As Furina's trial neared its end, so did Furina's hope, as the Chief Justise, now Neuvilette draws his final verdict.

" In my capacity as Chief Justice, I shall now render judgment on Furina's misinterpretation of herself as the Archon of Fontaine"

As the words echoed in Furina's ears, she had lost all hope. She knew that the Chief Justice was impartial. It broke her heart, seeing all her people who once adored her, and she did the same, now all they have is questioning looks in their eyes, some even amused.

"As a human who knowingly deceived her fellow citizens, Furina is -"

"-Guilty."

As the final verdict drew to a close, Furina felt something shatter within her heart and colors around her seemed to get dull. The people began murmuring about true nature of the god they had worshipped since their birth. She felt betrayed, betrayed by her people who she had cared about, who she suffered for, who she became a 'god' for. She had ruled over them for no less then 500 years as their 'archon' who they all adored, yet they questioned her abilities and even put her on trial for not being an archon at all.

But more than anything, she was afraid, afraid that having lost the trial how will the prophecy unfold, what will happen to her people, what will be of the nation she cared about so much. All the pain and suffering she went through for 500 years acting as a god trying to prevent the prophecy, was it all in vain. Her weak legs trembled as she fell back onto her throne as tears began flowing out of her eyes.

'I am sorry mirror-me.........I have failed you' is all she could think.

"We shall now turn to the Oratrice Mecanique D'Analyse Cardinale to render the final verdict on the charges." spoke the mighty Chief justice with a hint of guilt in his voice as saw at Furina weeping on her throne.

The Oratrice whirred until verdict was passed and went to Neuvilette's hands. As he read the verdict, his calm demeanor changed to a shocked one. His voice faltered as he read the finale verdict.

"According to the judgment of the Oratrice Mecanique D'Analyse Cardinale the Hydro archon is guilty......to be punished via the death sentence"

The courtroom fell into a stunned silence. The murmurs ceased as the gravity of the verdict sank in. Not once in the entire history of Fontaine a death sentence had carried out by the Oratrice and for its own creator, the Hydro Archon, it carried it out. Entire courtroom was then filled with murmurs again as everyone thought that the death sentence was thought to be a myth. However, there was not an effect on Furina at all as she was in her own gloomy world. She had failed that one task that she lived for, to fill in the shoes of the Hydro archon and prevent the prophecy from happening. She had failed her mirror self who assiged her that task.

"Wait!!" it was the traveler, "How is this even possible! This whole trial was to prove that Furina is not the Hydro Archon, yet the Oratrice calls Furina as 'the Hydro Archon', and also that sentence is a bit too much don't you think"

After a moment of silence the Chief Justice spoke, "That is what confuses me as well traveler, however according to the rules of the court, the judgment of the Oratrice is final" The Chief Justice's voice echoed throughout the courtroom, heavy with the weight of the Oratrice's verdict. The room remained in stunned silence, each person grappling with the enormity of what had just transpired.

Furina sat motionless, tears streaming down her face. Her once bright eyes were now dull and lifeless, reflecting the broken spirit within her. The Traveler stepped forward; her voice unwavering despite the tension in the air.

"We cannot accept this judgment!" the Traveler declared, her eyes locking with Neuvilette's. "The Oratrice's judgment is based on an inherent contradiction. If Furina is not the Hydro Archon, how can she be sentenced as one?"

Neuvilette, normally composed, seemed momentarily at a loss. He glanced back at the Oratrice, as if seeking an explanation from the lifeless machine. "This... this is unprecedented," he admitted. "The Oratrice has never issued a death sentence, let alone with such contradictory reasoning."

Suddenly a bright blue light glowed from the Oratrice, everyone in the courtroom seemed confused, even the Chief Justice himself, as something like this had never happened then it hit him like a truck.

"The Oratrice is carrying out the death sentence..."

The Chief Justice's voice rang throughout the court room and the audience panicked thinking they will also be killed in the crossfire. Traveler then leaped trying to reach Furina before the light enveloped her completely. Just as she was about to reach her; Traveler, Neuvilette and Furina, still on her throne got transported to another world.

It was still the Opera Epiclesis, however there was no audience in the seats, heck the seats were floating.  Furina was there in the stage weeping on her throne as Neuvilette and Traveler were shocked to see the figure in front of them. It was a woman clad in white and blue with the elegance that was worthy to be called of a god while a huge blade was hovering above her seemingly a device made for a god's execution. But what shocked them even more was that the figure looked exactly like Furina, seemingly her identical twin.

"Hello Furina, we finaly meet, face-to-face that is." the woman spoke.

As the very familiar voice called for Furina she looked up and called out, "M-mirror me?!"

As a mix of emotions ran throughout her head she shot up and ran up to the woman hugging her tightly. She broke down and began crying profusely.

"I am sorry.... I am sorry that I wasn't able to prevent the prophecy..... I am sorry I couldn't protect the people of Fontaine as you wished...... I am sorry that I failed you...." she cried. The woman just tightened her embrace and carrased Furina's hair gently

She spoke in a sad tone, "There-there Furina...Don't cry. After all you did for Fontaine and its people in my absence you did not fail me. In fact, I am proud of you that you were able to maintain yourself as the Hydro Archon for 500 years, no other human could do that except for you Furina."

As Furina looked up to see the woman smiling proudly at her. After she calmed down the woman took her back to the throne.

"Come here Furina sit beside me." the woman spoke sitting on the throne as Furina sat beside her still weeping on her lap and the woman caressed her hair.

The Iudex and the traveler still shocked from the whole ordeal stared are the two doppelgangers of each other. Neuvilette then asked his voice bewildered, "Who are you and how does Furina know you....."

The woman chucked, "Ahh, the sweet sound of bewilderment. Marvelous! A sure sign that my attempt to deceive everyone was a resounding success..... But to answer your questions: I am Focalors. You know, the God."
