I'm thinking of titling oneshots:3

This one is called, "Christmas in Solstheim"

WARNING(S): Lots of feels ahead! If you continue, here! *Hands you three boxes of tissues and your own carton of your favorite ice cream* Good luck!

'Twas the day before Christmas. Everyone was showing their jolliness and their brightest smiles. Except....they weren't at all. Teldryn Sero, my follower and best friend, was moody and very, very grumpy. My housecarl, Valdimar, was constantly upset. Even Meeko, my dog, was upset. I sighed and grabbed Teldryn's hand, bringing him back to Earth from his deep thoughts. I pulled him behind a tree, slightly blocking him from going anywhere. I had sadness stuck on my face like glue. He tilted his head.

"What?" He demanded.

"Why are you so upset? Tomorrow's Christmas! You should be showing your Christmas cheer!" Teldryn scoffed, looking away.

"Christmas is as useless as bandits with iron daggers." I put my hands on his shoulders, then slowly and hesitantly lifted up his helmet. His angry expression quickly changed to surprise, and he looked to the snowy ground, trying to hide his face.

"Give me that back." He whispered angrily.

"Teldryn,...please,...just tell me if there's a real reason why you hate Christmas! It's such a glorious holiday! You get plenty of gifts, you see your friends and family-"

"THAT'S IT, DON'T YOU SEE?! You get to see your friends and your family! I don't get to see anyone!" Teldryn's red eyes glowed from the luminosity of the blazing star in the sky shining down to the white snow, reflecting it back to his orbs. I saw tears run down his cheeks. I frowned.

"Teldryn I didn't....I didn't know...I'm sorry...." Teldryn grabbed my hands, bringing them down and intertwined our fingers making my face redder...It was already pretty pink from the cold. He stared down at me, showing me his watery eyes.

"Maybe,...we can spend Christmas in Solstheim?" I suggested. Teldryn looked away. "Just the two of us." I added quickly, earning Teldryn's gaze again.

"That...sounds great." He muttered. I heard him sniffle, making me hug him out of no where. I was short compared to him, so I had to stand on my tiptoes. He instinctively brought his arms around my waist, pulling me closer.

"Thank you, Y/n." He whispered softly, his voice shaking from crying. I rubbed his back soothingly, then he pulled away. He gave me a soft smile, then wiped his tears away.

"Let's go pack up our stuff. I'm thinking of leaving around 11:00 am on Middas. So it will leave us a spare day to say goodbye and pack." Teldryn gave me another hug, then I felt him shiver a little.

"You cold?" I asked.

"No,...just.... happy." I grinned and pulled him inside.

"Valdimar, on Middas, Teldryn and I are going to spend Christmas in Solstheim." I told the Housecarl. Valdimar glanced tiredly up at me.

"So, I have to pack?" He asked.

"Nnnnno,....I specifically said only Teldryn and I." I replied, "You guard the house and watch Meeko, okay?"

"Sounds good to me." He replied and sat back down on the couch.

"Well, I'm going to start packing small stuff." I headed up to my room, seeing my satchel on my dresser and started packing some makeup and small things like jewelry and stuff like that. I jumped when I heard Teldryn's voice.

"Could I have my helmet back?" I completely forgot about his helmet!

"Oh,..um...sure....Uh...I think I left it outside by the tree." I said to the Dunmer. He smiled and went out. I hummed a song and packed some more things. A few minutes later, I jumped once again by Teldryn. This time he yelled.

"My helmet isn't there!"

"What? But....But I set it there..!!" Teldryn was really upset now.  He left my room and headed to his room, which was across from mine, and slammed the door.

Shoot,...shoot...shoot.... What am I going to do now....???? Wait,... Tomorrow is Christmas... I got it.

It was late at night, everyone was asleep by now, and I sneaked into Teldryn's room. In his room, I saw a chitin plate, an iron ingot, and Netch leather. Perfect! I quickly put those items in my bag, but accidentally knocked over the chitin plate. I saw movement in the shadows where Teldryn was and saw him open his eyes.

"Y-..Y/n...what are you doing in my room?" His voice was raspy. I laughed a little.

