Just thought I'd post this to show how hard a drawing as simple as this;

For starters;

This is eight layers of drawing, coloring, and shading.

It seems a bit tedious I'm assuming, but without layering, if you erase one thing, you basically erase everything underneath it, so if you don't layer, one mistake can push progress back by a large amount-

Mykie: That's extremely tedious- It takes a few hours just to draw that-

*Nods* I hold the up most respect for the artists that do so many more intricate drawings, they deserve every bit of praise they get.
