Based on the section you're in, in the LG, that affects what themes you can find, so certain themes such as these ones I have; Rose Quartz Draeyl, Labradorite Draeyl, Coal Ore Nephini(I'm still the only person with a tamed one at the moment since Nephs basically have the lowest encounter rate of all species), Cave Clay Luffox, Gold Vein Vulnyx and Glowing Moss Morkko, can only be found once you're in the caves-

The other themes excluding the cave ones, can be found in the first section of the LG though, and their encounter rate seems to be higher anyway-