"Um...I thought I saw a mouse, but it was just uh...Just Meeko." Teldryn nodded, too tired to even ask questions, and closed his eyes. I smiled and ruffled his mohawk a little before leaving and shutting his door. I headed down to my cellar and forged a perfect chitin helmet. I grinned and put it in my bag, then went upstairs, only to be stopped by Teldryn wearing only pajama shorts.

"I'm thirsty." He tiredly spoke. I went back down stairs and went to my kitchen. I filled a glass with cold water, smirked at Teldryn who was too tired to think about anything, took a sip of his water, and handed it to him. He didn't care, honestly. He drank it and rinsed out the glass and set it in the sink.

"Night." He said and headed upstairs.

"Night." I went upstairs and when I made sure that Teldryn was asleep, I went to his room and set his helmet down on his desk. I was going to leave his room like that, but I heard groaning as if he was in pain. I looked at him and saw him clutching his leg. I gently grabbed hold of his hands, removing them from his leg, and saw nothing wrong with it.

"Teldryn....Tel...Wake up." He didn't respond. "Teldryn!!!" I shoved his arm, making him wake up.

"Y/n!" He yelled. I basically fell on top of him in a hug.

"Are you okay? What happened? You were groaning...are you hurt?" I asked. Teldryn didn't speak, but just hugged me. His eyes widened and he gasped when he saw a certain helmet.

"You found it?" He asked.

"I made you a new one." I smiled. I felt Teldryn kiss my cheek excitedly. I grinned, making him grin.

"Well, you better get to sleep. We have a lot of packing to do." I whispered to the Dunmer.

"Okay. Goodnight. And thank you..." I smiled at him.

"You're welcome. Night." I left his room and crawled into my bed, falling asleep almost immediately.

I woke up, stretched, and went down for breakfast. I saw Valdimar cooking eggs and bacon. I smiled and sat down next to Teldryn, whom had his helmet off. He was grinning at me.

"You aren't wearing your helmet?" I asked. He shook his head, making his black hair flow a little.

"I'll wait until we get to Solstheim." He responded. After eating our breakfast, we both packed up the larger stuff, like pillows, blankets, toothbrushes, brushes, stuff like that. I zipped up my travel bag, then set it to the corner with my satchel. I ran out and ran to Teldryn's room to see how he was doing. I barged in, probably scaring the elf, and grinned.

"Hey, Tel!!" I shouted happily. I ran to him and tackled him down in a hug. He chuckled and hugged back. "How's your packing going?"

"Great. Are you finished already?" I nodded.

"Yep! Got everything packed. Hey, do you want to leave today?" Teldryn nodded.

"Yeah, let's leave today. It'll be best for when we get there." I smiled and skipped downstairs.

"Hey, Valdimar! Tel and I are leaving today." Valdimar nodded.

"Have fun and be safe! Oh, and merry Christmas." Valdimar gave me a hug and I hugged him back.

"Thank you. Merry Christmas to you, too. Make sure to feed and give Meeko water." Valdimar pulled back and nodded.

"Will do, my thane." Teldryn came down with his bags and my bags, nearly falling. I grabbed my bags and hugged Meeko before leaving.

Teldryn and I were walking on the snowy path of Windhelm. I had my winter coat on and I flipped my furry hood on. Teldryn had his winter coat on as well, shivering slightly.

"I can't wait to get on that b-boat..." Teldryn said through chattering teeth.

"Yeah..I'm cold." A few minutes later, we paid the captain of the boat, and got comfy on the boat. I sighed in relief as we exited the snowy lands. I shivered a little and felt Teldryn wrap an arm around me, bringing me close to him.

"Better?" He asked. I nodded.

"Much."

~

As the boat stopped, I gathered my bags and Tel and I got off.

"Where do you want to go first?" I asked. Teldryn yawned.

"How about an inn?" He asked. I nodded. We walked off to the inn and opened the door. Instant nostalgia of how Teldryn and I met smacked us in the face. I grinned. We went to the innkeeper and asked for a room for two. He showed us to our room and left.

"Finally...." I placed my stuff down and sat on a bed next to Teldryn. Teldryn pulled me closer in a hug.

"Thank  you for this." He mumbled. I hugged him back and snuggled into him.

"Anything for you. Hey, do you have your helmet?" He looked a little scared for a second.

"I...left it....back...in...Skyrim...." He then sighed and smiled. "I don't need it anymore. Well, not as much." I grinned.

