kayla's pov:
kayla:your parents are so nice
I said smiling and mattia smiled.
mattia:yeah, I was wondering if you would have dinner with us tonight?
kayla:sure I would love too
mattia:alright
I pulled out of the driveway and drove to the ultrasound place. once we got there I parked the car and we got out. I checked in and sat in the waiting room.
mattia:I'm so excited
mattia said.
kayla:me too
I said smiling.
mattia:what do you think it's going to be?
kayla:a boy what about you?
mattia:I think it's going to be a boy too
kayla:watch us both be wrong
I said and we laughed a little. we waited a bit longer before dr.collins called on me. A
dr.collins:hi kayla follow me

we walked into a room and I sat on the bed.
kayla:this is mattia
I said and dr.collins turned around to shake his hand.
mattia:nice to meet you
dr.Collins:you too, now are you guys together or?
kayla+mattia:oh no
we said chuckling a little.
dr.collins:okay that's fine, mattia if you could leave for a minute or two I just need to ask kayla some personal info
she said and mattia got up and left.
dr.collins:okay I didn't want to make anything awkward between you too but is he the father, again you don't need to answer if you don't want too
kayla:oh it's okay, he is the father
I said and she nodded understanding.
dr.collins:okay perfect, I'll let him in
she said and I nodded. mattia came back in and sat down next to me.
dr.Collins:okay let's start on this ultrasound
I lifted my shirt a bit and she put gel onto my stomach. a few seconds later we say a little baby apper on the screen and it looked just like mattia with my lips and eye shape. I looked over at mattia and he had tears in his eyes. I grabbed his hand and we smiled.
dr.collins:okay so I could tell you the gender or I could write it down and you can give it to whoever you want
kayla:can you write it down please?
dr.collins:yes of course!
she turned the screen so we couldn't see and she wrote it down. once she was down we continued the ultrasound.
dr.collins:okay everything is looking perfect, since your now 5 months pregnant I need you to continue to come in once a month
kayla:okay that's fine
dr.collins:alright perfect, we're down for the day your free to go
kayla:thank you
she nodded and wiped off the gel and handed me the envelope.
dr.collins:I will see you next month
she said before leaving. I put my shirt back down and mattia helped me off the bed. we walked out and went into the car.
kayla:so what did you think?
mattia:that was the cutest shit I've ever seen
kayla:yeah I saw you tearing up
I said giggling.
mattia:shut uppp
he said and we started laughing.
kayla:okay okay do you want me to drop you off home or do you want to come grocery shopping with me?
mattia:I'm not doing anything today so I can come with you
he said and I nodded. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove to the grocery store. we got there 15 minutes later. once we got there we walked into the store and I grabbed a cart. we started walking around and I picked up the things me and my mom needed while me and mattia were talking.
mattia:I can't wait to find out the gender
kayla:me too but I'm 100% sure it's a boy 
I said and mattia nodded agreeing. once I was done shopping we went to go checkout. I was done scanning everything and was about to pay but before I could mattia put his credit card into the machine.
kayla:mattiaaaa wtf-
mattia:don't worry about it
kayla:mattia stop doing that for meeee
mattia:it's fine I got youuu
kayla:oh my godddd
I said and he laughed a bit. he helped me out the bags into the cart and we went back to the car....
