words had no effect, Scaramouche let out another sigh. He then moved his hand to hold onto one of yours. "Trust me, it'll be fine," he assured. You simply smiled as a response.

It didn't take long for you to arrive at the agreed destination. And when you did, you noticed some of them had already gotten there.

The first person you saw was a female. She had golden colored eyes and blonde hair tied up into a high ponytail with a lock of hair loose on the left side of her face. She had many unique accessories on and a rather cheerful appearance. She was wearing an orange crop top, dark blue shorts, and long brown boots. And you could tell right away that she was friendly.

The second person you could recognize right away. It was Tomo. He was wearing a brown sweater and blue jeans, with black sneakers.

You also recognized the third person right away as well since you saw her at Baal's house often. It was indeed Yae Miko. She was wearing a pastel pink oversized blouse with her left shoulder being revealed and a white skirt, along with light red heels.

You saw Kazuha as well. He was wearing his usual formal attire which was a white dress shirt with black pants, and red sneakers.

They were all dressed up casually, which was a relief, since you were currently just wearing your purple hoodie and blue jeans, with gray shoes.

Scaramouche put even less effort than you in dressing up. He wore literally what he always wears, which was his black hoodie, black shorts, and black sneakers. You wondered how many pairs of the same clothes he had. Seemed like something that often happened in anime.

As you approached the four, you felt more and more anxious. The blonde haired female noticed you first.

"Guys. Oh. Em. Gee. They're here!!" She shouted while running to you. Before you could even realize what was happening, the female pulled you into a hug. "Hii!!!! I'm Yoimiya! You must be y/n!!" She squealed in excitement while tightening the hug.

"Oh uh— hello." You hugged her back but felt severely awkward by the sudden embrace.

"Ah, Yoimiya dear, you'll frighten the poor girl," Yae Miko smiled while approaching you as well.

"Hello Yae," you greeted. "Hello sweetie, it's a shame Ei couldn't make it."

"Yeahh," you nodded with a smile.

"Yoimiya stop hogging y/n. I wanna hug y/n too!!" Tomo complained, walking to you guys.

"No I saw her first. Back off."

"No freaking fair.
Ok fine. I'll hug you both then." The tall brown haired male ran to the two of you, embracing you both tightly. "Ack, Tomo, not so tight. You'll hurt her."

"Then let me hug her in peace," Tomo retaliated.

While the two continued fighting over you, Scaramouche pulled you away from them both. "Neither of you can hug her if you can't do it properly," he scoffed, already irritated by the two.

"Geez. Look what you did Yoi, shaking my head," Tomo frowned.

Kazuha was just standing in the back, smiling at everyone. And when the atmosphere got less chaotic, he walked to you. "Greetings Y/n. It's nice to finally meet you properly."

"Hello Kazuha, and yes, I agree."

Growing impatient, Scaramouche crossed his arms. "Where's the gorilla, the ginger, the giraffe, and the tall blonde idiot," he muttered. He didn't want to wait for anyone.

"Be patient, shorty. I'm certain they'll be here soon," Yae rolled her eyes.

And she was correct. Soon, they did arrive. Though, Childe was the first one to.

"Hello comrades. Best boy is finally here!!" He exclaimed while approaching the group.

Scaramouche grew more irritated just by Childe's presence alone. "Oh my archons, shut up," Yae crossed her arms, equally as irritated.

"No can do Yaeyae." The ginger then turned and saw you. "Y/n!! Oh em gee hello!!" As he was about to embrace you, Scaramouche came in between you two. "Fuck off, you're not hugging y/n."

"Whyyyyyyyy," he pouted.

"Haha Childe, it's fine. And where's sigi?" You asked.

"She's coming. Coming HAHAHA," Childe started laughing, being amused at his own joke.

You were still concerned as ever for Childe's sanity. And so was Scaramouche based on his current disgusted facial expression.

La Signora arrived shortly. Though, she only greeted you, not bothering to greet the others.

"Hello y/n. Hope you're doing well," she smiled, while giving you a gentle pat on the head. "Hey sigi, hope the same for you."

Soon two others arrived as well. And because they were holding hands, you assumed it was the newly united couple. Thoma and Ayaka.

Thoma had messy blonde hair tied into a low ponytail. He was wearing a red and black cropped jacket over a black shirt, a silver chain around his neck, and small red stud earrings. You saw he was also wearing brown boots and a black headband with golden horns.

Ayaka on the other hand, had a much more formal attire that ironically contrasted with Thoma's. She had long white-blue hair kept in a high ponytail, with blue-gray eyes and a small mole underneath her left eye. And she was wearing an elegant blue kimono, with black geta sandals that had ankle-length white socks decorated by pink bows at the back.

"Hello homies. We made it!!" Thoma exclaimed. Then he turned to you. "Oh my goodness. HELLO Y/N! HAHA WE MEET AT LAST!" He shouted with a smile so bright it hurt your eyes. Despite being dressed up as a gang member, the man seemed extremely friendly.

"Nice to meet you too haha."

"It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, y/n. I am Ayaka and this here is Thoma," the white haired female spoke gently with a soft smile. Her presence was truly comforting for you.

"A pleasure to make your acquaintance as well. Hello Ayaka and Thoma."

Lastly, as Scaramouche called him, the "gorilla" arrived. Indeed Itto purposely arrived late so he could say he was "fashionably late."

"AYOOOOO THE LEGEND, THE MYTH, THE BEAST, THE ALPHA ooo HAS FINALLY ARRIVED. ITTO IS HERE BROSKIS," the giant man shouted at the top of his lungs. "And fashionably late too HAHA," he laughed to himself and continued laughing until he saw you.

Itto had long spiked white hair that went down to his back, along with amber colored eyes. He was much taller than the rest and had a large build. You finally understood why Scaramouche referred to him as "gorilla." Currently, he was wearing a blue jean jacket with a black t-shirt underneath, black pants, and dark gray sneakers.

"Oh my archons. Y/n is here already. HELLO Y/N, I'M ITTOOO!!" He shouted again, running to you.

And just as he was about to hug you, Scaramouche interfered again, claiming he didn't want you to be "suffocated" by his embrace.

"Cmon shorty. I won't suffocate y/n. I'll be gentle I promise," he pouted.

"I don't care."

"Gaslight gatekeep girlboss, I guess." Tomo shook his head dramatically.

"For real.
Anyways, that seems like everybody. Let's get some ice cream now and then have some fun!" Yoimiya smiled.

The others cheered and shouted "YES" simultaneously, while Kazuha and Scaramouche remained silent.

"Wait no. There's one more that needs to come. They'll be here soon I'm sure," you said, a bit worried whether they'd make it or not.

"Oh alright. We can wait then," Tomo offered.

"Thank you," you mumbled. "They should be here soon haha."
