2 and a half months later
"Yeah exactly! I told him that but he doesn't understand. I'm glad you do. He's such a sweet heart! I'm so thankful that I have him. Tonight will be amazing, hopefully. I just hope- mum, I'm getting another call. I'll call you back in a bit," I said and switched the line on the phone.
"Hello?" I said. "Hey El! What's up?" Thomas said with a cheerful voice. I was sitting on my sofa sipping on my steaming-hot cup of coffee.
"Nothing much. I'm just snuggled into a thick blanket, drinking some coffee and browsing through Twitter. What about you?" I said, a little dull. "Oh mind if I join the snuggling?" Thomas said. I could hear the mischief in his voice. "Oh stop it Tom!" I laughed.
"Anyways... I'm just sitting here looking through my wardrobe for something suitable to wear tonight. What about you? Are you excited? Do you have something to wear?" Thomas asked.
Tonight.
Oh my God. I've been waiting for this day since... a really long time and, it's finally here! I don't know if I'm supposed to be ecstatic or nervous to death.
Tonight's the premier for 'Pursuit Of Happiness', the movie that Thomas and I acted in. It's also the time when the world will know that we both are in a relationship. It's cute that we're together but it's just scary, thinking of the reactions that fans would have.
I mean, Thomas is an amazing and handsome and he has quite a few fans. Some fans are just... I don't know how to put it... just 'extreme'. They're are the kind that have this motto: 'If I can't have him, no one can'. I don't want to sound rude or possessive but, yeah.
Anyways, I got the dress for the premier a few days ago. Ava helped me pick it out. It's gorgeous, to be honest. It's a pinkish-peach colour, and has this net with flowers and designs covering the whole thing. I bought the same colour heels and a matching purse to keep the 'essential' stuff.
"Umm El, everything okay? Hello?" I heard Thomas say. I was snapped out of my thoughts, remembering that I was still on the phone talking to him.
"Sorry, yeah everything's okay. I was kind of... lost in my thoughts. And yes, I am super excited and I have something awesome to wear," I said happily.
"Oh really, what is it? Can I see it?" Thomas said eagerly. I shook my head, of course he couldn't see me but... yeah. "Sorry, it's a surprise love! Just wait a few hours," I told him.
We talked for about an hour and by the time we ended it was 4 PM. Two more hours remaining. I got up and went to take a hot and relaxing shower.
I exited the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my head. I wore my my bathrobe and walked towards my wardrobe. I took out the dress and set it aside. I placed my shoes next to it and walked over to my jewelery cupboard.
I eyes stopped on the one piece of jewellery I held dear to my heart: the earrings Thomas gave me on my birthday. With out questioning, I took them out front their box and put them on.
I stood there blankly. What am I supposed to do now? I have two hours more and I don't plan to spend it standing here jobless.
I sat down on the sofa and switched in the TV. I flipped through the channels till one caught my attention. I stopped on MTV and they were showing an old episode of Teen Wolf.
I absolutely LOVE that TV show! Who wouldn't? At first, before watching it, I thought it was pointless and a waste of time. I mean, werewolves?! Seriously?! But once you start watching it, it's like you're sucked into a black hole. There's no way you can't like it! I only started watching it because of Stiles Stilinski, who's played by Dylan O'Brien.
Stiles and Scott, two of the main characters, we're on the screen. Stiles had a buzzed haircut, so it's either season 1 or 2. I laughed at the sight of his adorable expressions and sarcastic remarks. He can really cheer up anyone's mood!
An hour zoomed by so fast! I didn't even realise that it was time that I should get ready. I started to walk to my bedroom, but there was a knock on the main door. I opened it and found, Sasha, my personal stylist. She does my hair for premiers and dinners and formal events like that. She was holding a box and a big bag.
"Hey Ellie! Ready to be ready? Wait, that sounded funny and weird. ANYWAYS! I'm super super super excited! You're going to look so pretty!" She said in a rush. She was always in such an energetic mood that you couldn't help but smile.
