kayla's pov:
I took a quick shower and then got changed into my dress:

I put a gold belt around my waist. I think curled my hair and did my makeup. by the time I was ready it was almost 7. I was putting my shoes on when mattia called me.
kayla:hey
I said answering the phone.
mattia:hey kayla, I'm outside come out when your ready
kayla:okay I'll be out in 5
I said.
mattia:alright bye
kayla:bye
I said ending the call. I quickly sprayed some perfume on me and grabbed my purse and keys. I walked out of the house and saw mattia standing there with flowers in his hand.
mattia:hi beautiful
kayla:hii
I said trying to hide my blushing.
mattia:these are for you
he said smiling and handing me the flowers
kayla:thank youuu
mattia:you look really pretty
kayla:thank you handsome
I said looking up at his eyes and I saw him blush a little. he lead me his car and opened the door. I thanked him and got in. he closed the door and walked over to the drivers side. he got into the car and turned his music on.
kayla:so where are we going?
mattia:it's a surprise
he said pulling out of the driveway.
kayla:okayyy
while he drove to this surprise destination we weee just singing along with the music. after about 20 minutes we got to this beautiful sea side restaurant.
kayla:this is beautiful
I said looking around as mattia helped me out of the car.
mattia:not as pretty as you
he said and we bursted out laughing.
mattia:I'm sorry that was so corny
he said as we were laughing.
kayla:it was
I said still laughing. we calmed down a bit and then walked into the restaurant. mattia talked to the front desk person and they lead us to our table. mattia pulled the chair out for me and I sat down. mattia sat across from me.
mattia:so have you seen the baby yet?
kayla:yeah I had my first ultrasound two days ago
I said and he nodded.
kayla:and then my next one is in 4 weeks
mattia:oh, when will we find out the gender?
he asked me
kayla:in 4 weeks, but I was planning to have a gender reveal, would you be down for that
mattia:yeah I'd be down for that
kayla: good, I was going to ask Natalie to throw it
mattia:that's fine
kayla:kk
we continued talking before a waiter came up and took our order. we both ordered be same thing and some water to go with it. as we were waiting for our food we were just making small talk. our food came and we ate while talking. the night was going really well and I was happy. we finished our dinner and I pulled out my wallet to pay.
mattia:no no no im going to pay
kayla:nooo let me pay my part
mattia:kayllaaaa no
kayla:mattiaaaa yes
he quickly put the money in the envelope and handed it to the waiter and got up. I put my wallet away and we walked out of the restaurant.
mattia:okay next place
kayla:ouuu what's next?
mattia:it's another surprise
he said giggling. after about 10 minutes we made it to the top of parking garage.
kayla:omg the view!
the view was of the whole city and it was dark so it was all lit up.
mattia:come on let's get out of the car
he said and we got out of the car. we walked over to the edge of the the parking lot and admired the view.
mattia:here let me take some photos of you
he said and I nodded and handed him my phone. we took a couple photos and then I took some of him.
kayla:thank you tia these look great
I said looking through all the photos he took.
mattia:your welcome, thank you for mine too there literally so good
kayla:your welcome, let's take some photos together
I said and we scooted closer together. we took a couple photos and I was going to take another when mattia grabbed my face and kissed me....