"Great! Let's go to bed. We can celebrate Christmas tomorrow. Merry Christmas." I pecked his cheek and went to my bed.

"Okay. Goodnight."

"Goodnight."

~

I woke up before Teldryn with a grin on my face. I jumped from my bed to his and landed on him.

"TELDRYN WAKE UP! IT'S AFTER CHRISTMAS!!" I shouted. He groaned.

"Not now..."

"YES NOW!!!" He then fully woke up,  blushing a little. He brought me close to him and hugged me.

"Merry Christmas." He whispered.

"Merry Christmas to you, too!" I felt him peck the top of my head, making me blush.

"Hey, you want your gifts now?" I asked.

"Sure." He smiled. I grinned and ran to my bags, Teldryn doing the same.

"Okay,...here are your presents!" I had five wrapped boxes on the floor.

"Here are yours." He had seven boxes.

"Do you want to go first? You are my best friend." I asked the Dunmer. He yawned and shook his head.

"No, you first. You brought me here." I smiled and played with the wrapping paper with my fingers. I tore open the paper and found a box. I gasped.

"YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE! I've always wanted a box!! How'd you know?!" Teldryn laughed at my antics and motioned me to continue. Inside the box was a moonstone and emerald necklace with matching earrings and a ring. I gasped for real.

"Teldryn....this....this is ....so beautiful..." I stated, "Try it on." He said. I grinned like a madman and put on the earrings, then the ring, and was having trouble with the necklace. I chuckled nervously. Teldryn then grabbed the necklace and put it on me. I blushed a little darkly, and Teldryn smiled sweetly at me.

"I knew you'd look absolutely gorgeous in it..." My face flushed red more.

"Okay,...okay...open yours." I muttered. He grabbed the biggest gift and tore it open like a turkey on Thanksgiving. He threw the wrapping at me, it landing on my face. I huffed on it and it fell. Teldryn's reaction was first a curious smile, then turned to pure excitement. Shoot, he was even squealing.

"YOU DIDN'T! You seriously got me a new sword?! How'd you know I needed a new one?" I smirked.

"It's not only a new sword....swing at the piece of wood." He swung at it and it froze up, then burned into a ball of flames. He squealed again and tackled me in a hug. I hugged him back.

"Okay, my turn~" Suddenly Teldryn looked upset.

"Well, now your gift beats the second gift I have for you." He said. I smiled.

"I don't care what you give me. Whether small or large, I will cherish it like a diamond!!" I opened the gift and saw a drawing. Not just any drawing. This drawing was the drawing that Teldryn made of us when we first met. We met when we were three. At the inn. Our parents were there talking to each other, and Teldryn and I snuck outand sat on a hill and watching the sunset. He drew us watching it. He actually kept it...after all these years. I teared up and smiled.

"This is the best gift ever." I wiped my tears. I hugged the framed drawing, giggling with excitement. "I never knew you actually kept this!"

"Well, of course. It was our first day being friends." I saw Teldryn open his, and he smiled, then laughed.

"Wow,..." It was a full on cosplay costume of Doctor Whooves from My Little Pony.

"Well, aren't you going to get dressed?" He smirked and went to the bathroom and changed. When he came out, he was wearing a Doctor Whooves onesie. He actually looked pretty adorable. I opened my present and laughed. It was a Derpy Hooves onesie. I went to the bathroom and put it on, looking at myself in the mirror. Oh heck yesssssss. I came out and Teldryn blushed.

"You're adorable."I felt my face turn red.

"Did you know you were getting a Doctor Whooves onesie?" He chuckled.

"Maybe." I snuggled up to Teldryn, enjoying the snowy atmosphere outside, the blazing fire from the fireplace, the warmth of the onesies...it was nice.

~

When we were all done with opening presents, we were both sitting on Teldryn's bed. I was laying on his chest, snuggled up like heck.  He placed soft kisses on my face, making my face red. He then glanced down at my lips, and bit his lip. I felt warm lips on mine. I kissed back. It was slow and passionate. When we parted, he was smiling.

"I've been wanting to do that for so long...." He said. I giggled cutely and snuggled into him. I buried my face into his neck.

"I love you... Merry Christmas." I said.

"I love you too. Merry Christmas."