Sasha told me about what she's going to do to me as I walked her to my room. She set her things on my bed and opened up the box. There were all sorts of hair ties and clips and things that I've never seen.
"Well, looking at the time, you better wear your dress. I'll get my things ready!" Sasha said and started searching through her 'box of hair accessory heaven'.
I grabbed my dress and walked into the bathroom. I stripped down my clothes and put on the dress. It fit so perfectly and it's so comfortable! All the nervous feeling I had for the evening had drained away... for now.
I walked towards Sasha and gestured me to sit on a chair she placed infront of my dressing table. I made myself comfortable in the chair and anxiously waited to see what Sasha would do to my hair and face.
"Can I just say that you look FABULOUS! Oh God, you're so pretty! Obviously Thomas loves you! How couldn't he?" Sasha said and couldn't stop smiling. "Thank you! You're a darling!" I replied.
She started to brush my hair. I just watched as she parted my hair on a side. I started up a conversation while she was doing my hair.
"There. How does that look? I think it looks really good!" Sasha said. I looked at myself in the closely. She had tied my hair into braid bun and had placed a sparkly clip.
"It looks... Flawless! Amazing! Brilliant! I love it!" I said, a bit to happy. Sasha smiled and walked over to her bag. She came back to the dressing table and placed a makeup kit on top. She opened it and there were all sorts of holders and sections that were filled with different things.
Once again, we talked while she did my makeup. Before I knew it, she had finished. I looked at myself in the mirror and was stunned at what she had done.
My appearance had changed. The makeup she did was simple but, since I don't usual wear anymore makeup than blush, mascara and eyeliner, I looked quite different. I liked this look!
"Wow wow... wow! Can I just say that you are so lucky that you are pretty! I mean, you have this natural beauty that is really hard to find. I didn't have to do much and you look amazing!" Sasha said. I didn't know how to respond. She's always been so nice to me.
"Oh Sasha, everyone has their own natural beauty. Everyone's beautiful in their own way. I can't thank you enough for all you've done for me and how kind you've been to me! If there's anything that-" I replied but was interrupted.
Sasha placed a hand on my shoulder, "Please Ellie, you don't have to do anything. You have given me the chance to do what I've always wanted. I should be the one saying thank you."
"You know, the great thing about you is that you have this sort of happiness that follows you everywhere you go. Whoever you talk to or be with, they get under your magic spell of happiness, and it never leaves them. You have a gift, a gift that not many people have," Sasha narrated.
I was left there sitting speechless at what she just said. I couldn't believe it. I never thought anyone would say that to me and I never thought that people actually see me like that.
I got up and hugged her. "You are a precious gem that everyone should be fighting for having, but are to blind to see what their missing," I said.
Sasha looked to the floor but the quickly turned her head to the clock on the wall, "Oh my God! You're limousine is going to reach in 10 minutes!"
Yes, a limo is going to pick me up. Not the first time its happened but, it's one of the fansiest ways of going places.
"Chill! It's 10 minutes away! I'm going to make us both a cup of coffee. I can feel myself on the verge of sleeping if I don't have a cup!" I said and walked to the kitchen, Sasha following me.
She insisted that she'd make the coffee because of the fact that my dress could get ruined because of my clumsiness from time to time. In the end, I let her.
Not long after, the doorbell rang. Sasha rushed to the door while I ran to the window. The limo stood there looking fabulous. I couldn't help but be excited!
I had worn my shoes earlier and Sasha had packed her stuff up as well. I heard Sasha greet the man at the door, "Hello! You must be chauffeur for the limousine. Ellie is-"
"Hi!" I greeted and shook his hand. "Good evening, Ms. Canterbury. Ready to go? Do you have any bags?" He asked.
"Nope!" I replied and walked out the door. Sasha did as well and I locked the door behind me. I double-checked that I had everything in my purse, and thankfully I did.
When we reached the street, outside my building, I said goodbye to Sasha and sat inside the limo. It was like usual, quite fascinating. There were all sorts of lights, a music player and even a drinks bar. All the limos I've sat in are different. They each have something special.
The limo came to a halt and I looked out the window. There were flashes and lights and hundreds of people. The chauffeur opened the door and I walked out of the limo. There was a sudden burst of cheers and voices. It was a bit deafening!
There were flashes all around, which would soon make it hard to see in front. I looked around for anyone I knew but I didn't succeed.
A hand suddenly held mine and I jumped. I looked behind me and saw Thomas standing with a grin on his face. He looked amazing in his sit, like always. His hair was just... Perfect.
I hugged him, glad that he was with me. "You look amazing!" He whispered in my ear. "You look amazing too!" I said and smiled.
I held his hand tight, fearing that the paparazzi would steal him from me. "Thomas, I'm scared," I told him. He looked at me with confusion. "I mean, what if they don't like me or-or they just give me hate and nothing else? I don't think I'd suvive with that. Worst of all, I don't want you to suffe," I continued.
I was genuinely concerned. Some people can be so unpredictable.
Thomas kissed my cheek, "Everything will be okay. You're such a nice person. They will love you." He smiled and I smiled back.
We started to walk down the red carpet, immediately bombarded with screaming fans. I stayed close to Thomas. I wanted to be with him for the whole evening.
People called me over, screaming and cheering. I looked at Thomas, who gestured for me to go there. I walked over to the fans, a bit nervous.
"OH MY GOD! I LOVE YOU!!" A fan yelled. "You and Thomas are my OTP!" Another fan stated. "Are you guys together?" A fan asked me.
Everyone paused to hear my answer. I glanced at Thomas who was busy being interviewed. "Yeah... We are," I replied cheerfully, as I signed banners, papers and pictures.
They asked me for selfies and questioned me about all sorts of stuff. It was mostly all about Thomas.
I walked ahead to a few interviewers, video taping the red carpet. "Hi Ellie! You look amazing!" A lady said, with a microphone in her hand. I smiled, "Thank you! You look lovely too!" She chuckled.
"So how has it been filming this movie?" She asked. "Uh, it's been really really great! I got to work with so many awesome people and got to act in a really adorable movie!" I answered.
"Can I just say, you and Thomas are honestly the cutest couple I've ever seen! This is the first time you guys made everything public right?" The lady said.
I smiled nervously, "Yeah it is, and thank you. That's really nice of you!"
"How was filming with him?" She asked. "Ever since I was young, I was a fan of his, so when I found out I was acting next to him, I was thrilled. It was truly an amazing, non-disappointing ex-" I started but someone interrupted me.
I was greeted by a kiss on the cheek from Thomas. He smirked and I could feel myself blushing. Aw, not in front of the camera!
"You guys are... So cute! How was it filming with Ellie, Thomas?" The lady asked. Thomas snaked an arm around my waist. He looked at me and smiled.
"Oh, it was probably the best thing I've ever done! She's such a nice person, funny, clumsy and full of care. She's a brilliant friend and someone who's so perfect," Thomas answered, which made me emotional. He's so sweet.
The rest of the interviews were done together. I told him to go on by himself, but he didn't listen. He kept telling me that I had to be with him.
We walked into the movie theatre, ready for the first screening of 'Pursuit Of Happiness'. I was super excited. I hadn't seen the final edited movie.
Thomas sat next to me, holding my hand. The theatre went dark and the screen in front lit up. This is going to be... AWESOME.

"My favourite part was the part where I leave. Emotions, emotions," I stated as Thomas and I entered my apartment. I helped him with his bags and set them next to my room door.
We planned that after the premiere, he'd stay at my house for the weekend. We just wanted to realx together and actually get to know each other more better than we already do.
Thomas took off his shoes and sat in the sofa. I sat next to him and he wrapped his hands around me. We cuddled in silence.
I sat up straight and kissed him. "You're one of a kind Sangster," I said. He grinned, "Yeah... I know." I rolled my eyes and threw a cushion at him. He hit me with another and... Well... Our pillow war had officially began.
